Rosa's Cleaners is my go-to spot! Their hours make drop-off and pickup super convenient around my work schedule. The pricing is extremely fair for the top-notch job they do every time. Fast, friendly, and reliable! I requested my shirt to be dry cleaned and they weren't able to do it on time so they waived my cleaning fee. Not only did I get my shirt cleaned on time but they even communicated the delay with a phone call so I wouldn't be blindsided. Top notch quality customer service! read more

ROSA'S CLEANERS is a dry cleaning service that also provides laundry and starching service. They are found in a large shopping center with El Pollo Loco, Staples and soon-to-be-defunct 99 Cent Only Store. There is usually no line to get in; no line to get up to the front counter to request service... and the person manning the front is fast, friendly, efficient, and effective. I never heard "I can't seem to find your stuff"... "I can't tell if you paid already or not..." They must have a great system set up because it doesn't matter who's manning the front, they can find out where the clothes are hung, the staff in the back never mis-files the clothes, they can verify right away if the clothes have been paid for or not. The other great thing is that they do laundry and starch --- so I don't have to go somewhere else for that service. I didn't realize that it's not automatically provided in a dry cleaning service until I visited another dry cleaners. My clothes come out clean, smelling odorless, and undamaged. Parking is free in the large parking lot for the center. read more

I went to an another place who damaged my dress very badly... I went to Rosa to take care of it without a hope. I was very surprised, when, only 2 days after, my dress was ready and "saved". She gave a second life to my dress AND for the best price. When I went for the second time, I gave my jacket and a button was missing; without asking her she took care of it and didn't charged me for it. She is the best and is so nice! Thank you again Rosa! read more

My wife took her wedding dress here to get dry cleaned since the bottom part got really dirty during our wedding. She reached out to this place first by telephone and she was happy with the price. When we dropped off the dress, we were told it would take about 2 weeks which we were fine with. The parking situation here is good because it's in a decent size plaza. When we came to pick up the dress, it looked cleaned and the lady helping us made sure it would be protected when leaving the store. The price was reasonable and we are happy with the service. read more

After speaking to the owner Rosa about an issue with one of my items in a previous visit, she went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer that would return and use their service again. This I will do indeed. Rosa is one caring business women, she cares about her customers and her employees as well and these are two ingredients to a successful operation . The professionalism she displayed in taking care of my complaint made me a life time customer. My hat goes off to her and her staff...I also like to extend an apology to Sonya if I over stepped my limits and raising my voice during my first visit. I really recommend to anyone to give this business a try and get to meet thus wonderful owner, Rosa...Thank you Rosa! read more

I would like to tell you of my experience with Rosa's Cleaners. They are THE best quality for every kind of cleaning: shoes, towels, clothing, bedding - YOU NAME IT! I came to know Rosa's Cleaners after experiencing outrageous pricing from every single dry cleaner in the area. I want to inform all of you that this dry cleaner does the best job, for half the price! The economy is in a slump, and yet the competition continue with their high prices. Rosa's Cleaners provides excellent service, and I would recommend them to everyone! read more

I love Rosa! They are open 7 days a week and your items are ready whenever you need them. I go there all the time last miute for alterations and she and her staff get them done no matter how fast I need them, and if there is ever a problem, I can bring back and they fix right away. I was there recently when a gentleman came in and was very displeased with the cost of his suit. He was rude, cursed at her and stormed out of the cleaners like a toddler. Rosa and her staff remained cool/professional and did not stoop to his VERY low level. The cost was $16. Suits range from $10 up to $32 to get cleaned. I will come back again and again!! read more

WORSE CLEANERS EVER! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a cleaners near me and unfortunately stumbled into the most AWFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL cleaners there can ever exist! I will let the pictures speak for themselves as I don't even want to waste any more of my time writing about the WORSE experience I've ever had with a dry cleaning company. I only took this time to show everyone what they've done to my stuff in hopes it can save someone else from having their stuff completely ruined! Worse part is the owner "Rosa" not only took about almost a month to ruin/return my items but to top it off she was pissed at me for going in there EXTREMELY UPSET about destroying my belongings!! 1 STAR GIVEN BY FORCE! They don't even deserve 1 star~ read more

Bad service. No accountability, not responsible, rude! Lost my dry cleaning one time and when forgave them and decided to give them second chance I decided to remind them of the last incident and try to be careful this time , The owner started shouting and not taking accountability, kept saying we apologized why do u still bring that up? I said excuse me if I still remember your mess up. She said it happens and that we don't give guarantee and repeated the fact that it happens and she thought that was ok to say. I grabbed my clothes and said I'm sorry but I don't give business to a dry cleaning that can't guarantee returning my clothes as promised. She said only people in your nationality do this. What is funny we both are from the same nationality. That remarks was also not necessary. read more

Amazing service every time and quality care of clothes 100 stars

My clothes were supposed to be ready Thursday. They were not. I was leaving town Friday and needed them before I left. When I asked the Owner, Rosa why my clothes were not ready, she first said that because of the heat then said due to Covid things are not normal. I said to her, "a phone call would have been nice", she replied, " I don't have time for that". Sad that the owner could not be bothered to notify her customers. For someone using Covid as an excuse you would think she would have worn a mask as required. Never going back. Went to Kenns Cleaners instead. Same day service. read more
