Unfortunately, the suit ended up in what I thought was an unrecoverable condition. It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. Every single one either refused outright or gave me that look like it was done. At that point, I had basically accepted the loss. Then I found Zeppelin Cleaners last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. That alone already told me something was different about this place. When I brought the suit in, they didn't panic or brush me off, and they didn't make unrealistic promises. They assessed it like professionals. You could tell they actually understood fabric composition, construction, and stain treatment at a technical level. Here's where it gets crazy. They had it ready by the very next day. When I picked it up, I genuinely couldn't believe what I was looking at. The suit didn't just look clean. It looked better than when I originally got it. The fabric texture was fully restored. There was no visible staining or discoloration. The wool integrity was intact. The cupro lining looked smooth and untouched. There was no warping, no shrinkage, and no stiffness. The suit was properly pressed and held its structure perfectly. They didn't just clean it. They brought it back to life. Their proposed fix was to patch it with a cheap velvet that didn't match. I said no, a mismatched patch would only make an already damaged, one of a kind piece look worse. I even tried sourcing matching fabric myself but couldn't find any. The issue was never resolved. They later claimed I "didn't want their help," which isn't true. I wanted it fixed properly, not fixed poorly. My Dad's jacket: During an alteration, their tailor cut away far too much fabric, making the jacket unwearable. I waited over two months for a resolution before having to ask for a refund on the nearly $200 alteration, since they couldn't fix what they had done. After all of this, I asked them to reimburse me for my Mom's jacket, given my five years of loyalty and the fact that nearly a year had passed without the issue ever being resolved. They refused, saying too much time had gone by. It's never too late to do the right thing. What frustrates me most is the pattern: they keep entrusting delicate, vintage, and sentimental garments to people who are not equipped to handle them, then leave customers to absorb the consequences. I was patient, I tried to help find a solution, and I gave them every opportunity to make it right. I'm left with two family heirlooms that were damaged while in their care. If you have vintage or irreplaceable pieces, take them elsewhere.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who took my clothes (a small sample size of everything I needed to get cleaned) and was incredibly cheerful and helpful the entire time despite it being early in the morning. They also mentioned that they have a discount if you prepay. It's an even better discount if you pay by cash instead of card. I'll definitely be bringing cash next time for better savings. They mentioned that it would be able 4-5 days to get everything cleaned and sure enough, the afternoon on day 4 I got an automated text message from them that things were ready. I did appreciate the text, however, I am also worried that there could be moments when a text could get lost in the shuffle either due to my busy schedule or that I just see the text and forget. I wish that they had also done a follow up call. Then again, I picked my order up on the morning of day 5 so, maybe, if I hadn't done that they would have given me a follow up call. When I came to pick up my clothes, once again, I was greeted with another friendly employee who quickly found my clothes & handed them over. I got home and confirmed that everything was cleaned great and my order was complete. I will definitely return with the giant bag of dry cleaning we have at our house. I can definitely see myself becoming a loyal frequent customer here.

One time they actually had sports on and we were watching the game and the manager came in and turned it to another station. We were the only ones in there at the time doing laundry and were clearly watching so it is obvious that the TVs are not there for customers but for the manager's entertainment (I believe this was after the new owners took over.) The first new owner was very nice and said they would be getting new machines and improving the place, which was great considering the old ones didn't do a good job at washing or drying and the place was always dirty. That day the place was actually clean. After the new machines were installed we met another person that said they were the owner. This was a very bad experience. Even though they had new machines they didn't wash clothes well. They took out all but one bench to sit, so you basically have to stand the entire time you are there. I told my husband that we were never going back after that. So happy that the new owner made us not to want to go back because we found a new place. Didn't expect much after this place. To say we were in awe of the new place is an understatement. Very clean. A bathroom for the public. A sink that actually works (just tested it but didn't use). Great machines that do exceptional well at cleaning and drying clothes. They have machines that easily wash comforters to perfection. A special machine for cleaning sneakers. Lots of chairs. Great folding tables. Now we actually look forward to doing our laundry.

Best dry cleaners ever. Around the best area too. Always get all my clothes dry cleaned for affordable price and best service. Always get my pants or dresses altered from there. I go no where else or trust no other place than jasmine cleaners. The guy is so friendly there and always give me good advice if I should alter my pants or not. He takes ever stain out even the toughest ones. And he even retries till he gets the best results. They have really good customer service and even have one day service if you were in a rush. They even stay after closing if you call them if you are running late and they wait until you come to give you your clothes. I've been going here since I was 10. Very nice family business too. Worse cleaner in the valley. They charge cheaper but you get what you pay for. Service from the old guy was not just courteous but also kindda rude.
