This is our local laundromat and I've always had the best experiences here. The entire area is kept clean, machines work very well, and there's always an attendant nearby. I've gone early mornings , mid days and even late nights and have always felt safe. There's always parking as well. The prices are reasonable for the amount of clothes I wash. Rude owner. I came by and put my blanket and comforter in the washer. I leave to take my husband back home and run by 7-11 to to get some bills that the change machine would take. (I had 10's and the machine took $1, $5, and $20's). So I come back and I'm trying to use the change machine but neither one is taking my money. So this dude asks me if I'm doing laundry and I say yes. He keeps asking me if I'm doing laundry over and over again. Then says "Are you sure because I've been here all day and haven't seen you".. Umm excuse me... As if I have nothing better to do than use a change machine at a laundromat. . And for the record I never saw him when I initially put my stuff in the washer. I tell him my stuff is in the washer. He then says when people try to use it that aren't doing laundry that it goes out of order and that once the out of order light comes on and then goes out it will work. He never even said he worked there or is the owner. I just saw the picture on the Yelp profile and recognized him and saw him go in the office. I won't be returning. One of the easiest and cleanest laundromats I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. They have pretty okay service for fluff and fold, but the machines are of quality and reasonable prices. Wash Time is located near the Woodman/Oxnard intersection along the orange line busway walkway path for the Woodman Station stop and near a few local small businesses including a great cleaners in the same shopping center plaza as it. Parking is limited, but also almost never full. They also have some solid vending machine options the really adds to their value. I've never engaged with the owner much and have nothing negative to say about him or WTL. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

Best laundromat in the valley! I'm not a regular at this kinda places only when I have to cuz damn washers where I'm at is out of service!!! Like very rare!!! Anyway, its super clean! It's new, dryers here really works!!! And omg they have attendant all the time, cleaning. Attending to your needs and asking if the dryers work?! How awesome is that? And they have bathroom in service and super clean!! Yes the word is clean, airy and A/C works too!!! Even the outside lot is clean !! The guys that works there are super hot too lol, I'm not kidding and super nice!!! And super friendly . First time washing here. Any time of size machine you seemed available so no wait time. Change machine was able to break down my $20 and didn't even have to use all of it to wash my bed sheets, blankets and two full loads of clothes. Staff is available if you need help. Been here 4 times and i love this place, i see a gentleman working at 530am before they open , prices seem fair till th3 add up more for washing, i get that u have to cover expenses but damn dont do it right away!! Almost $4 per lwash for a small ones and before for the big ones was 9 dollars and now after my 3th time was $10 and 2 weeks after $11 . The main reason I am giving this establishment a 1 star review is because of how shocked I was when the washing attendant on site took off his mask to appease a customer who refused to wear one. Here's the whole story: The attendant told a man who was not wearing a mask that he has to put one on, but of course the man would not comply and then proceeded to argue about why masks are stupid and that he doesn't have to wear one if he doesn't want to (the conversation at this point is now at the 20 minute mark, all three of my loads have now finished washing). What's so shocking to me is how this one guy convinced the employee that he didn't need to wear a mask, at this point there is now TWO men not complying with the mask order clearly taped to the door of the establishment. These two men are blatantly putting the other customers at risk solely because they can and they clearly have no regard for anyone else at this point. Very disappointed in this employee and will not be returning to this coin laundry. I hope management will take this issue seriously and make some much needed changes. read more

Employee on duty didn't have a mask on. People inside did not have their masks on. When asked, employee said the law is unenforceable and police wouldn't come if called. Mask policy is not enforced despite the sign on the business. Just FYI. --- Update: My review does not reflect my opinion of this business, it states fact. I won't be shamed for sharing my first hand experience here. Fact is - mask policy is not enforced or upheld by the employee on duty (which seems to be the person aggressively responding to the reviews here). Customers should know what the COVID-19 related standards are before going in. It is our right as a consumer, and it is also the law. The washers and dryers work fine, but there were no staff working when I went at 2:30 pm on a Sunday. I paid $6 to start a washer, opened the door less than 10 seconds later to add a pair of socks I had forgotten, and then had to pay another $6 to start the machine again. If a staff member was there, they would have been able to refund me. To some degree, the issue was my fault. There were signs listed above a different set and type of washers that said "Pushing STOP will RESET the machine." Deceiving, but understandable. I've been coming here for the longest. And everything was going well when he had a attendant on duty like it promises on the front of the building. When he didn't hire new employees to have this business running like it had been is when things went down. The floors are dirty, there's never someone to help you when the machine don't function properly, when