This is my very first time here at this laundromat. Paul took amazing care of me for my first experience and has made it very inviting with his attentiveness with customer service. Not only did he find me the correct dryers to use, but also helped me wash, learning the inside and out of the washer/dryers here at this business. They do have an area where you can purchase your own soap and they also have a place to exchange cash into coins. The two washers in the front are only seven dollars each for 25 minutes and you can basically load an 80 gallon bag of clothing. They have technicians coming regularly, also in case of any situation. They included access to the numbers of the owners available at all times in case. I highly recommend this location due to the Kes and the accessibility along with the fabulous customer service from Paul. read more

Sorely disappointed with this place.... Being that it's the only one in NP.... Unfortunately I was subject to numerous dryers that only blew out hot air without tumbling (didn't want my clothes to sit there and burn) there were many washers that had mildew and weren't working as well... unfortunately after finding out after put money in there machines and no attendant present, I called a number that was posted 8055730495, I talked to someone, gave them my App information and was not refunded. Very disappointed and DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this place.... Make the drive elsewhere read more

This is the best laundromat in town! Service is 11/10! The owners / workers here are the kindest people. I had once forgotten my laundry over night and when I came the next day it was gone. But after calling I was told they had put it in their side room and someone kindly (and quickly!) met me to give me my laundry back! This is the only place I will go when I my laundry needs to be done. Ive met the owner/operator several times and he has been extremely friendly and helpful. He even gave me complementary fabric softener as I was about to buy some as he was restocking the machine. I rarely seen a machine down, and they just got new large commercial washers that are great for large comforters and larger loads. I have no idea why anyone would leave a negative review, the place is always open, conveniently located, and has plenty of machines so there is never a wait. Vety clean. Lots of well-maintained machines a friendly proprietor and a decent neighborhood make this business well appreciated.

Some recent improvements: they got rid of the old snack machine from the 70's and got a new snack/drink machine, which is nice. Also, I noticed the rolling carts look new & clean. read more

Our normal laundromat was extremely busy, so we decided to come to this one. AS luck would have it, we picked the washer that started to leak on us almost instantly. Wife grabbed their mop and bucket that waa in the corner and started to clean up. Eventually, the leaked stopped. MY wife decided to sweep and give the rest of the floor a good sweep and mopping as it was extremely dirty and only a few customers around. I went to this laundromat to use the large washers for a blanket and mattress topper. Because I am not a regular user here, I was having some difficulty understanding how to use the machine. I noticed someone who was working there and asked for help. Turns out it was the new owner. He was very helpful. He helped me to use the machine, get change and detergent. I always like to see the owner of any business walking the aisle to see what can be done to improve the business. He told me he was replacing equipment and fixing the place up. I came in with the idea that this might be a clean laundry mat for the area but I was wrong. The machines are filthy, the floors are filthy and my clothes was full of dog hair. I assumed it was just because someone washed their dogs stuff but as I was leaving I saw a couple bring in TONS of bags filled with dog beds and blankets. They used every single washing machine and it made the entire laundry mat smell of wet dog! I'm never coming back after seeing that. I don't recommend. read more

This is my favorite laundry mat. I discovered it when I was at Trader Joe's which is next door. I was really surprised by these reviews. I later found out this place is under new ownership and the other reviews previous ownership. The place is clean and updated. Machines washed great. Dryers work great. Owner came in and was very pleasant making sure everything is up to par! Prices reasonable. Excellent and very nice location. I will no longer go to another laundry mat. Another lady I spoke with said the same! This is now my go to laundry mat! It is especially nice with Trader Joe's next door to go shopping. High end location! read more

If you got your laundry stolen from a shared laundry, come on down!! Washer takes about 30-40 minutes, and dryers are currently about 25 cents/5 minutes which is reasonable. It's reasonably clean and maintained. Love this small business, still in the growing pains, but would support!! read more

If I could give negative stars this would be it. How disgusting! Mold growing on the floor and in the cracks of the washing machines. So dirty ewwww. It makes me sad for those who have to use this place regularly. I'm sorry but we need the health department to come in and shut this place down because mold is a health hazard. read more

I would say this is an "only in an emergency" laundromat. I came because our cat peed on the comforter and I needed a large washer. Half of the machines are broken so be sure to double check before you put in your soap. When I went, there was a big puddle of water in between the washers which made 4 or them un-usable. Machines only take quarters (vs laundromats where you purchase a card and can add money via credit card etc) but there are change machines. Overall not the best experience but works in a pinch. read more

Our washer broke, and it was going to be a week for the new one, so we were off to the local laundromat. During my bachelor days I had always gone to one on Agoura road and it was great, bare bones but good machines that always worked. This one was kinda similar, except there was no attendant and many machines were broken, mostly the dryers. The busted dryers had no sign, a couple of them had little pieces of masking tape covering the coin slot lIke a frustrated patron had put them there. Some were broken, but you wouldn't know til you'd put your quarters in and nothing happened. It was kinda pricy as well. Bottom line; the clothes got clean, but it was a hassle. read more

Dirty, hard water and soap scum EVERYWHERE, tape on some machine handles, some of the laundry carts are also taped and missing pieces of them. My dryer once made the loudest/clunkiest noise ever, after I had already put in my many quarters. Place is way over-priced for the way it is kept up, but unfortunately it is the only local laundrymat that I've seen/found in the 6 months that I've lived in the area. The place is also conveniently located near my gym so I'm able to kill 2 birds with one stone. There is a Trader Joe's, CVS, Bank of America ATM, restaurants and a gas station in the same shopping center. Location renders this place's 1 star, in my opinion. read more

I don't understand the crappy reviews. Due to a broken dryer and a crappy work schedule for repair (and a part on order), I had to laundromat it for the past three weeks. Thousand Oaks was too busy and although closer, I avoided this place due to reviews, and went to Camarillo. Tonight I was too tired to drive, so I gave NP a shot. It was fine and much cheaper than Camarillo. The place is small - and set up really odd, but it was fine; I was done in an hour. Machines seemed cleaner and maybe newer than Camarillo. Due to home remodel, had to do laundry at laundromat. This place is filthy. Went early in the morning when you think it would be the cleanest, if they cleaned it daily. Nope. It was disgusting. Lots of broken washers. Dark soap scum on insides of front loading washers. Floors were filthy. I sat on one of the few places to sit, a wood bench, and it was sticky with an unknown substance and had a pair of dirty men's underwear sitting on it. Large front loaders are 3.75-4.00 per wash. Dryers are large, but even on hottest setting takes a long time to dry. Cost for dryer is .25 cents for 8 minutes. Bring your own detergent. Machine to purchase detergent will eat your quarters, without giving you anything. They are supposed to have a paper that you can fill out to let them know if machines aren't working or you lose $$ in any machines, but there was only one slip of paper and this was early in the am. I felt dirtier after doing laundry than when I came in to this place. Won't be using again..... I feel bad for people that have to rely on laundromats like these to do their laundry.
