Our first time here. We were worried given the area that it wasn't going to be a clean place or feel comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised! Very clean and comfortable. Nice music and friendly staff. We also got water and some candy they sell at the front! Bathroom was also very clean!! We really were impressed. You pay for your machine at the machine on the wall. Not at the machine itself. You get the machine numbers and go pay... then go press start.... Very different for us but it was great experience. read more

The Owner of this laundry mat is extremely rude! I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your laundry mat. During my visit, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way they spoke to me. I was treated disrespectfully when I asked a simple question, and the interaction made me feel very uncomfortable. I forgot my wallet at home and asked if I could dry my clothes because the dryer at my apartment broke down and I asked him for him to put the time and that I would go home and grab $1 so he started the dryer but when I came back he had stopped the dryer because he said he doesn't know me/trust me! So I said you shouldn't have a business if you don't trust people! He thought I wasn't going to come back for my clothes and pay him $1! Ridiculous! read more

My experience was ok. I was in a bind and had to find a laundry center to do my kid's P.E. clothes for the week. Safety, cleanliness and parking are my 3 main dealbreakers. I really wanted to use coins since I had cash but you must download an app to your phone to operate all machines. This can be good for some and inconvenient for others. The parking lot shares space with multiple businesses plus a McDonalds. When I went there wasn't any space in front. But managed to find one eventually. There were plenty of washers and dryers and some very huge ones too. The only negative for me was that the folding spaces are small but otherwise, this center gets the job done. read more

The asian guy who is there at the afternoon is a total a**hole! is Sighing and complaining for people to hurry up and leave.Around 8 pm he already wants to leave and he even closed a couple times and left me outside when my clothes inside when he knew I was waiting 30 min. in my car until the clothes were dried.I'm planning to go to any other laundromat instead of spend even a penny in that place. read more

Have been coming here since 2020 (you can see my review where I raved about it). It's been through at least 2 more owners since, whoever was there tonight (I assume the owner) told me it had changed owners within the year but very coldly (you coukd tell he didn't want to chat). Honestly disappointed with the way he treated me tonight. Told me they closed at 9pm (well I was still drying my clothes and the last load is at 8:15pm so I mean, it's almost impossible to clean and dry by 9pm). I was the last one there and he started turning off the lights as soon as I was taking out the clothes out of the dryer. There were 3 of us there past 9pm drying clothes and he just stood by the reception area with his arms crossed; you could tell he was annoyed that 3 of us were there. Well, let me tell you, he seemed quite fine a few weeks ago when he was chatting it up with a female customer. Not sure if I will return. As soon as I left, he immediately left the business. Before, they were more welcoming and were paying close attention to cleaning each machine after use but not sure if that's the case anymore. Also, almost everything sold at the front kiosk is gone now. I give it 2 stars, not because of the machines but kore so the customer service. Be nicer with your customers. read more

This place used to be so nice and pleasant, but now it's so expensive. Most of the machines are out of order, and the new owner doesn't want to fix them. He also limits the water to a very small amount, you can't see the water in the machines and he also makes people feel very uncomfortable. This place is horrible now read more

I had a really disappointing experience. There was trash left inside one of the washing machines, so we politely asked a staff member (Erica?) if it could be cleaned. Instead of helping, she refused and told us to clean it ourselves. The response felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable - just for basic cleanliness and customer service. Very disappointing. read more

The cleanliness used to be impeccable at this laundromat. There was always someone cleaning around keeping the laundromat as clean as possible, and when you needed help there was always someone available to help you. Unfortunately these past few weeks I've noticed a change... it's been less clean. I don't see anyone cleaning as often and when you need help it's complicated to find someone. read more

Been here twice now and both times have been a great wash! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the friendly workers which is a nice touch! There's always someone walking around checking the machines, wiping them down, and checking in on you to see if your wash is going well. This laundromat is NOT coin operated ! You purchase a Valley View laundry card for $1 and then load it with cash/debit/credit to operate the washing and drying machines here. Parking is free as they're located in a mini plaza and there's plenty of food options in the plaza if you get hungry while washing! read more

This laundromat is always clean. The prices are decent and there are plenty of working machines to do your laundry.You can either purchase a card to refill or use your debit card / credit card directly on the washing and drying machines. It gets packed on Saturdays, but any other day is good. The owners and workers are all very helpful as well, they make my whole laundry day easier! read more

Just came to this laundromat after the reopening. Previous business was Lucy's Laundromat and it was poor in customer service, machines weren't being maintained, and unkempt/dirty. This new owner is like a blessing in disguise! They provide cash cards and if you buy one for a dollar, they load $2 to your card. Very clean and the attendant, Angela, is very nice and professional. Strong air-conditioning (its currently 100 degrees today!) 3 HD televisions, plenty of washers and driers. Cheapest wash is at $2.25. You can also get perks on certain days. One free wash load Monday through Friday before 9am (early bird special) and free drier services for one load on certain weekdays. Wished all laundromats can follow this trend. read more