the coin machine doesn't give you your right amount of change back, the dryers sometimes don't fully dry the clothes even if you put more than the usual, never no paper towel and no soap to wash hands or hand sanitizer. Ok, here me out my fellow Yelpers! I've been to quite a few laundry mats in my day and I've never had, now I'm assuming it's the owner of this place, be as extremely personable/friendly and helpful! My first time here I was having an issue with the huge washing machine (which ended up being user error) ! So I called the # at around 6ish in the AM, the gentleman who answered walked me through how to properly use the machine. I felt bad because of how early it was and I'm sure I woke him up. This place is so so CLEAN!!!!! I love this place does not allow people to wash any stuff with pets!!!! My husband is allergic to dogs and our clothes have never been so clean. This place cleans the machines after each use. I love they have an attendant there to make sure the rules are followed. The dryers are new and Awesome especially the really big one that you can put so much stuff in and it all drys within 30 minutes. I love the fact no rubber or plastic can be put in dryers. The owner is so helpful and nice. They really care about their customers and their clothes. I'd like to start by saying that I'm about to last person to give a review for a laundromat. However, that being said, when you need a good one you never realize how hard it is to find one! I attempted to read all reviews and look for one and ended up going to four different spots before finding this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest person. Sarah helped to organize and show me how easily it is to use all the machines and to quickly get the job done. She was very patient professional and totally Hands-On, and when I said oh I don't want to bother you! she said No! and quickly assured me that was her job. I mean, customer service is SO important to any business right?? It really stands out and I guess that's why I'm writing this review. I rarely come to this area to do laundry but my local facility was jammed packed this afternoon. I came a few years back when it was under different ownership. The facility is clean with tons of available machines. Theres a vending machine that serves snacks and cold drinks. The best part, 80's music!!! Theres a bell that goes off everytime you're near the front door, it's quite annoying but I wont hold it against them. I'll definitely be back. Oh and no creepy drunks hanging out at the barber shop! I had to update my review because I had such a great experience. I found out that they do delivery/pick up services. I live a good distance away so I thought they wouldn't come to my area. However, without hesitation Ethan drove over and picked up all of my laundry that same day. It was ready the next morning. Seriously check this place out for great affordable service! I can't recommend this place enough. I found this place on Yelp this morning and call last minute to see if they could do same day service for two bags of clothes. Chose this place for it's proximity to my apt and then realized it's under new management and receiving a complete overhaul. Decided to give the fluff and fold service a try as I am tired of doing it myself weekly and was not disappointed. Super crowded. Very small amount of washers and dryers. My clothes literally sat in a washer machine for like 20 mins without any cycle movement. Brought this to the attendant and all he said was that this started happening today and that it worked for him when he tested it. Yet he knew was a problem and didn't have the common sense to mark it unusable just to be on the safe side. I'm usually in a laundromat no more than a hour and now I have to wait another 45 mins to get my clothes rewashed. I'm so pissed. And on top of that almost 20% of their machines are down. Never again will I come here. Stay away from this place if you can. Update: So this owner is upset because I left a "lousy" review. That explains why he slammed $2.50 on top of the washer and said "here's your refund" then stormed off. It's about courtesy and customer service, which you were totally lacking. I had to repeatedly bring this to your attention but you decided to disappear into your little office/back room each time. Machine remained the same amount of minutes and there was no movement. You said the washer was working but it wasn't. It doesn't take 1hr and 20 mins to wash! Yet there was no apologies for what happened. And it seems to me that you get butt hurt when anyone leaves a negative review or rate you 1 star. Just look at all your previous responses. Every one of them is a snippy retort. It's natural to get upset, but when you've lost your cool and keep deleting comments just so that you can insult them further just means that you're retaliating and letting your emotions dictate what your response. The spin cycle didn't work so that's why there was a mess since my clothing was drenched in water. And I cursed at you because you got right in my face in a threatening and confrontational manner telling me that you never want to see me in your store again. Funny, because if memory serves me correctly I already stated I wouldn't come back. So keep using your little schoolyard & unprofessional taunts if it makes you feel better. This place is amazing. It's a bit hard to find but well worth it. The attendant is AMAZING diligent and puts in every effort. We had a major emergency and had to get a lot lot lotta clothes washed and folded. Ever since we had my son we had a lotta clothes we never got to washing.He took on the major load and major it was ( at more then 100 pounds)he even rewashed even the clothes that had very hard stains from those wonderful infant throw up years. He got it all done in a adequate time and we couldn't be more thankful This place will definetly be our go to and at 1.20 a pound for a wash and fold we are very very happy! read more
