Love love love this place it's definitely the nicest laundromat I've ever been to! I can't stress enough how convenient and amazing it is to never have to do laundry again! It's fast easy and smells so much fresher than doing laundry at home! The staff was so helpful and friendly they make sure to know your name and treat you like a VIP! read more

I pay $2/lb to have my son's laundry done here. The people working at the counter are always super-polite and helpful, and the laundry comes back clean, folded, and beautifully packaged, I love their service! So, for quality of their laundry service - definitely 5 stars. I went yesterday, Saturday 7/18/26 12:50pm. There was no one at the counter. A printed sign said they were working on the floor and that we should look for them. I looked for a person that might fit the description of an employee, but could not find anyone. I called their posted number, (805) 522-6500, got a msg saying their voicemail was not set up. I waited another 5 min, then left. I hope they fix this problem. If people could call this number to notify the person working on the floor to let them know we have laundry to drop off, or if there was a button we could press at the counter, it would solve this problem. Otherwise, this place is great!!! read more

Best laundry mat ever I highly recommend you doing your laundry here very good customer service and very clean

I first came here about 6 months ago and the place was clean. The guy working was walking around cleaning countertops, washer tops, and the floor. Came in this evening and the place was filthy!!! All the floors had something on them, tables had black stuff and scratchers silver all over them. And many items had stickers saying they weren't working. I needed fifty cents added to my card and the guy working (on his phone behind the counter) told me that he couldn't add it to my card I had to add it from the machine and it was a $1 minimum. I get to the machine and it tells me it's a $10 minimum. So I go back and he tells me it's a $1 cash. I had a $5 so I asked him to break it for me. He starts yelling that I need to calm down and stop yelling at him. I told him I wasn't yelling and he kept saying I was yelling at him. I told him he needed to clean the front room because it was filthy!!! He didn't clean anything, just stayed behind the counter on his cell phone. I will never return to this place!!! Update: very condescending response and doesn't mention that the person working was confrontational and on his phone instead of working. Hours show that you are open until 11:00 PM, this was before 5:00 PM, so it was not end of night read more

Staff at the location today failed to respect the posted "last wash" hours. Even though I arrived at 2:45 to get my wash started since the sign said last wash was at 3:30, the staff turned me away. They claimed the actual last wash was at 3:00 even after bringing up the sign on the door of the store. read more

I don't come here often, but when we have big loads, or the mattress cover to wash, etc. we do come here. Today it was the mattress cover. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon with a bag of cards my wife had given me left over from our previous visits and not much experience in using the machines. Angela and Carlos got me sorted out with a smile! Carlos showed me how to check the balances on my cards and even how to merge them together so we didn't have so many. Angela helped me get connected to the WiFi and before long I was settled in while the clothes took a spin. Everything was clean, the machines were in good order and there were plenty of options for various sizes. Nobody really has fun doing laundry, but I did enjoy the friendly service, the clean setting and the chance to catch up on some emails! read more

I come here once, maybe twice a month to do my laundry and the employees are always nice. Angela is super sweet and helpful, making sure people know how much to put in the wash and what amount of soap. She makes me want to come back every time. That kind of customer service is what I'd expect at a hotel or restaurant, not a laundry center. It's great. The bags that are sold here are amazing and hold so much, plus you just throw them in with your wash so they're clean afterward. I do wish they had a half size though just because it would be perfect for undergarments, but it's ok. Thanks a bunch! read more

Angela is wonderful! So is Alaya(sp?) We took 5 large loads for the first time and it was so easy to figure everything out. There was a glitch on one of the machines and Angela came in on her off day to help us. Now THAT is service baby!! Thank you so very much for caring about your customers! read more

My laundry room is getting remolded. I've needed to wash my families clothes for the past month.. It's a daunting task to take my families clothes almost two times a week. What helpful is washing my clothes in new washing machines and a employee named Angela! I rarely use the laundromat but when I do I have always used Simi Valley Laundry. But this last time I went a few days ago I had stuff stolen out of the washing machine. I literally left to go to my car to take a phone call for 10 minutes and I was missing several items when I put them into the dryer. When I asked the management, they were very unsympathetic and said oh well, it does happen sometimes. NEVER leave your clothes, unattended at this store. My stuff was new, and people saw me taking tags off of my items. Big mistake going here. I won't be returning. read more

I came here this morning to wash some large comforters. Right when I was inside, I was greeted with a Hello and a smile. I walked over to the smiling team member. She said her name was Angela. She helped explain how the machines work, how to get a payment card and even stood right be me to make sure everything went smoothly. Angela made sure my wash was working perfectly and then helped me with the Dryers. This laundry-mat had several team members to help any client with their questions and assisted if needed. It is also very clean and seemed up to date. I have to again say Angela was a great help to me and I sure appreciated her smile and sweet personality. She is a great addition to this business. I am leaving 5 stars for all the reasons stated above! Go support local businesses- especially in Simi Valley!! read more

Pricey place First off this laundromat doesn't take coins. You use dollars (1, 5, 10, 20) and add them onto a card. With that card you insert it Into the machines and pay that way. A 8 load giant washer is about $9.50 Next washer down is $8 to $7.50 (depending on extra wash or not) Then to dry your clothes, I used the biggest one, it was about 1 $ for every 10 mins. For three comforters it took about an hour to fully dry. This place is definitely on the pricier side, but there was and employee working at the time. In case you needed help with anything. However, He couldn't help me with exchanging my coins. read more

Great large washing machines. I was able to wash a comforter & a few blankets in one washer & one dryer. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I was just visiting my friend and needed to do laundry and found this place on yelp. It was very clean and had a friendly staff of 1. I didn't catch his name but he was friendly and helpful. I saw that he regularly sprayed disinfectant on the tables. read more

