Perfect Alterations & Wonderful Experience! Sueanne did an amazing job altering my wedding dress! Since I'm having a destination wedding in Thailand, my dress is light and simple, and I only needed minor adjustments. She was incredibly detailed and thorough, making sure it fit exactly how I wanted. Her fitting room is small, but she always laid out a clean blanket on the floor to keep my dress spotless, which I really appreciated. Her prices were very reasonable compared to other tailors who were going to charge an arm and a leg for the same alterations. On top of her great work, Sueanne is so kind and friendly--it was such a pleasure working with her. She made my wedding dress perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I just started going here a little over a month ago. I had previously used the same place for the past 30 years until those folks retired. The first 3 places I tried were underwhelming. These folks are near my office, so definitely convenient. After reading all of the reviews I decided to give them a go. Very pleased with this decision. Super friendly upon entering the store. I was looking to have a few pants hemmed and this was the first result on Yelp. Many great reviews, so why not call for a quote. So I called and asked for a quote to hem some khaki's and chino pants. Right away the guy on the phone, Paul, irritatedly said "I told you when you called 10 minutes ago, $18." I told him that this was my first time calling and he said "No it's not, I know it's you because you asked with the same brand earlier and I told you I have to see them" (Chino's are a type of pants Paul, not a brand..) Anyways, all this to say that customer service starts here. It was my first time calling but was immediately accused of already speaking to me. I'm sure they do a fine job based on the reviews. But I wish this misunderstanding didn't happen on their end so I could have happily had my pants hemmed by them. read more

Once again, thanks to doing a bit of Yelp "research" by checking out the local dry cleaning businesses near me, I found Creekside Cleaners in Moorpark. Happily, I can now report that they do a GREAT job of getting stains out of bedspreads. Not sure what the stain was, but it had an oily feel to it, and it had severely darkened the material. I definitely hold my husband responsible for this as it was on HIS side of the bed, but he couldn't (or wouldn't, not sure, lol) lay claim to what it was, and it covered a pretty decent amount of the spread. Anyway, I was rather skeptical thinking that any dry cleaners could fix this, but Creekside came through like you wouldn't believe !! I know where the stain was, and now, nobody else would know!! AT ALL !! It's been 1 million percent removed. Yaaay !! I now have a new dry cleaners to use. I also have a LIKE-NEW bedspread !! I was referred to creekside cleaners by a coworker who got her wedding dress cleaned and preserved by creekside. I took my wedding dress there and am beyond happy with the friendly service. It cost $150 to clean and preserve, but it's worth it. They did let me know when I dropped off my dress that it would take a month (which it did) and I appreciated them being up-front around that timeline (even though I was not in a rush). read more

Suzanne is amazing, I had a 2:00pm wedding that I was in and I forgot to get my suit pants hemmed. I called her at 12:45 and she said to hurry down an she would do them right away. It was a busy Saturday and she dropped everything and ha me measured and out of there in 15 minutes. Incredible customer service.
