Love the wash and fold service! I didn't make time to stay there and wait to wash it myself but I brought in a queen size comforter in the morning hoping they could squeeze me in. There was no rush to have it ready soon but they under promised and overdelivered! Had it ready for me to pick up anytime before 10pm that same day. Left my comforter smelling like roses and folded nicely in a plastic bag. Was offered a 15% for being a new customer, just had to fill out a form with my name, email, and cell number. I came to this laundromat to take care of some of my bulkier loads of laundry, and the machines here got the job done! The process is pretty straightforward: you get a laundry card and load money onto it with cash or credit, then that card can be used on the machines to start your loads. I liked how there were different washer sizes where you can wash up to 8 loads of laundry in one machine or use one of the smaller washers if needed. I felt the dryers worked more quickly and thoroughly than the smaller capacity ones at home. Some machines were out of order but it wasn't too busy on a Friday night and they are open 24 hours so I didn't feel particularly rushed. While I'll probably stick to doing laundry at home, it's nice to know there's a good laundromat near me where it'll be easy to wash comforters and bigger loads. read more

I use their fluff and fold service & while it's not the least expensive in the neighborhood, it is the best value. Price wise they fall in the middle but the attention to detail & ease of use sets them apart. They hang whatever items you ask & sort items by size/gender -- so when they arrive, everyone in your family has their own neat stacks of clothes. It saves so much time-- with the last service we used I'd spend probably 3x as long figuring out what belonged to who & getting dresses/sweaters hung up. But the lovely team at Granada Laundry makes it easy to take things out of the bags & just pop them into place. The owner also TRULY stands behind his business. I had a mishap due to a computer error& he personally went out of his way to make sure my order was delivered on schedule. Only con is the parking lot. Honestly the location is soooo close that it feels silly to do pickup service but avoiding the parking lot is worth it. read more

Honestly Ever since I was invited and introduced to come to this Laundry , Everyone and the Machines are Amazing BUT THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIRE His GUY EMPLOYED FROM THE NIGHT SHIFT HE WEARS GLASSES . HE Has a really bad attitude and super rude to returning customers . Even in my first day of doing laundry . And he was rude and disrespectful infront my child and his Daughter when I asked for his help with a machine . I feel like he needs therapy and help and how do u show customer service to kids like that . And besides that he might even be rude to my poor fellows or in other words from this community and country . I just feel like we have to appreciate our work and leave your problems at home and not bring them to work . Never coming again . Three stars because of the location and lack of parking and accessibility. It's on a main street and in a small, crowded business center. Attendant always on duty cleaning and maintaining old but working machines. Not much of an eye appeal but for the neighborhood it fits right in. read more

Anna is one of the best here, she is nice and helpful. I use her services every so often. When I have a big and heavy load of laundry I just drop it off to her, and forget about it, until she calls me and let's me know it's done. Every time it comes out clean and nicely folded. This laundromat is super clean and nicely attended to. It has different machines to accommodate any load from 1 to 65lbs, all of them working and smelling fresh. Dryers are clean and in good condition as well. Also it has its own card so you can conveniently refill them and reuse them instead of dragging your coins all over the place. Until I get my washer/dryer this is the place that helps me keep my clothes clean. They now have a pick up and drop off services too, new owner added that but also hiked up prices, so 4 stars are for that reason. read more

RIP OFF- My card said I had 39 cents on it (go figure) I loaded it with $10.00. I spent $7.95 on a large washer. I should of had $2.44 left. I go to use the dryers the card says I have 39 cents on my card again. I tried two separate dryers and they said the same thing. So keep your eyes open. The computer is programmed to steal your money. You are stuck there with wet clothes if you don't spend more money to dry them. Poorer people use laundromats because they don't have access to their own laundry facility. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS ! read more

This is a CARD OPERATING LAUNDRY. You just need to use your debit card or cash to get money on it and bam , your good to go! The staff is always so friendly. The abuelas there are so nice and help me practice Spanish. I drive 30 minutes just to come here, since the new owners took over it's been cleaner too. Parking sucks due to the restaurant but if you have to park at the 7-11 next door and re park when it's not during lunch or dinner rush. Cheers! read more