I've been going to this laundromat every weekend for the past 6 months. Often times I am doing laundry until nearly closing at 11:00 pm. The gentleman that has been working is very polite to me, never rushing me although I am usually the only customer left. I am very disappointed this evening because when I went in to get my clothes from the washer the men working had corralled all of the carts to the back of the laundromat. I used one and put it by the dryer as my clothes dried. I went back in to get the laundry out and thinking I could use the counters to fold it all as I always do to find they used the carts to block off all of the counter tops leaving me and a few other customers with nowhere to fold. It's 10:00 & they don't close until 11:00. I felt like it was a passive aggressive way of telling us to leave. read more

AMAZING SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS. Carlos went above and beyond in terms of customer service for someone like me who looked like a deer in headlights trying to figure out what to do as I walked in! I felt very comfortable, especially since they have big windows with the sunshine out. Comfortable temperature inside the laundromat. I noticed staff cleaning the dryers after each use for sanitation purposes. You NEVER see that anywhere. How kind! Also - so awesome that you can use debit cards to pay for laundry. No more coins! I'll be back! read more

I can't tell you how impressed I am by this place! Like the other reviewers mention, it's super clean and really is a nice destination for people seeking to do their laundry. There are tables and chairs, TV's, games for the kids (or the kids at heart)... They've done everything to make it comfortable for you to hang out and wait for your laundry if you choose to. I was visiting this laundry center to use their awesome drop off service. I have a cat who likes to splurge and purge :-( And she purged on my nice, new comforter. (Note to self: Buy duvet cover) So I dropped it off and they gave me a ticket and let me know that they'd call me when it was ready to pick. Yep,it was just that easy. They called the next day letting me know it was ready. And get this folks - a real, live person called and spoke with me! Not a call center or a robotic voice. That's when I knew this place was a true gem. My comforter was spotless and carefully wrapped in a plastic bag for transport. And the price was incredibly good. I've been back now three times to get that darn comforter cleaned. I think it may be cheaper just to find the cat a new home.... jk read more

My washing machine has been broken over a month and half. So I have to take my laundry to the laundry mat. I was taking my laundry to another laundry mat. But that place wasn't being kept clean, so I decided to visit SImi Valley Laundry Center. I have to say I am so impressed with the cleanliness and the fact there are attendants there all the time! Today was the 2nd time I saw and talked to Angela. My first visit, she kindly showed me how to preload the payment card and answered some other questions that I had about the different washing machines. Today when I arrived, Angela was throughly cleaning the dryers inside and out! She was smiling as she worked and always kept an eye on the desk in case someone needed her assistance. Thank you Angela for your commitment to your work and of cleanliness...especially during a pandemic! Cyndee B. read more

I live in Thousand Oaks work and drive all over but I have to say coming to this laundry when Angela is the attendant always delivers the BEST more valuable and courteous service around. Not just the gracious friendly service but the overall cleanliness and friendly environment of knowing people by their name. Cannot say enough good things! read more

Looks nice enough, but advertises false closing time. Their postings and signage say they close at 11pm, but they will not allow you to start a wash after 9pm, when I asked what they do when they are open for the two more hours, the guy working their explained "those two hours are just for me to clean the place up" By my definition the time when customers are not welcome and employees are cleaning up is not considered open hours. I drove 20 miles based on the false posting of operating hours that end at 11pm. Please update the posting as this is a disservice to anyone foolish enough to believe the posted hours. read more

BEWARE: DO NOT use the laundry service here. This was my first (and last) time using this service. Simi Valley Laundry Center is the place to go. They keep the machines nice and clean. It's very sanitary there and it helps that they have different size washers and dryers. Angela is also extremely helpful and very nice. I came in here once and had to use the big washer, it had the laundry mats in there she took them out and let me use it. I appreciated the time she took to let me use the washers. She holds great conversation as well and is always helping people out. I highly recommend this laundry mat. read more

Laudromats have modernized a lot since college days. From account cards, clean countertops, spacious aisles and wifi. Especially hardworking attendants like Brett Lefton, cleaning and keeping things in order, and courteous too. When the washer at home breaks down, this is more hygienic than borrowing a neighbor or friends machine because of hidden dirt and mildew trapped under the washtub. The small, medium and large machines here are well maintained vertical tubs with no trapped water to mildew and soil. read more

Pros and Cons. Pros are that they have tv's, A/C, non coin op machines and large facility. Cons are their employees are rarely on time to start their shift. They used to have automatic unlocking doors but did away with that. The employees end up taking all the large machines. Some of the employees are very rude. I find it concerning that one employee brings her children to work and they help her. I've tried to reach out to the owner on the email listed on the website but my emails have never been returned. Update to my initial review. It's been 2 months and as per the employees the owner doesn't want to fix the A/C. Several of us here are talking about going elsewhere. It's definitely not the place it started out as being. Pretty disappointed. It's like a sauna in here. Poor employees have to work in conditions like this! read more

To respond to the owner, please note that I came to the said laundromat at 7:10 AM right after the place opened for business. I was expecting the machines were already cleaned and ready for use. Your comment of "checking the machine dispensers are clean before you start" is completely ignorant. Unless you are taller than my height of 5'2, you won't have a full view of the dispensers as the machines are large. You will need a step stool just to have a clear view of the top part of the machine. Besides, isn't that the job of the attendant to make sure that the machines are checked for cleanliness and efficiency? This just proves that your washers are NOT cleaned every night like you claimed. If it was cleaned then it should have drained properly with no issues in the early morning when the place opened for business. On another note, the attendant has NOT offered to rewash my clothes. Other than apologizing, she took the matter frustratingly as a recurring issue that is awaiting resolution from management. read more
