I love that they take quarters and I don't have to buy a card (which always has money left over on it) or have to download an app to pay with a minimum purchase and auto loading. Get what you need and don't waste money. They have at least 27 washers and I have not seen 1 out of order. At least 20 dryers of different sizes. Again, not seen one out of order. They have 3 change machines and a dispenser for detergents and fabric softeners as well. One stop shop for laundry needs doing it yourself. This is perfect for us out of town-ers . I've seen them cleaning the vents and sweeping the floors. Not always clean (especially on the weekends due to heavy volume) but during the week it's usually well maintained. Only drawback is only a few carts and people hoard them. This is now my go to place so I don't have to pack as much for care visits. read more

It's clear he really cares about the place--he stops by often to make sure the machines are working properly, and even posts his number on the wall in case anyone needs help. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. The owner says the $7 washers can handle up to 5 loads, which is a great value . The place was clean, and the people there were super friendly--they even helped me figure out how to use the machines. And thankfully, no crazy people in sight . I visit to wash bulky items that don't fit into our home washing machine. The place is consistently dirty and the dryer vents are full of lint. I can only imagine what the washing machine internal parts look like - gross. No one onsite to manage the appearance or experience. It's very much a self serve operation with dryers that don't connect to their Pay-by-Mobile app, thereby requiring quarters to be used. Oh, and the loud, outdated, and often annoying music videos continuously play while you're watched from a cadre of residential home cameras that display you from any number of positions on another monitor. Not a semi-relaxing or stress free environment to say the least. Anyway, I had an issue once. Contacted Paul who returned my call promptly but didn't follow through on the promised resolution. I'm glad that I don't have to frequent this place any more than every other month or so. It's a quite expensive and not well maintained laundromat. We only needed about 20 minutes so each load was only $1 The place has been under new management for a little over a year, and it definitely shows. During the hour we were there, there was a steady flow of customers, but it never felt crowded. The space is well-equipped with various sizes of washing machines, a full wall of dryers, and plenty of folding tables. I also appreciated the number of rolling baskets available to make it easy to transport laundry to and from the car. Safety is clearly a priority here. There are lots of cameras throughout the facility, which added peace of mind. There are also vending machines for both laundry supplies and snacks, plus seating available both inside and outside. I was skeptical due to some unpleasant reviews; however, several neighbors on NextDoor assured me it's a nice place. I was not disappointed whatsoever. The variety of washing machine sizes was great. The dryer took no time at all. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to read a book while you wait. Small restaurants to get a meal next door. I had not been to a laundromat in 30 years. I've been going here for several years. And it's to the point where I have to say something because everytime I'm here it becomes worse and worse. First off the washers are not big at all. Prepare to split your loads up or pay a ridiculous amount of money for the one of the 2 big washers in front. That said it's $3/3.50 to get a decent size load in. Second the timers are never accurate. If it says 43 minutes prepare for 55 at minimum. And following that no one ever takes thier clothes out when they are done leading people to either wait or take out someone else's unmentionables. Lastly the washers seem to get worse as even splitting up my clothes I still find them dirty/smelly when I take them out. I don't think these washers get cleaned out either. Ok so all that's pretty crappy and then the dryers are slightly better. 25 cents for 8 minutes and the dryers are twice the size of the washers so you could combine 2 loads put in a dollar and be ok. Except for the fact that most of the doors don't close and the dryers have a habit of eating your quarters so you put in multiple before the timer shows up to start. Now you're thinking why do I keep coming back? Cause before it wasn't this bad and it's still one of the cheapest laundromats in town so I guess I just suck it up but things need to change. There's no contact info anywhere to complain and the place is filthy. I've been here in the morning in the afternoon mid day etc. Trash is full and trash and laundry are left behind. As I said there's always someone's disgusting underwear laying around. The dryer sheets though are the worst. There's so many on the floor I've slipped and fell several times. It wouldn't surprise me if one day these guys got a lawsuit for an unsafe walking space. Anywho being as There's no other reviews for this place who knows if anyone is paying attention but seriously I might just consider paying more and going elsewhere if this place doesn't get cleaned up soon. read more

Came to wash comforters that don't fit in my home washer. It's $4.75 for the medium sized washer, fits one queen size comforter perfectly. Approximately $2.00 to dry. Not clean & the broken washers are not marked "out of order" so you may waste $4.75 unless you are lucky enough to have one of the regulars give you a heads up. The other people here on a Sunday afternoon are families. The Chinese restaurant next door has great lunch specials. Was able to eat lunch while my laundry washed. read more

The positive reviews have GOT to be fake. This place is so disgusting. It's dirty, in disrepair, water is on the floor, the floors are torn up and uneven, the machines are old, rusty and dirty--and for all of this, it's more expensive than other, much better, laundromats. There's no attendant, of course, and the machines list one price and charge another. You put in the amount and then are told to put in 25 or 50 cents more, 25 cents more if you want a regular cycle, 50 cents more if you want a heavy cycle. Nothing's posted about this and you can't get your money back form the washer when you realize this. It's small, with no way to get around the nasty stuff on the floor, but it's in the same shopping center as Trader Joes, so I guess that's how it stays in business. read more

Had to wash a comforter. I got to the place at 6 am and the only positive thing I can say is that it was open. As soon as I walked in the door, it went downhill. It was obvious the washers and/or floors were not clean during off hours. The place was filthy. I had the place to myself and nobody else was there. I tried to find the cleanest washing machine that didn't smell. Yes, this place is THAT bad. I found one that was sufficient to use and I cleaned it myself. I then tried to get quarters from their machines. One was out of order and the other didn't work, either. Washer s***ks even though I spent $3.75 for a 20 plus minutes wash. This place needs newer machines (they charge newer machine prices) and the place needs to be cleaned. A FILTHY place with old, dilapidated equipment. I spent almost 30 mins mopping and drying the floor because one of the washers that I used leaked water all over the place. I also had to cover the folding tables with garbage bags I brought since they were so dirty, and I didn't want my clean clothes to touch them. To make matters worse, there were 2 drunk and/or drugged out homeless men that appear to have taken up residence there. Their appearance, odor, and behavior was disturbing to say the least.
