One of the biggest perks for me is that you don't need to bring cash. You can easily use their mobile app, which makes the whole process so much more convenient. (If you prefer, you can still use quarters on all the machines and their change machines are always working. I've never seen them out of service.) The machines themselves are top-notch. They clean my clothes thoroughly, and I'm using about half the amount of detergent I normally would, thanks to their high-efficiency design. The spin cycle is excellent too clothes come out damp instead of soaking wet, which makes drying much faster. Speaking of dryers, they're super reliable. Only one was out of service, which is impressive compared to other places where it feels like half the machines are broken. Cleanliness is another huge plus. The employees are constantly cleaning during their shifts, and it really shows. The place is always spotless. I did have a minor issue once when a machine threw an error code, but Johnny was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to fix it quickly, and I didn't lose a bunch of time something I've definitely dealt with at other laundromats. Yes, the prices are a little higher, but when you're using way less detergent (which, let's be honest, costs a fortune these days), it definitely evens out. I honestly hate to recommend this place because I know it's going to get busier but it's just too good to keep to myself. If you're thinking about trying it, don't wait. You'll be glad you made the switch. I'm a creature of habit, so changing laundromats wasn't easy for me, but I'm really glad I did. Plus, a few extra bonuses: you can take the carts out to the parking lot so you're not stuck carrying heavy loads, and there's always plenty of parking available! They do close at 10pm, so just be mindful of that because I've seen a few rude ppl trying to do laundry last minute.

I had not come in a few months since I had found a cheaper option, which I would rather drive to from now on. I came a few days ago and it was the worst experience ever. The washers don't use enough water to wash and all the dryers are NOT regulated or not working. I had put a blanket in one dryer and the WORKER here told me to place it in a SPECIFIC DRYER. It was CLEARLY LABELED "working only low temp". So I did. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. Not only did the dryer burn my blanket that was a sentimental gift, it didn't even dry (more like burn) it all the way... Not just that. Then my other clothes, took forever to dry... I had to put money and I'm not even joking, 5/6 times... and it still did not dry, on the highest setting, since it was thicker clothing that COULD withstand heat. This laundromat's dryers are so unregulated and honestly I'm never coming back. I wasted so much time and money. I called the "call in case of emergency #" that they have posted when it happened and left a voicemail. It has been a few days and no response. They do have signs about how damaged clothing is not their responsibility. However, it is your responsibility if your dryers are not drying at the temperature that they are supposed to be at. I later asked the worker the same one who told me to move my blanket, if any of the dryers worked properly since one item was burnt and humid, and the rest were just humid. She responded that what she the only thing she would do is pay the dryer, if I moved all my clothes to a different dryers. Yeaaah... considering her last suggestion got my blanket burnt... no thank you. Another lady had issues with the snack machine. Not a huge deal, but I don't think half the things work properly in that place. I went home with unclean, humid clothes and a half burnt, half wet blanket.. I hope they fix whatever they need to fix, but I will not be coming back.

Now you have to physically swipe at every single machine, which is not only inconvenient but raises real concerns about card skimmers and my bank tests me about potential fraud given the number of duplicate transactions. That oversight alone is troubling in 2026, when secure, touchless payments already exist and were already working here. To make matters worse, the network is "out of range" or down at least half the time, forcing customers back to coins anyway. Yes, there's an ATM on site, which is nice but then what's the point of digital payment if it doesn't reliably work? And when you ask the staff on site you get an "I don't know" That's not convenience, that's backtracking. This is the textbook definition of if it's not broken, don't fix it. The old system worked. This one is clunky, unreliable, and feels like a step backward in both usability and security. I'll still come here if I have to, but the experience has gone from efficient to frustrating for no good reason. Please reconsider the payment system, because right now, it's the weakest part of the business. The free dry is awesome and the staff keep the place clean which is the only reason I give it two stars.

I also had a machine get stuck after putting in $2.50 toward a $4 cycle. Again, the staff member came over, fixed the issue, and helped me finish my laundry without any hassle. Because of their help, I was able to wash pillows, down comforters, sheets, and all my bedding. Clean store, affordable prices, and people who genuinely care about helping customers.