Never again. The lady/ladies that work here have gotten worse over the last 2 years. I used to come in once a week, then once a month, now...I'm done. My wash wouldn't spin. My towels were soaking wet and the lady wouldn't do anything to help, but give me dryer time. She would only give me 12 mins of drying time, because she wanted me to use "High Heat". I can't dry these towels on anything but low. She tells me "We do the towels for Tesla. You know Tesla? The cars?" 1. What does that have to do with me? 2. I've been doing this longer that Tesla has even been around. She proceeds to empty the washer water after I was done and removed the "Out of Service" sign. She must be an engineer or a lazy employee/con artist. OH!!! And the bugs!! So many bugs under the dryers! What happened to this place? First time coming here and won't come back. I didn't enjoy the card system, the dryers don't work properly. I had to take my clothes out and switch 3x because the dryer wouldn't take my card (it was loaded). I had used one dryer and wanted to use it again but it stopped working. Something is wrong with the wiring or perhaps it can turn on when various dryers are in use. I asked the worker for help and he loaded with his card about 15 mins. Also the clothes don't dry fast, you'll leave with wet clothes. I suggest you use a timer to see how accurate is the drying time. The only good thing about this place is the washer, free wifi, and reliable worker. read more

There is a near by 7-11 as well. parking: is really tight. it can get really busy. prices: the MASSIVE ONES ARE 5 bucks the medium ones are 2.75 drying ones are $ .30 verdict: I wonder if all laundry mats has their own credit card to use. I would like a place with a bigger parking lot. GO to a another spot with more parking if you are going prime time. If it's a slow part of the week, this place isn't bad. read more

Today was my first visit, for wash and fold service of a bedspread. I really want to like this place. I'll give it another try. The workers are friendly, and the services seem pretty good, but their charges are a little iffy. The prices are very clearly posted on their office door and on their website, but the young woman who was helping me just disregarded what was very plainly posted. I pointed to the costs posted on the door, and she brought the cost down a little, but still upcharged me, giving kind of a lame excuse. I let it go, but it got under my skin a little. Maybe it was a legitimate mistake. We all make mistakes. But, if the random charging happens again I'll know that this place really lacks integrity, and I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

The laundromat is not clean and the dryers do not work. I kept having to add more money just for It to not even dry. It's 67 cents for 12 minutes which is too much for a dryer that doesn't even work and to have to wash in a filthy establishment. read more

The place was clean, with some forgotten clothes here and there. There was a couple who weren't washing, but asked us to move from a table, so they could charge their phone at the outlet. Doing laundry is a little worrisome with the Covid pandemic we live in these days, but I urgently needed to wash my blankets and comforters. When I walked in right away I felt it was safe. Everything was very clean and organized and health signs were posted even requiring the use of face mask. On top of the cleanliness and well kept machines at a great price to wash they hold a raffle each month. To my surprise I won the 1st prize for July's drawing....I was so happy and grateful. Our machine broke down. We had several choices for laundromats but chose this one. Convenient. Has a big enough parking lot that I never had to drive around. Small enough that the place gets too crowded. Equipment are all working, has different sizes/capacities. You don't need coins (they use cards). The only thing about those cards that get dispensed from their machine is it doesn't give change so don't put in that $100 bill. For some reason, this place doesn't feel as ghetto. read more

I have come here three times: PROS: Lots of TV's, Vending Machines and sitting areas for comfort. Lots of folding areas too CONS: they use a card system (no coins) which sucks because you can't get your money back if you don't use the full amount. Even the attendant told me it's to get you to come back. I can live with that but..... The machines steal your money from the cards. I loaded a machine but didn't close the door right. Put my card in and it said "error" - it took my money though which is ridiculous so I paid twice for a wash. WARNING!! The machines are very inconsistent. My wash smelled so bad after I put it in that the attendant was nice enough to pay for my wash in another machine. It smelled the same so I thought maybe it was in my head. I returned to do more laundry two other times since (and by the way, more and more machines have an out of order label) I have a card with cash in it and I used different machines. So here's the issue: some machines don't soap up at all. I even put more soap into a machine that wasn't creating suds. And nothing- the clothes came out smelling really bad like wet dirty laundry. I continued to think it was in my head. Now after the third visit, I cannot return here. There is something wrong with the water, the pipes, the machines, something. My laundry just smells awful. read more

First time here and this place is disgusting. The washers are super dirty. Nothing here is clean. The lady that's is working here is just standing seeing ppl walk in and out instead of cleaning. How are you suppose to come wash your dirty clothes and throw them into a dirty washer?? This is the worst and nastiest laundromat I ever been too. NEVER COMING HERE! THEY REALLY NEED TO CLEAN UP THIS PLACE. CLEAN INSTEAD OF JUST STANDING AROUND. I had to let three washers run since I couldn't wash my clothes with all the dirty stuff it had in it!
