Recently moved to Simi and looking for new Dry Cleaners, and this place came highly recommended by…read moremy mother in law. They were great back in 97 when my wife was in HS, and that is the last time they updated there POS and Inventory system. I took 11 items (Slacks and Sweaters for DC & Shirts to Launder), get one receipt (Handwritten) simple says $38.75. Not to mention it wont be ready for 4-5 days. Come back on the day it was promised, its not ready, and oh yeah I forgot to add the cost of the shirts so now its $53 & Change. Took 3 visits to get all 10 items done, but where are my pants? The owner (Female) proceeds to tell me through her highly advanced system of handwritten receipts and tags stapled on the receipts, that I never brought in that pair of pants and "she has never lost an item in 33 years of doing business" #SMH I went back an additional time, and she was nothing but condescending and obtuse. Honestly the worst dry cleaning experience in my life. If you like slow, unorganized, over-priced, heavy starched, and a patronizing non-customer serviced filled dry-cleaning service....than this is the place for you!
