My favorite laundry mat in the valley. It's a quarter for 8 min to dry, most places are only 5 min for a quarter. And it's always clean.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is filthy, there is an accumulation of dust and dirt on the floor. There aren't many washer machine size options, there's only small and medium. The owners of this place are cheating thieves. When the machines were done washing my clothes, they were soaked (all of them)! Almost as if they skipped the spin cycle or they have been altered so the clothes come out soaking wet so you have to spend loads of cash drying them. Same thing with the dryers: again, all of them. I had to reload cash three times and I still had to finish drying at home. I only had three loads, all blankets and comforters. $20 later, I had to bring them back home to finish the drying. Also- if you choose hot water as an option for washing, it's extra charge. Never again. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this garbage of a place. read more

There is a guy here (wearing a mouth cover which was very triggering to me considering all these outbreaks) that is overbearing with his excessive and unnecessary cleaning. This may sound ridiculous but imagine trying to sort your clothes, put your clothes in the washers, trying to take them out and each time you have a person literally mopping over your feet. Every time I walked he was right behind me with the mop. I had my earphones in as to help me focus. He kept breaking my focus asking me unnecessary questions. I was annoyed and couldn't wait to leave! There IS a such thing as bothersome cleaning. I came at 5:30 am to purposely avoid traffic and interactions. I've never had this much interface with a laundromat staff. Usually, they stay OUT OF THE WAY ! But this one was a weirdo ... There was nothing to clean but there he was just mopping and wiping in the same area I'm trying to wash in. Taking the baskets from me once he thought I was done. I would've appreciated help to my car with my items that would've been useful, instead, they were too busy pretending to be productive. When it's just another way of telling the guest they're unwelcome. I went in the restroom and there was no tissue also it was filthy! So all that fake cleaning and you overlooked the bathroom! Summary: tough not to give this place 5 stars when they really can't offer any more services (video games, vending machines, television , massage chair (with an annoying alarm sound if you sit on it and don't pay)....I did my laundry here about 3-4 times (but tons and tons of loads of laundry) Location: corner location next to a 7-11 with a decent number of spaces! Helps when you to unload/load laundry. Not too far away from my house but there are dozens of laundromats on the way to this one, but this one was the best. Laundromat Machines: so many to choose from! Different sized machines. I think I had to wait for the larger machines only once! Atmosphere: people just doing their laundry here. The place is really clean. There are a lot of nearby places to eat at too. Employees: always somebody around to make sure everything is working properly. This place is crowded and a zoo. There is not enough parking and people don't understand the directional arrows on the parking stalls and I got boxed in. The picture shows the car in the wrong place and that was in the way for the two other legitimate parking spaces. The machines have a hard time taking the quarters and you have to bang on it for them to go down all the way or you have to put in twice as much money as is needed. As far as laundromats go this one isn't bad. It was clean, they have the vending machines with anything you may have forgotten. They have big washers and dryers for bulky items. It's next to a 711 so you can get better snacks there. There's parking out front and I think in the back as well. Aside from some drug sales happening outside it wasn't all that bad. read more

