Been coming here for years now. Started off with giving this place a chance to this is the only place I come for dry cleaning and alterations. They are really fast, very accommodating, super friendly and have some of the best pricing around. Great work always done and always sure to make sure the customer is happy with the product. I have cleaned everything from Silk to Leather with them. Great place and highly recommend. read more

Towne Cleaners is amazing. Nabil was incredibly kind and communicative, you can tell he really cares about his customers and making people feel welcomed. My dry clean and press were done super quickly, the communication was great throughout the process, and it's honestly so refreshing to find a place that offers reliable same-day service, especially on weekends because that's hard to find. Pricing is definitely fair. Highly recommend!! read more

For the last 3 years, I've used just about every service Towne Cleaners provides. Laundry services for our large comforters & goose down pillows. Dry cleaning, pressing and finishing for my husband's suits and my formal dresses. And my favorite place to get my jean alterations done. Everything is fast, easy, affordable, happy in and out customer service. read more

I took my wedding dress here for cleaning and preservation. It was a satin ball gown with a very long train, so obviously it was pretty dirty on the bottom and had a few grass stains and some other spots that I was hoping they would get out. To my surprise, it looks practically brand new!! Nabil was excellent in communicating and he even let me come in and inspect it before they had pressed and boxed it for storage. So grateful we took it here instead of sending it through one of those big mail in companies!!! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Towne Cleaners. Nabil helped me on Monday when I was rushing to get my white coat altered for an important event. He was kind, welcoming, and immediately knew exactly how to help me. The service was exceptional. In just two days, my white coat was ready for pickup. When I returned, it was perfectly altered, pressed, and ready to wear. Nabil once again provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. I came in with a dress that needed a hem alteration, and with it being a busy prom and wedding season, I was really hoping they could help me out. Nabil made sure my dress was ready way faster than I expected! The price was so reasonable, and service was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home, although I had just met Nabil. He is personable, welcoming, and eager to please, and that was evident in his interactions with his customers around me as well. My dress was altered exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be using Towne Cleaners again! read more

I went in on a late Friday afternoon and needed a suit dry cleaned by noon the next day. I had gone to three other places and everyone rejected me. The owner of this place immediately said yes no problem. I'll get it done. The next day I came in at noon to get the suit and I thanked him profusely for how grateful I was that he got it done in time. He kindly shared with me that they don't turn on the dry cleaning machine on Saturdays and they turned it off after I came in late Friday. So he drove to Camarillo to make sure it got done and brought it back the next morning for me. He said he always will say yes and make it happen. His customer service was out of this world, and I will forever be his customer. read more

We live in Fillmore. There are no dry cleaners in town or Santa Paula. Our son started a new job that requires frequently cleaning suits and uniforms almost daily. We were lucky to find Towne Cleaners. Everything is pressed perfectly and in a very timely manner. There are times we need things cleaned very fast, they have never disappointed us. Their prices are very fair. If you want courteous and prompt service, this is where you need to go. read more

Huge shoutout to this dry cleaner. Not only did they fix my lab coat (the hem was off) but they also sewed on patches and dry cleaned it for no extra cost. And .... I called and asked to get it 4 days early and they made it happen. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!! read more

I took some slacks I needed cleaned for a wedding. Turn around time was 4 days and I needed them sooner than that due to not being off work till 11pm. The kind owner said he could have It done by Wednesday! (In 2 days) the prices are fair (7 bucks per item) I also heard they cleaned hats so I brought 3 with me. Will definitely be going back again! They also had a lot of jerseys waiting to be picked up so I'll def bring mine in soon too! read more

I'll admit now that I've never been inside any dry cleaners before. This place was definitely clean and organized. I had two suits and an extremely dirty dress dry cleaned. One of the suits had a gnarly oil stain on the lapel and the bottom of the dress looked like someone went hiking in it. Tony saw it both and all the suits and dress looked brand new. I am not familiar with the pricing of dry cleaners but it was $15 for my suit and $25 for the dress. One of my suits was a three-piece which ended up being $20. It's hard to see myself going to another spot when this place did a tremendous job cleaning my suits. I wear suits often so I don't get them cleaned often but when I do, I'll definitely be back. read more

The best dry cleaners I have ever come across! The owners are amazing. Their integrity is excellent If they are not able to fulfill your request they will let you know, they will contact you if there is a problem or issue with whatever you bring in to them. They have done repairs, alterations, washed slipcovers, there is pretty much nothing they can't do. They'll even disclose if they have to outsource anything. Their work is impeccable! Thankful that our small community has such a great business! read more

Clothes come back like new! They are excellent and I will use them as my go to dry cleaners.

