I have been coming to Joe's Cleaners for many, many years. Freddy and his staff have always done an outstanding job at a great price. It was always nice to come in and be greeted so friendly. I am truly sad and disappointed that after so many years the property management won't renew his lease. It breaks my heart that Freddy is being forced to close his business. I been coming here as long as I can remember, my mother would come here all the time when I was a child and teenager. Now 33, I come here still because Freddy is an awesome man, he's a great man. It makes me really happy to see him, it just brings back good memories. Besides all that, service, the price, professional, any altering I've done here. Freddy is amazing! My family members have been going here for years and built a friend like relationship with him. He is Very professional but very personable as well. I had uniforms cleaned every week for 6 months and he always took care of me and my uniforms always looked sharp. Sometimes I would see him twice a week and he would always have my clothes ready to go as I walked him. He is also reasonably priced! I will miss seeing him weekly ! read more

I have been going to Joe's Cleaners since Freddy, the current owner was just a hard working employee. The service has always been great. I am always greeted with a smile and they will often see me approaching and have my pickup ready before I get to the counter. In one of the reviews below, someone mentioned leaving a large sum of cash in a pocket and having it returned promptly. I collect high end pocket knives and more than once have left a very expensive one in a pocket and Freddy always finds them and has it put in a drawer for when I come in for my pickup. Now that his kids are old enough, they work in the family business, so it truly is a family affair as well. I see a couple low star reviews below from many years ago, but there's nothing but five stars since Freddy took over. With the Covid 19 virus and everyone working from home, the dry cleaning business has been hit hard. This place is highly recommended and worthy of your support! They will not disappoint! read more

This place is awesome! Good $, Good tayloring, Freddy lets me know if my suits are not in good condition before cleaning, 2 times now. Once for a small hole. Another time for something else I missed. I dropped a bridesmaid dress off for alterations. Came back the day AFTER I was told it would be ready and discovered that the dress was lying in a heap on a shelf, untouched. The excuse was that the person who was supposed to do the alteration had been sick all week. If that was the case, why didn't someone at least call me and let me know? They had plenty of time to find someone else to do it! On the plus side, they seemed to realize that they made a HUGE mistake and steamed the dress right away for no charge. I had to get someone to help me carefully pin the dress so I could wear it in the wedding the next day. It looked funny in the back, but at least it was wearable. read more

Went there for the first and last time. I brought my baseball jacket in, it needed the collar stiching redone. I dropped it off on Friday(11-13-15) and was given a pick up date for the following Wednesday. I came in the next Wednesday and it was not done. He said his guy called in sick but promised me, as soon as his employee came in the next day, he would have it done . I said I would be back the next day to pick it up in the afternoon. When I went to pick it up on Thursday, it was still not even started. I said, let me have my jacket back, I saw the owner and lifted up my jacket and said you had this for a week and did nothing. I did not hear an I'm sorry. In fact, he had the ticket with my name and phone number. I waited to see if he would call and apologize but nothing.