The facility is always clean and tidy as well as the laundry machines... all of those are maintained by the lady assisting there named JESSICA! First of all, very clean. The person that works there is very kind. It was my first time there today, and he helped me figure it all out. They don't do coins there so debit/credit card is the way. However, they offer their own type of card where you can load money into it, he can do that by using your debit/creditcard ( i think) and/or cash. If you do that you get a dollar for every $10 you put in there and $2 for every $20 you put in there. I highly recommend. I haven't been to a laundromat in such a long time, my apartment machines were down so I had to look around, I'll definitely be returning if it happens again and or if I need to do a lot of loads. read more

This place is a GEM! It deserves 5 stars. I walked in to take a quick peek to see if it was as clean as others has said, and IT IS!!!! Not only was the place clean but the customer service was superb. When I walked in I was greeted by a sweetheart, Adrian. He offered me a cart, I declined (I only came to wash a comforter) however; he stood by the door to open it for me as I brought one bag in. He walked me through the entire process (no cash- only card payments/or you can purchase a laundry card and add money on it). Sometimes is the simple things that make a world of a difference. I have never seen a laundromat like this and I will never go anywhere else! First of all let me start with Blanca. As first timer, she welcomed me with a smile and showed me all the tricks of this new newly renovated, modern , and extremely, (extremely) clean laundromat. How many times can you use those words connected with a self serve laundromat!?! I actually saw Blanca clean a door handle. There was no dust anywhere, and when I went to clean the shelf where I fold my laundry, there was no need to. No grime, no dirt, no dust. They had fresh clean air conditioning on a hot day, and really good vendor machines with actual food, a big variety of cool drinks, and sundries.. I just can't say enough! I almost never write reviews, but this laundromat stands out as one I have never seen before. Tons of Wall-to-wall completely clean washers and dryer's. (Thanks to Blanca) Chairs and tables. Personalized service, clean machines- including the small ones that are not old and crappy. You do pay one dollar for the card that you load up with cash and use at all the washers and dryers , but if you intend to return it's a very small investment. Plus you don't need any quarters ever. The machines don't even take them, you just use your credit card or you can insert cash to add money to your card. I just can't say enough. I take The bus, and I will actually go further to do my laundry there. And the music playing is even cool rock and pop - enjoyable, Although I use my headphones. Thank you Blanca, thank you Valleyview laundromat. They truly are number one. Try them, you won't go anywhere else. Plus there's a very clean McDonald's in the same parking lot where you can get a cup of coffee, iced tea or food. There is also some sort Asian food that I saw people going in and out of. We tried out this laundry mat yesterday and we were so happy with our experience. Angela walked us through the different machines they have and the options to purchase laundry supplies on site if you need it (ex: detergent, bleach, softener). She was so kind and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and the machines washed the clothes thoroughly. They have vending machines for drinks and fun music playing. They also offer a loyalty card after so many stamps you receive a free wash. We will definitely be returning!! :)) read more

Just tried out this new place on July 14, 2019. It has been newly remodeled and is very clean and not busy. The machines are all well maintained and clean. You have the option of buying a Valley View card for $1 and add a balance on it, or you can just use your debit card on the machines. Cheapest wash is $2.25 and $0.50 cents to dry. I think this place is great! Parking is decent. It's always very clean, well attended to by friendly helpful staff. They are always wiping down everything after each person uses a machine. The owner is also a very nice man who is hands-on with his business. He has always checked in every time I have done my laundry there. The bathroom is well kept. (attendant has the key) There always seems to be enough machines for everyone. 94.7 the wave is on and I enjoy listening to it while I fold my clothes; Prince, Sade, Marvin, Stevie . All in all, I really enjoy doing my laundry here and feel very safe as well. Masks required. And just know, some patrons seem to use VERY fragranced detergent and fabric softener. It really is annoying when I show up and they're closing an hour before they close? They say the last wash is at 8:30 but they close before then. 05-28-2019 TUE. around 8pm: We decided to try this place out accidentally because it was late & our regular laundry shop was a bit farther. It was our first time here so we didn't know their system. Most laundromats use quarters but this shop uses a card system. We were greeted & helped by Maria who was such a wonderful, kind & extremely helpful woman. She even guided me at the card machine since it was my first time. Then she proceeded to give me a flyer to explain all their promotions & gave me a stamp card where you can accumulate stamps until you get a free wash or a free dry. Apart from the stamp card, they offer FREE DRY every TUE. & WED. and a FREE WASH (on white machines) every MON. - FRI. from 6am - 9am. The place itself was spacious & really very clean. We witnessed Maria how she was thoroughly cleaning the machines & another helper was mopping floors. Even the windows to the place was impeccably clean. Very helpful staff. clean facility. adequate parking i was surprised because the parking lot always seems congested, maybe because of the mcdonalds. not enough extra large / jumbo washers which there were only 2 of each but the others were inexpensive. the carts are really small also and only a handful can go outside but many facilities do not allow carts outside at all. I found the dryers to be high quality because all my items were dry 1st time. Some places you are spending more and more to dry because it is not efficient. read more

After been a loyal customer for more that 10 years. I the past I've left clothes and I always been able to come back week after( when I remember) . And I would find my clothes. This time I left clothes for 3 days and came to clame them a female employee with out even looking she said No clothes had been left behind. 4th day i came again hoping it was a different employee. It was she actually looked in their storage and said No sorry nothing. The Sunday after a young guy is working. I asked him to check and for some reason he was able to find one of my jackets( with work logo) but he was unable to find the rest of the clothes that were in the same dryer.
