The cost to wash and dry is inexpensive compared to other places. It's also small but each time I've gone, I always got a parking space and one of the newer machines. read more

Update: Still a regular here and just wanted to highlight that they have new washers and dryers along the back wall. Larger sized and they all work wonderfully. The place has been renovated and updated with new ceiling and fans as well as a fresh paint job. The only negative that I've experienced is that when it's hot outside it's an oven in here. They either do not have AC or it is just never on. So if you are sensitive to the heat be aware you won't want to come here on hot days. Great place to stop in and do your wash. Plenty of coin operated and app operated machines to use and the place is always clean. The owner is super nice and a joy to talk with. Friday offers free dryers too!! read more

I visit here weekly , and I really like this laundry! super convenient for me and always smells pretty great! They are always super helpful, even when I've had an issue on the Payrange app(it was my fault turns out)! The washers are really high capacity which is great for my bulky workmen clothes and all our sheets. Washing here cut my wash days in half compared to the laundry in my apartment complex as each wash I've done is like 20 mins. Drying is only a quarter at any temp, so if you need to do a lot of drying, come here! Never too crowded either I'd greatly recommend it! read more

It was a good experience. It's in a small business shopping center, entering on Reseda. It's on the corner of that building, very visible. There were more than sufficient washing and drying machines. You also had different types of sized washing machines to help with your specific washing needs. My clothing was washed thoroughly, and the drying was fast and reliable. The cost was also very reasonable, especially compared to my condo's cost. They had an ATM, a snack machine, and a change machine that accepted a variety of coins. Our apartment complex washing machine was out of service, so I came to Yelp looking for a temporary laundromat. Reading all the reviews here made this place seem perfect. I had even seen the one recent bad review that mentioned many of the extra large machines were broken, but saw the owner's comment that using 2 medium machines is the same price, so that convinced me to give it a try. I was at the location from approximately 6:00-8:30 am. Other than the laundromat being open, sadly none of the other reviewers' or owner's claims were true for my visit. First of all, there was no staff on site the entire time. Luckily I didn't have any problems with the machines, because there was no one to help. The place is very small, but it wouldn't have been an issue if so many machines weren't out of order. Not only were the large washers broken, many of the smaller ones had "out of order" scrawled on them in Sharpie, or had "out of order" signs on them. Thankfully there were only a few other patrons, so I was able to use a row of the medium washers, which also allowed the coin-free app. But I had to wait for some customers to finish with their dryers, because only a small section of them use the app. The rest of the dryers ONLY take coins, and MANY of these were also out of order. The owner states the laundromat is clean, and surfaces are wiped down daily. I was there at the start of the day, and the place was so dirty. The white enclosures that house the washers had weeks worth of dust on the tops of them (someone had swiped their hand through it making a big pattern in the dust), and the ceiling fan hanging over the dryer had giant clumps of dust in it. The floors and tables to fold clothes were also dirty, and I had to fold my laundry in the rolling basket. Again, no staff on site, so I couldn't ask for cleaning spray or wipes to clean the table. Maybe I just came on an off day, but whatever the case, I will never be back. read more

Worse service I got in my life!!! I asked them to do my laundry with a detergent I got from home because I'm allergic to everything else. I made sure the manager approved but when I came to pick it up and the woman there told me they didn't leave a note to do it with the stuff I brought so obviously I told her I want them to do it with mine because the supplies they have are giving me hives. She screamed at me! Refused to calm down just because I requested that Horrible horrible treatment I will never go back!! read more

BEST LAUNDRY SERVICE! No one hates laundry more than I do so I'm SO GLAD I found Laundry Time Tarzana to come pick up my laundry and bring it back fresh, fluffy and smelling great. I lived in NYC and am very familiar with laundry services and I'm telling you these guys do an incredible job. My laundry is soft and perfectly folded - they even folded my fitted sheets!! I couldn't be happier and will be a regular from now on. The only thing missing is I wish their service included putting my laundry away and hanging up the clothes in my closet!! LOL read more

Found this place through lovely Yelp, it's located in a tiny shopping center I never went into. There's parking, it was empty on a Thursday at 10am. Mark is no longer the owner and a gentleman named Cornelio is. He is responding to all the recent reviews even if he was not the owner at the time of the review post. I use the laundry room in my apartment building, but I have used Laundrytime delivery service in the past. I recently had an extremely poor experience due to critical misinformation on the website. There was an altercation with a very aggressive staff member and the owner did not address the matter in an appropriate manner. Erica's Laundry is a couple doors over. Their mat is clean with operable machines. The attendant is pleasant and the quality of cleaning work is solid. If you have the choice, take your business to Erica's. read more

I've been coming to Laundry Time for a few years now, and I've been very happy with their laundry services. The place recently changed hands, but fortunately they still have the same staff. I've been taking care of business there mostly with either Maria or Nichole. I can trust both of them to do a great job with clothes. I can trust them completely. I started coming here because the laundry machines in my apartment don't work and this place was the closest to my apartment. So they have a deal where if you use the pay range app on Fridays you get to use the dryers that are compatible with the app for free, "it's a great deal" NOT!!! The lady who's suppose to be in charge of the laundry uses them all for what seems her personal business, leaving all the old, tired looking dryers to the rest. What makes this worse is that she picks and choose who she is going to let use the dryer next, people she knows get to take over the dryer after her. It's a nice little laundry place but this just ain't right!!! There's people who have found out about the deal and would like to become recurrent customers that are just standing around with their wet clothe in their cart. read more

This is the nicest "old school" laundry spot. Always playing good stuff on tv, everything is working, and a great vending machine with fancy iced coffee. It's gotten so much better with the new owner. Now my husband actually likes going to the laundromat, it's kind of weird lol. Easy parking and off Reseda. Will be returning. read more

edit: i want my review to reflect that the owner came within 10 minutes to refund me and help the other customer. his name is mark and he was short staffed and very nice clean enough, but both coin machines AND the vending machine didn't work for coin return. one of the driers didn't work either. wasted 6 quarters here, which isn't a huge deal, but if i hadn't had change already my entire trip would have been wasted. there was another woman here who had trucked all of her laundry here on a wagon from who knows where and had to call her son from work to bring her money. Not good. If this has to do with the "federal reserve shortage of coins," i can't think of another business that would need to have signs posted about the issue more. read more

I know I already once wrote a rave review about Laundry Time, but I have to write again about the impressive honesty found there. A week or so ago, I had them do a couple loads of laundry for me. Marc called me and informed me that he found $200 in the wash, and that I could pick it up any time, or when I pick up my laundry. I'd gotten cash from GELSON'S, but for some reason put it in my pocket instead of my wallet, and couldn't figure out what happened to it. That kind of honesty is so refreshing and so rare. And of course, Laundry Time continues to do a superb and timely job with my laundry. read more