Towne Cleaners is the only place I'll go to for dry cleaning and wardrobe alterations. Nancy the tailor is fantastic! There's a little curtained off area in the store where you can change, and she can see where to hem or pin. But I've also just dropped off my clothes with instructions to "hem three inches" and my pants come back exactly the way I want them. She's a very talented seamstress and the only one I trust to alter my clothes. Since I'm short, I often have to hem my pants. Her prices are great as well, and I'm always happy with the dry cleaning. read more

I've been looking for a decent, honest, good cleaners since I joined the workforce in 2002. I've finally found one!!! The owners are so kind, communicative, timely, great work and always friendly. I never understood why I couldn't find a cleaners that provided a service in which they charged far too much for. At Towne, they are reasonably priced and will even get you a quote, should they have to send out the item. I dry cleaned a couple coats and one of my husband's dress shirts which I thought were unrepairable, but they did a fantastic job!!!! Highly recommended. read more

Tom and Nancy were the best! I was a customer for 20 plus years. I gave the new owner a chance until he was offensive and rude. Prices increased only for service to decline. I've had pants returned to me without alternations being done. I dropped off an expensive jacket only to have it returned with giant fuzz balls all over it. I went in today to drop off my work pants. The seams on the hip are stretched out and I asked him to double stitch the seams. He told me they would eventually rip even if he double stitched them. I asked him to do it anyway. He proceeded to tell me, "the problem is, is that you need to lose weight" HOW RUDE!!! OFFENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I used to love Towne cleaners, under the new ownership I am less than impressed. To start, I was greeted by cold, unfriendly staff. All I requested was a simple hem and was treated in a way that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. However, I decided to go through the process and was handed my ticket. Upon my return, I wasn't greeted with words but instead an open palm grasping for the ticket. Then was told to pay, without being told the price. Was then told the price, which was an exorbitant amount of money, but figured everything is going up nowadays and continued anyway. After leaving, I felt more and more unsettled so I tried on the dress and was incredibly disappointed. So I took it to another cleaners. Here, I was told that the hem would be a simple fix and decided to ask them if the price I was charged was the normal. They were shocked to hear what they had gotten away with charging me and was told I was over charged basically double what they would've quoted me. Save to say Towne has lost my business forever. I could not recommend to find a new place enough, save your money. read more

I've been searching for good cleaners near my house. I've tried at least 5 cleaners and they all demonstrated poor service and outrageous prices. Then, I found Towne Cleaners. Towne Cleaners is hands down the BEST Cleaners in Ventura County. Their Client service is 5-Star. They are always very friendly, very professional and very prompt. Their prices are also the lowest I've seen. This Cleaners is so clean and looks very well organized. I've only had excellent experiences with this company. Ohh, they even have a candy jar to take some candy on your way out! This place is amazing! I brought in some work pants that are my favorite ones I own because of a tear in them. I asked if they could repair and clean them. I would like to continue to use Towne cleaners or even another cleaners in Moorpark but the prices are ridiculous. My parents have been using Joes Cleaners in Simi forever. Found Towne through their excellent Yelp and Google reviews, needed a designer tuxedo and some dress shirts dry cleaned. From the moment you walk in there is a welcoming and professional presence from Tony and his wife. He immediately showed interest in what my needs were and talked me through any concerns by patiently answering my questions. His wife is very detail oriented and immediately started to assess my designer pieces and knew how to handle them, removing all shirt buttons and re-stitching them after the cleaning. They offered a fast turn around time at a very fair price. At pick up, I was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning and pressing of the jacket, pants and shirts. Tony again showed care and professionalism in making sure everything was to my expectations. I rarely ever do reviews but this business deserves one highlighting their customer care and dedication to their craft. Truly a gem. I won't be going anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. read more

I took a dress and a shirt to get them both hemmed at Towne Cleaners based on the positive reviews. I took my items in late Tuesday and it was ready on Friday as promised. I went in pick up my items and chatted with the owners a bit about the nonprofit behind my T-shirt. She seemed genuinely interested and then charged me only for the dress. Great customer service and even better to know they support groups bringing attention to underrepresented groups. read more
