Life gets so busy, and honestly, I just don't have the time to do my own laundry. That's why this Wash & Fold laundromat has been a total lifesaver for me. I usually drop off anywhere from 30 to 40 pounds of clothes--sometimes more--and they handle it all perfectly. From everyday clothing to towels and bedsheets, they literally do everything. I typically pay around $80-$100 for the service, which is totally worth it considering how much I bring in and the quality of the care they give. Everything comes back smelling so fresh, folded beautifully, and packed so neatly that I can just take it straight from the bag and into my dresser. If I have items that need to be hung, I just leave a note, and they always follow the directions. The lady who runs the place is always so friendly and takes great care of me every time. You can tell they really pay attention to detail and care about doing things right. I honestly love this place--it makes my life so much easier! read more

Very cheap and affordable although a little confusing at first since you don't use quarters, they have a card system but it's easy once you get the hang of it. One downside is they are always low on machines, almost every isle has machines down so you have to wait for people to finish and you can imagine the cheapest ones already taken. I Don't recommend this place. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE! I been here twice and both time worst experience. DRYERS are 0.45cents for 12 minutes dry and they left my clothes humid didn't dry all the way. I paid $1.35 to dry my clothes and some still came out humid. WASHING MACHINES left my clothes soaked and i need to take out wet clothes to a different machine same day other 3 ppl had complaints with dryers and washing machines. I have to admit... I HATE the laundromat. Period. Point blank. It's one of my least favorite places on the planet. But, Lavandería Clásica is not all that bad. It's clean and the machines work well. I think one of my favorite features at this laundromat is the card payment format. You can load your money onto a card much like a gift card and use that to pay. I think it's way easier than coin and less finicky than apps. They also have laundry supplies available for purchase both at the counter and in a vending machine. Snacks/sodas available for purchase (though it is right next to the Vallarta).Free wifi. Plus a kids play area. They're not 24 hours but close to my place so as long as I live nearby I'll probably keep coming here. read more

Fiancé and I are new to the area and were looking for a new laundromat. Lavanderia Clasica was perfect for us. The fact that you do not need quarters is amazing to us. You load money into a card. The new card fee is $1.00. You can use cash or debit/credit card to load money onto this laundry card. The facility is clean and machines are all new. We used a 2 load machine and it was $2.47. The largest machine is $7. This place is affordable They have a massage chair, benches for people to sit and wait, a children's room. It shows that management cares about its facility. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was a loyal customer for many years. 2 nights ago one there machines completely destroyed ALL of my white shirts. All of my white shirts were expensive when added in total. There were black stains everywhere because the machines were not properly cleaned. Fine. I get it. Mistakes happen. The problem was when the employee called the owner, she simply said give them a free was and dry! One free wash for hundreds of dollars of damaged clothes?? Thanks guys! What an exchange! This laundromat has gone way downhill since the new owners took over. I have lived in the area and solely used this laundromat for over 6 years. Before, it was always clean, the workers were attentive, and you could tell the owners cared about the community. They offered free english classes, held raffles, and regularly gave away free washes and bonuses to their customers. Under the new ownership, half the machines are regularly out of order, the washers and filthy and full of long human hair and other nasty gunk, and, even though the workers seem nice enough, it is obvious that they are overworked and under paid. Honestly, this place is nasty. Even though I live just around the corner, I am now considering finding another location, even if I have to haul my laundry and drive there. read more

UPDATE: 3 days later and still no call back from owner! Yesterday was my first time here. I chose this place based on the yelp reviews. The attendant was super nice and showed me how to use the machines with the card. Everything was great until the dryer. My usual course of action is to check a dryer and spin it for lose items etc. the 2 I chose seemed fine. However, it turned out that one had some melted plastic type stuff in the grid that just looked like slight discoloration. Turns out it was some sort of substance that when reheated, ruined about $200 worth of clothes! I immediately showed the attendant and she told me to call the ER number. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. Super upset about my clothes. read more

New to the area and I was very impressed with Lavanderia Clasica!!! It's a card store, so that made it even easier. No coins to carry!!! I can even add money to my laundry card with my credit card!!! No need to go next door to the ATM and get cash!!! They have these new machines, LG, the Grey ones, that I used. The manager, Btw she is so cute, told me I can use less soap. I did and the clothes came out clean! I also used a bigger machine for my blankets. Lastly, and this is the first time I've ever seen this, besides snacks, TV and drop off service, they have a "class room" (no joke! It looks like a classroom!!!!) so the kids can study, color or watch a kids movie. I saw a few flyers and they have different classes for adults and kids. An ESL (English class for Spanish speaking people) class??!!! I mean, where do you see that?! Bottom line, I was very impressed, new machines, card store ..NO MORE COINS, class room for the kids - no kids running around and parents don't have to worry about them as much, a very helpful staff and lastly a very clean store!!!! This is laundromat was my to go to but unfortunately it got expensive. The dryers used to be .25 cents then it was .45 cents. Recently they raised up to .75 cents. For .75 you get 12 minutes, I dry my clothes for 24 and I'm basically wasting $7.50 for the dryers and today was the worst because the dryers sucked but I didn't want to waste anymore of the money. Today was the last day going to this laundromat. If you are raising the prices, make sure your dryers work. read more