I would give zero stars if allotted. I used to go to this laundromat for years; however, this place has gone downhill. The prices have gone up very high. The machines are not well maintained. There is no hot wash. There is no hot water in that building. The dryers are now timed for 8 minutes. They also do not dry very well. I let the employee know in regards to the dryer keeping my clothes completely wet even with a thirty minute wash. The only response was "ok and?" with no reimbursement. I just wasted my money on your ridiculous dryers and am basically told "ok and?" Maintain your business to maintain your customers. I am NEVER coming back here. I am so infuriated that I will write this review on every website out there. So, the good, bad, and ugly... The ugly: parking! Not their fault but the lot is extremely small. Best to come beginning of the week and avoid it on the weekends, place gets PACKED! The Bad: just like the parking lot, inside is packed with customers, but there always seems to be an available machine The Good: Tony, the manager, seems like a genuinely nice guy! You know what? I've been to laundromats all over the world at one time or another, and I'm pretty impressed with Joy Land! Clean. New machines, tons of them, the people who work here are helpful, friendly, and always on the move cleaning the floor and wiping down all the machines. (A VERY GOOD thing in my opinion). Free wifi, multiple TVs, large sized and decent detergents and softeners if you run out, and LOW prices on the loads. I had some plumbing issues at home today and couldn't use my own washer, and since I just moved here I hadn't found a laundromat...this one is a winner!! If you need one, this one is worth a trip to. Tips: Tons of big dryers, too. Small parking lot, but there is street parking out front. 7-11 just next door and a Denny's across the street in case you need coffee & snacks while you wait. Heck, there's a jiffy lube across the street, too- you could get your oil changed and not worry about the small parking lot while you wash & dry. Found this place through Yelp and it said Android Pay available. It's not. I was disappointed. Had to walk over to 7-11 next door to grab $20 from the ATM (because it's in my network, i don't need to pay a fee) and not use the ATM inside the facility. To make me more frustrated, the coin machine had a sign that says,"out of order". Thankfully a customer told me to just remove the sign. He said that it does give out changes. I'm like...needless to say, I won't be back. The facility needs to remove the Android pay option. It's misleading. *sigh* read more

I rate this establishment 3 stars only because they lost some of my clothes , which is very upsetting , this place is so close and convenient for me since I work a lot and have 3 children the fluff and fold was so helpful . I normally don't use coin laundry but I had a lot of blankets and sheets to wash for guests so I decided to come here. They say they are open 24/7 but since it is Christmas (25th) I wasn't sure if they are open. I called before hand to make sure they are open. Wow! They are busy even on a holiday! Price was little more than the laundry room in my apartment but big load machines were convinient and clean. I used 5 loads machine which was 4.75 and it took 30 min to wash. Had to do emergency laundry from rain storm on Thanksgiving. Which is today. Lady very rudely barks at me that it is closed. I asked what time she said at 6. This was at 5. Told me to leave. And it's Thanksgiving. I'm definitely not thankful for her or this laundromat. Sending me out soaking wet in a rainstorm with dirty laundry while she's warm and cozy with here telenovella blasting throughout the laundromat. Makes me proud to be a part of this society and all around "advanced intelligent" species we call humans. It's not every day I would feel the urge to rave on about my laundry experience at my local dinner parties, but today's experience was one for the books. I came into this laundromat completely unprepared money-wise (didn't have a tangible dollar bill to my name that day). I just decided to swerve into this one so I could grocery shop at Vallarta next door while my clothes were washed. As I stared at what looked like an ATM machine in confusion the owner approached me. From the beginning to end, this man, or if I may, Dr. Clean, helped me with the entire process! I didn't have any dollar bills; he took my change. I didn't have a cart; he brought me one. He noticed I was a pathetic plebe when it came to the art of laundry; he gave me free softener. I will not go to any other laundromat! The machines and facility are very clean, there's plenty of parking, and now you know how great the staff there is as well. The washing machines range from $2.69-7.69 depending on your load size and drying is the standard 0.25 per cycle. When my mattress cover came out of the washing machine soaking wet they generously paid for a second spin cycle for me. I know it's a "coin laundry", but most laundry places don't even use coins, instead they use those cards that you have to fill up. It has certainly been a 'joy' bringing my dirty laundry to this place! The owner keeps this joint up & running, always cleaning up, machines and dryers run efficiently and powerfully, lots of folding space, vending machines and stand sell laundry products for a very affordable price, and of course, everything is coin operated (there are coin machines inside, the max you can get for quarter change is a $20 bill). My fiancé and I washed/dried six HEAVY loads for less than 25 bucks. We'll definitely try avoiding that mass from building again, though. FYI parking is okay, the owner is so friendly he literally goes out into the lot to try to fixate spacing for his customers.
