I cannot thank this man enough! I have a very expensive customized wedding dress that I wanted cleaned and stored properly, I looked up review after review and asked around. Two people I knew recommended him and had great things to say so I gave it a shot. He was very honest with his opinion in not being able to clean it because of it being such a customized dress and individual sequins. He also advised anywhere else might have not taken the time to look at it and the tag and ruined it by dry cleaning it. I couldn't thank him more for being honest, kind, gentle with my dress. Even though he was not able to clean it he did still preserve it and sent a photo of it for proof when it's done. Even give an extra box around the preserve box for gentle storage and protection. The price was affordable and timing was so fast!!! He said 2 weeks and I got it in 1! I just had a great experience overalll. read more

Amazing service! They expedited my cleaning through a power outage. Great customer service!

I have been using Liberty Cleaners for years! I find them to be so professional, timely, and reliable. Along with those, they're extremely trustworthy. I brought one of my designer sweaters in for an overwhelming amount of lint/white residue caused by paper left in the washer. Rather than charging me, Tony gave me an easy fix suggestion that I did from home myself. Truly appreciate not only the honesty, but the impeccable quality of work. They take such great care of your belongings, so much that when it came to preserving my wedding dress, this was the only place I'd even consider. Highly recommend for all of your dry cleaning needs! read more

I had a down comforter dry cleaned here that was in horrible condition and it was returned to me less than 48 hours later, looking brand new. Not only was I very pleased with their work but their customer service is outstanding. The owner got the down comforter back to me in less than 2 days, although I paid no extra charge. He initially told me it could take a few days because we were about to be in a holiday weekend. I understood, but he could tell I didn't consider the holiday before bringing it in. I didn't pay anything extra and he was able to get the down comforter in like-new condition and ready for me to pick up first thing, Saturday morning, before the holiday. They are running a great business here. Thank you to the owner for going above and beyond! read more

We Yelped to find a drycleaner in Simi Valley that was affordable. Found Liberty Cleaners and read all of the reviews. Although they had mixed reviews, we saw a coupon online and decided to try it. When we dropped off our dirty duds, Pam was super friendly. We told her how we found them and she even mentioned some of the reviews she had read about her business and couldn't believe some of the reviews they received. Their reviews were either 5-stars or 1-star. Nothing in between. While we were talking to Pam, another customer came in and started talking with us about how nice Tony (Pam's husband) is, and how some customers visit the store just to sit talk to him. Positive experience so far!! We'll really know when we pick up our things! read more

I went into Liberty Cleaners because I needed a button sewn onto my pants. Not only did the owner sew the button onto my pants while I waited (less than 5 minutes), he did not even charge me for the service! Thanks so much! I highly recommend! 5/5 Stars. read more

my graduation gown and stoles turned out beautiful, service was really quick, and great customer service.  Highly recommended for any graduation or really any other dry cleaning needs!! read more

I had dropped off an expensive hoodie here to get a lipstick stain removed with the expectation that I get it back with the stain either completely gone or almost gone. The stain was nearly gone after I picked the hoodie up, but I noticed that there were holes on 3 sides of the front pocket either due to the solution used on the material or rubbing vigorously on the edges of the pocket area. You would expect a dry cleaner business that's been around for a while to treat garments with care right? Clearly that's not the case here. To make matters worse, I went in the next day to complain and the owner flat out denied that it was his doing and said that it was due to wear and tear on my end. I showed him a picture of the almost brand new hoodie days before I dropped it off with them (pictured below) and he still denied it was his fault. He offered no compensation for messing my hoodie up, but did offer to have his seamstress patch it up which is the only reason I'm giving this place an extra star. It came back looking decent, but I would much rather have preferred them to not mess it up in the first place and treat it with proper care. I've seen another complaint on here about them ruining a hoodie so there's obviously an issue with the quality of service. If you have anything expensive that needs to be dry cleaned, do yourself a favor by looking elsewhere. read more

Yelped this place because I needed to dry clean my daughters ROTC uniform and needed it done quickly so she could turn it in. The owner was nice and helpful and able to handle it quickly. I informed him that I needed the pants creased and he gave me that look like he already knew. Came to pick up the uniform 2 days later and it was ready, creased, and perfect. He also removed her name tag which I forgot to do and handed it to me. Happy to have locally owned dry cleaners and will continue to support them. read more