This place is horrible. It takes so much for me to write a review, but this place really rubbed me the wrong way and I felt the need to share so that no one else has to waste their time. 1. Half of the washers and dryers do NOT work. There is a note on every other machine stating it is out of order. 2. Then the ones that do "work" leave your clothes smelling like dirty water. 3. The employee who is here now (I'm literally sitting here waiting for my clothes to be done) picks and chooses who can use the big washers. I arrived before this man to a machine and because I didn't have my clothes in my hand ready to put in the washer he just started putting his clothes in although my basket was at my feet. I kinda just looked at him in awe, I couldn't understand how someone can be so rude, but I refused to touch his clothes to remove it and stoop to his level. As he's unloading his basket the employee came over and instead of saying I was already at the machine, she tells him to use the machine next to it instead (a machine that has an Out of Order sign on it) and she moved the sign over to the one he's already loading. So apparently these machines do work but you can't use them at the same time. So there is no point in having 4 large machines if you can only use 1 at a time and you're gonna put Out of Use signs on the rest and just move the sign after every use. I asked the employee if she picks and chooses who uses the machines and she didn't know what to say to me. She said the machine had been used several times and now it was time to use the one next to it. Seems pointless to me. 4. The machines that are available are all small. One regular load will need to be split into 2 or 3 separate loads. How convenient for the owners, given the prices aren't the greatest. Since one person takes up 5-8 machines at a time it's always so busy and if you're looking to be quick, it probably won't happen. The place is run down and really dirty. This is the last time I'm coming here and I'll be sure to tell the people I know in the area not to consider coming here. It also smells really bad, like a sewer pipe broke in the middle of the place. "Under New Management" doesn't mean "we care" nor "it's clean here". In this case it just means, "we take your money" and "wash here if you want, we don't care". You can tell the employees don't care and they hate their jobs. I would too working here, can't blame 'em ‍ Anyway, good luck if you still show up here. read more

Had one very bad experience hopefully not an issue with the company. Did the fluff and fold service about 8 hours later since I received no call I called them and they said they had no clue who I was or what clothes I was talking about. I told them I had a receipt and after an insanely rude phone call I had to go down and they had final found some of my clothes. I told them three times they still had some of my clothes and I saw them on the rack behind the woman "helping" me. Again very rude and said no this is all your clothes. I get a call the next day saying "you were right we have another bag of your clothes". I then again went back and the new person helping me had no clue what I was talking about so I had to go through the whole explanation again. I am hoping this is just a one off experience as the rest of the reviews about this place are very good and it is very nice inside. The machines look to be in good condition and if it worked correctly they have a cool system where they give you a profile with your name and info in it. We use Lavanderia Clasica as the only go-to laundromat for our family. The staff is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and gets right to the point of helping you out. During our last mega-wash, Elia helped me with a big dryer issue where the dryer wasn't starting up. I also had my hands full with our 1 1/2 year old son and she even helped us transfer all the clothes. On top of great machines, good price, good staff, Clasica is in a location with a Vallarta so you can walk to the store to get breakfast or lunch while you clean. Great spot, great lavanderia. Yesterday 2/11/2024 I was there to do my laundry in the early morning around 7:24 AM and chose the $6.75 new machines which I've used before and with those machines I found out you have to practically slam the door closed and push the cycles VERY hard. I did this and apparently I didn't push cycle hard enough, so when I swiped my card, they took my money but the water cycle never started. Guess what.. no worker was there to assist and when He did show up, told me I needed to contact on the website at contact@lavanderia.net with date, time, machine # and card number for a refund which I did and guess what.. that form doesn't work at all. So I called the number provided and the lady who answered, guess what... she didn't speak English and just hung up on me and when I tried calling back, it went to voicemail and guess what... voicemail not working!! Where is the customer service at for this place. Took my money and now I have to see it as.. out of sight, out of mind!! read more

This place is becoming a dump. Half of the machines do not work anymore. The machines steal your money and you have to convince the store clerk to start another machine if theyre even there. Most times theres nobody. The machines cost 5$ for a regular load and the dryers cost 50 cents for 12 minutes. You have to add water to the machines because it does not properly add enough yo wash your clothes. I also lost a favorite shirt because one of the dryers had broken mesh inside ripping my clothes apart. If the owner doesnt care about his own property then i wont either. Horrible prices and horrible service. Rather go to somewhere nicer read more

