Worst cleaners ever. This place is a joke. The owner is an idiot. They returned my suit to me saying it was cleaned but they couldn't press it. I needed it for an event out of the country that I'm leaving for in the morning. So now I have a suit that's clean but wrinkled. Upon looking at it I found stains on my suit and she said well I think they cleaned it. I'm actually furious at this point!!!! The lady said she could steam it but it would take 20 minutes. I have a steamer at home I need my suit PRESSED!!!! This situation put me in such a bad place I'll never be back go here again. I took my stuff and left screw this shitttt hole! read more

Amazing talent here.. I've never picked up their names but the couple who own & run this place are amazing people. The wife, is an amazing talent with the sewing machine & the husband is just as amazing. Just today he walked a woman to her car carrying half her load holding the umbrella over HER head until she got to her car & grabbed her own. Then followed me to my car holding the umbrella over my head.. wasn't necessary but the gesture left me in awe. I've been coming here for years & can't imagine ever needed to go anywhere else. UPDATE: Koko: you are a pretty amazing person for kindly pointing out that I may have left a review for the wrong cleaners, encouraging me to let leave my review for the correct business as they would appreciate what I had to say. Thank you for your time, I think I will leave this review you replied to as a testament & evidence of your impressive character. If you'd rather I delete it, I will at your request. Otherwise, god bless! it comes back to you. read more

Great Dry Cleaners, been going here for years since it was a mom and pop store and lovely people. Since then , Koko bought the store and I only met him last week when I took some clothes in to be cleaned. What a nice guy! Very pleasant and helpful. I usually go in later in the day when the extremely nice lady serves me. I wish I knew her name as she's always there! Anyway they always do a great job, will continue to take my business here read more

After Joe's cleaners closed last year, I have been looking for a new dry cleaner. I have tried several around town, but think I've found my new spot. I've been twice. Both times the people who assisted me were great. And my clothes were cleaned & pressed perfectly. Very fair prices. Highly recommend. read more

Bought a really cute dress from Amazon for my upcoming trip. Took it straight here to be cleaned. A day later they called me saying it had some type of oil stain on it. I brought it in with the tags on it. Koko explained they see this a lot from purchasing clothes online. They ran it through twice and were able to get the stain out. Thank goodness because there wasn't time to order another one before I leave town tomorrow. They kept me updated and went above and beyond to be sure I was happy. Nice to have a place that really cares about customer service. read more

Well they hemmed the brides fathers slacks up too far instead of letting them out.. misunderstanding but we freaked nonetheless.. The owner went way above and beyond the call of duty to fix things. Since they cut the material, the pants couldnt be let out so he went to same place we bought the pants, bought another pair. Unsuggested, he surprised us by doing this, same size. He had him come in to be fit and pants came out perfectly with days to spare. He didnt charge us, at all. Now this is AWESOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

First off, let me ask a question: Does every dry cleaner in Simi suck??? I took 2 pair of very expensive pants in to get hemmed. This was on Saturday and they said they'd have them Wednesday. When I picked them up, at first they couldn't find them. Then, the woman who owns the place pointed them out to the husband (?) who, with a sour, disgruntled disposition, had waited on me when I first came in. So, she came up to the counter and said they couldn't press them because the presser left early. So, I'm thinking, well just press the damn things yourself and I eluded to that. She told me that when they press things for alteration, they only do that as a favor. What??? I asked her, "As a favor?" And she confirmed, "Yes, we only do that as a favor?" So, you take a very expensive pair of pants and don't press the cuffs? What the heck? This place is convenient so I had hoped they'd be better than the last place (at Cochran/Sycamore - can't remember the name). THEY made other pants I had too long (I've yet to get them fixed since this was recent). I should mention, that I've recently lost 30 pounds so I've invested in a lot of new pants...I just want someone to hem them! Since they charged me so much, I don't think that's too much to ask. I've included a photo so that you can see the sloppy work! She told me that she would clean them for free next time I came back. She shouldn't hold her breath. Update: I also had 3 pair of pants dry cleaned which I picked up at the same time. I'm wearing one of those today and I noticed they pressed these AWFULLY making a double crease. This is all but impossible to fix so basically, they've taken $150.00 pants and RUINED THEM! The photo attached is not a great one but will give you an idea. Yeah, this place is pathetic! I paid them $45.00 to dry clean 3 pants, and hem 2 and they didn't get ANY of it right. Not even close. read more

Came to have 10 uniforms for Colorguard altered. With it getting to close to competitions we were worried about timing. Fortunately chateau cleaners tot he rescue. I orchestrated a fitting, took measurements, and the following day when I was unavailable the team brought in the uniforms. They ended up trying them on, pinning them in places that needed altered and marking with them with the names so none would get confused. The uniforms were dropped on a Saturday morning and ready for pick up the following Thursday. Perfect!! Bc our first comp was Friday, I know cutting it close. Only one needed to be redone as it was not quite right, which they did and had ready just in time. At the time of pick up they handled everything smoothly and charged me less than what was originally quoted. Will definitely be back for future alterations! read more

Love the owners so much they are always sweet and accommodating! We have had alterations, cleaning and patch work done there. Amazing!

I am sad to say that after my third visit just not that happy. Especially since the owners were friendly and they are my local dry cleaners. First visit I had some button up dress shirts and trousers dry cleaned and when I got them back I could still see stains, really didn't look like they were cleaned well. 2nd visit - In a pinch I needed to get a uniform dry cleaned right away and not a problem received clean. no issues. So I figure I will give them another chance. 3rd visit - 6 dress shirts and all of them came back with stains - I was very disappointed. Probably the worst job that I have ever had done with a dry cleaner in 20+ years. not just 1, 2 but all 6 shirts like they were not cleaned... Hmmm - sure I can go back and complain but 2 out 3 times where it was a poor experience, I just don't know.. I will be driving a bit further and seeing what else is out there... read more

I went to this dry cleaners as it was down the street from where I live. I will not recommend this place as a trusted place of business and will never bring my clothes here again. When I went to pick up my clothes 4 days after dropping them off, much to my disgusted, my dresses which had been "dry cleaned" still had stains on them and were still full of lint and fibers from my sweaters that I wear over them. From most of my dry cleaning experiences, I have never once gotten clothes back from the dry cleaners with lint still on them and stains still on them. When I inquired if my clothes had actually been dry cleaned, they stated they had been. The lady told me that she must have missed some lint and proceeded to put a lint brush to my dresses in front of me. Missing lint on one dress is one thing, but having 4 dresses all have lint on them and stains on two of them is unacceptable. She "the owner" then proceeded to scold me and tell me not to ever say that they did not dry clean my clothes. The owners then had the audacity to charge me 10 dollars for each dress that was supposedly dry cleaned. Now, I have to spend double the price to actually dry clean my clothes. I walked out with disgusted and told them directly that I will not be bringing my clothes here again. I am a person who understands individuals make mistakes however to have the behavior they had is unacceptable. read more

I moved to Simi Valley almost nine years ago and was recommended by my neighbor to this Dry Cleaners. I decided to give Chateau Cleaners a chance. I was so happy I did because they have been my dry cleaner since. They do an excellent job and are so accommodating to complete your order when you want it. They are always friendly and I feel like they are my family. I have referred several friends and family members to this cleaner and they have all been happy. I give this cleaner five stars and adore the owners as well. They do alterations as well. They have shortened my suit pants and altered many of my work clothes. I have always had good experiences there. Give them a try. I am sure you will love them as much as me!! read more
