Clean place with friendly staff on site. They're constantly cleaning to maintain the place and are easily available at the front for assistance. Bathroom on the premises is clean too and the machines are clean. The neighborhood looks decent compared to most places I've washed clothes in. I used coins to pay for my load as the Laundry Pay option they have is a horrible app from the reviews. I'd suggest they change platform to PayRange is they want to improve their overall service. Best laundromat ever! The machines are super clean and work very well. Thank you to the ladies on staff today that asked me if I needed help. They were able to guide me on which machine would fit my San Marcos blanket the best. You can use quarters or an app to pay for your loads. Theres a QR code on every machine. read more

I never thought I would review a laundry mat but Howard deserves the review. He has made the environment of this place actually enjoyable to do a chore I despise . This facility is clean, friendly, and he makes me feel safe, which as a female often doing laundry alone, can be a concern. I always bring my AirPods but end up chatting with the friendly staff. They have great amenities wifi, pay thru the app, bathrooms, sinks with soap and water, fans to keep it cool and now music too! AMAZING! CLEAN! NICE! HELPFUL! This was the first time in 40 years I had to go to a laundromat. Needed to wash my comforter. My washer not big enough. I was shocked by the cost just to wash it ($5.50). However, putting that aside, the place was so clean, machines great and the gal that was behind the counter was THE NICEST and KINDEST PERSON (Lyn). clean snob rating I've been living in LA 4 years now (still do) and since, I've tried SEVERAL laundromats (near and far). This is officially the FURTHEST I've EVER driven just to wash clothes! (15 miles, approx 25min 0 traffic on a Sunday morning) WORTH IT!!!! This place is soooo clean! and soooo polite! and attentive! They introduce themselves.. so polite They ask if you are familiar with the machines.. so great! They even offer to teach you if you've never done your own laundry before. No foul odors. No detergents splashes. No powder detergent caked machines! Also they actually have hot water when you use the hot feature. (I can name 3 establishments currently ripping people off with the up-charge while water still runs cold) You can not make clean in a dirty environment! It does not make sense! I gave them brand new black shirt and they washed it with white or other color clothes . When I called I spoke to someone with Spanish accent and she was like so what do you want me to do ? Basically go f yourself attitude . She said I never told them not to wash together. I figured that doesn't need to be said but I guess they wash darks and whites in same load unless you tell them not to. I said I'm going to come speak with your manager or boss she laughed and he's never here . So I'm not sure what kind of boss never goes to his business like it's money laundering or whatever . My washer died on me and won't be fixed for 3 weeks, which is not good news for someone who does laundry everyday. The first place I tried was near my work, but it was SUPER sketchy and was filthy. My second try lead me here which was 100% a better experience! Super clean from top to bottom, great washer and dryers, well lit (I cane in the evening) and the husband and wife owners were both on site which I appreciated. Great place! Our dryer caught on fire, so we had to find a laundry mat.. It's been years since we've used a laundry mat. What a great experience! We were walking in, and the owner came out and helped me carry my laundry basket in. We were greeted and announced we were newbies to the place and everyone welcomed us. He took us to the machines and explained how to work them and went over everything with us, which was so helpful and very much appreciated. The place was SO clean!!! They take pride in their laundry mat and it shows! I loved that they have an app you can use to pay and add time. The app even tells you how mach time is remaining, which is convenient if you don't want to stay inside and wait. We went early morning and were offered free donuts. Staff was so helpful and all super nice! Prices are very reasonable for the machines, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. We love this new cleaners with the upgraded machines. The young lady that works there is amazing. There is a note on the door that says for everyone to wear a mask BUT I guess the new owner does not have to follow the rules. We were there the other day and it was pretty slow there. The owner came in to collect the coins from the machine and DID NOT have a mask on. I know in Ventura County you do not need to wear one unless the business asks you to wear one. Maybe the new owner should re read this signs on the door and lead by example. Again the young lady there is AWESOME. read more