They do not take Covid-19 seriously here. People with no masks were allowed in or allowed to have them off. I wouldn't be surprised if people ended up getting Covid-19 here. The attendant said nothing and wasn't even wearing a mask at times. There's usually a lot of trash on the floor when we went, I almost slipped on a dryer sheet there were so many on the ground. This is the best laundromat I've found in the valley. Best feature - NO QUARTERS. Load money onto a card and save it for later. Now I can stop hoarding quarters like they are gold. I always use the brand new LG machines and they fit two big loads. I honestly come here instead of doing laundry at home sometimes because I can get it all done in about an hour and I'm a once a month laundry kinda guy. The facility is clean and there's plenty of parking - although the lot can be a pain to get out of sometimes. Overall better experience than any other laundromat I've been to in the area. read more

I'm so grateful for this place. Finally a laundromat that cares about its customers and gives back to the community. I'm so used to dive laundromats that are dirty and straight up sketchy to sit in. But here I feel so safe and cared for. The vibe is totally different. They have really upgraded the place and the new owner is super nice. She really cares about the customers. They have free classes for the community so you don't have to be bored anymore. I went to the health and nutrition class on Tuesday and it was great information. It was fun and inspiring. The teachers all volunteer their time to help the community. I wish more laundromats are like this one. I will definitely be back next week for more laundry and more classes. SHORT REVIEW: PROS: good parking, lots of laundry carts, safe and clean, large laundromat, new machines, fast dryers, community room aka "red room", laundry cards, decent wifi, lots of table space, ample seating, near by shops and grocery store, vending machines, friendly and helpful attendant, good vibe, business that cares about the communuty it serves CONS: laundry cards. Not very "clasica" cause sometimes OG laundry people like coins but then the "clasica" movie posters on the wall cancel the laundry card con. LONG ASS REVIEW: I needed to wash my clothes and this place was recommended. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up because there was primo parking in a few areas right in front of the establishment.Yay! Like who wants to carry a semi transparent bag with their bras and chonies clearly visible for everyone to see, any longer then they have to...NOT the case here. Parking is a huge deal for me and this place has good parking. Another big thing for me is fast and safe. I want to get in and out as fast as I can when I go to the laundromat. I also have trust issues with machines washing my clothes. The bulk of my laundry consisted of cute uniforms with lots of tags and pockets that I need intact. This place again scored huge points for having fast washing machines that are safe for my apparel cause the machines are brand spanking new, "new" as in: 1. no machine doors sticking or misaligned when I try to close it and me worrying if my clothes are gonna get torn up cause I didn't bang the door hard enough to hear that click...you feel me right? 2. there are no dents, scratches, scuff marks or mildew smell in the drum. Buttery smooth stainless. 3. the machines aren't sticky yucky on top where you put the soap and softner in cause that's just freakin gross. The new LG washing machines are super clean and awesome. The card system makes it super fast getting organized. You just slide at least a $10 bill in the machine and poof your laundry card spits out. The card machine is located on the left side of the wall near the entrance. Take your card to your designated machine and slide it in. Kinda makes you feel like a baller cause you ain't standing there counting quarters. Score again for making me feel VIP with a back stage pass. Oh and the wash cycles timer really ended when it showed it would end on the display. Another score Lavanderia Clasica! Now on to the dryers. Staring at rows and rows of huge clean empty dryers started worrying me. I really liked this place thus far and if the dryers were gonna rip me off , taking more then an hour to dry my clothes..well that's a deal breaker LC. But again Lavanderia Clasica scored in that area too. My clothes dried in 1 and 1/2 cycles on medium heat. Dude! what laundromat dryer does that? Freakin magical! Dry clothes in 18 minutes.Yes, VIRGINIA, there is a Santa Claus and his elves live in the machines at Lavanderia Clasica. Trust! Seriously this place is awesome. GO HERE PEOPLE! The price to wash is reasonable. The attendant was very nice and helpful. She was either cleaning a machine or helping someone every time I turned around. I was there on a Wednesday at 11:30AM and though busy I had my pick of machines. There is a community room and a calendar with a very interesting list of scheduled activities that I would probably attend if I didn't work nights. A massage chair to get your semi- spa on, very cool btw. There are a few vending machines. 4 freaking huge ass washers that you can wash a FIAT in but i am almost positive they are for thick blankets and such. The laundromat it self has a good feel to it with cool posters of old Hispanic movies on the wall. Also has a drop off laundry shop in the corner that sells stuff to you for you to give back to the community room. Help LC help you kinda thing, I like that!
