When I dropped off my dresses, I was told they would be ready in approximately seven days and that I would receive a notification when they were completed. After not hearing anything, I gave it some time. Nearly a month later, with the event approaching, I stopped by their location at the town center to check on the status of my dresses, only to discover they were no longer there. I never received any notification that they had moved, nor did I receive any communication that my dresses were ready. I called the number on file to find out what was going on. After some time, they were able to locate my dresses and informed me that they were ready for pickup. They then provided me with a new address a few miles away. The most disappointing part came on the wedding day when we put the dresses on and discovered that one of the alterations had not been completed. After waiting nearly a month, receiving no communication, and having to track down my dresses myself, finding out that the work wasn't even finished was incredibly frustrating. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and quality control during this experience.

This was my first time going to Insi. I have a uniform with ladies trousers that are notoriously…read moredifficult to have fitted. When I went, Insi was very friendly and easy to talk to. She knew exactly what needed to be done. I knew that a few days at least would be needed to take in the waist and hem the length. Unfortunately for me, something came up and I needed them earlier than expected. I called Insi and explained the scheduling conflict. I have a backup pair of trousers I could wear for the upcoming event, although the fit is really off, but if at all possible to pick them up a few hours earlier. I told her I would rather have quality work and pick them up the following week, instead of rushing. She said she would try, and depending on the difficulty of the cut, she might be able to have them early. I was thrilled that she texted even earlier than she expected and said the trousers were ready. I went and tried them on and they were done exactly as needed. I am so grateful to finally have a great fitting pair of trousers for my uniform, and I felt good about wearing them to the event that weekend. Thank you Insi!
