I haven't been to a laundromat in years, but my broken dryer at home pushed me to look around my area for places to wash/dry my clothes, as for my housemates. We've been going to this place weekly and what we love most about this place is it's cleanliness. It's very well kept and all the machines are new and clean! All the machines take card which is a huge plus(no more searching for change to go here). Honestly, laundromats are very relaxing and since this place has TVs everywhere, it makes the time go by really quickly. Last but not least, you can tell how dedicated and invested the owner is with his laundromat. He's very helpful and kind, me and my housemates enjoy coming here and chatting with him. Dropping this down just one star. I still really like this laundromat, but the increase in price since I first started going wasn't exactly what I wanted to see. It's still a very nice, clean laundromat with mainly very helpful staff (in my 20 or 30 visits, I have only had one negative experience), but definitely costs more than the competition. read more

First time here and I am impressed and going home satisfied !! Super clean, all machines in working order. There's TVs, free WiFi, vending machines. The woman working there today was super nice and very friendly . Instead of using quarters, there are reloadable cards which you can register at the kiosk. If you lose the card, they have the balance information on file and can transfer the funds to a new card !! AWESOME !! We tried out this laundry mat yesterday and we were so happy with our experience. Angela walked us through the different machines they have and the options to purchase laundry supplies on site if you need it (ex: detergent, bleach, softener). She was so kind and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and the machines washed the clothes thoroughly. They have vending machines for drinks and fun music playing. They also offer a loyalty card after so many stamps you receive a free wash. We will definitely be returning!! :)) read more

Our washer and dryer are disconnected right now because we're having work done on our floors. I remember how happy I felt when I finally had laundry machines I could call my own. No more trudging to the laundromat every week, pockets loaded with quarters, dropping my clean laundry all over the place (always underwear, for some reason). Valley View Laundry was the closest laundry to my house. That's the only reason I chose it: proximity. Boy am I glad I did! It's clean, bright, and did I mention clean? The man working there, whose name I didn't get, was friendly and helpful. The machines were fast and did a great job. Super clean laundromat. My washer broke down so had to look for a place to wash clothes while it was getting fixed. This place popped up on yelp and so happy I went. Probably the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to! And the young gentleman at the counter was super nice and very helpful. Will be going there till ours is fixed or we buy a new one. read more

This is the best laundry met I ever been too since moving to LA they have the best customer service when you walk through the door there greeting you asking if you need some help it's spotless if there not helping you there cleaning the machine making sure the place is covid free. I own a cleaning business and I do my customers who own Airbnb laundry . I take all my linen there to wash and you can tell the difference even the customers give high compliments when I come to this laundry met my white sheets are cleaned no stains they look like new sheets. My husband and I had a debate about which laundry net was better we took our linen to another laundry met well he did and he complained about the linen because it was still dirty it took about $5.00 to just dry when at valley view it takes $1.25 and there dry unlike we're we went still wet the dryers was beyond crappy very dirty the laundry helper never got up cleaned we tried several different laundry met. I promise you none was like valley view. This the only laundry met I will go to wash my own laundry I drive 45 minutes to just wash my clothes. its well worth it if anyone will ever say anything bad about this laundry met doesn't appreciate clean laundry. i call this my laundry met read more

If you're looking for a place to do Laundry or wash big blankets, this is the place to go to. They have 80lbs washers which are hard to find. The place is clean, there's a sitting area and I love that because I suffer from back pain so going to wash and having a stool to sit and fold or a chair to rest my back is one of the things i look for. Blanca was very nice to explain how the machines work and how I can pay and give me a quick tour so I can become familiar to the place. I'll definitely come back specially on their free dry days. read more

I used to really love this laundromat. It's the cleanest and best one in the area. All of the staff is so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, today I had a horrible experience. I came to wash this morning at around 7 am and preloaded my card. Unfortunately the transaction didn't process some way or another and the money was deducted from my card but not added to my laundry card. I let the employee know and showed her my bank statement. She then called her boss Tanya on speakerphone, who immediately accused me of trying to steal money from her and scam her. She finally decided that she would be better off trying to figure out if she could find out where the money went on her end. She then called her employee multiple times to continue to tell her that we were scamming her and she couldn't find our transaction. All while my clothes are sitting in the washer and I've been waiting for over an hour. Finally I just decide to use my debit card to pay for the clothes. I then call my bank to ask them to dispute the charge and they ask me to tell Tanya to see if she can void the transaction. Almost immediately as she answers the phone I put her on speaker and she begins to berate me tell me how she barely sleeps and I shouldn't have woken her up with this nonsense again accusing me of stealing her money and saying that I fabricated the bank statement that I had pulled up in front of her employee. And even threatened me saying "don't make me come down there" she would not let me get a word in and everyone in the laundromat was looking in awe and she cursed at me a paying customer and even my banker told me to hang up the phone because she shouldn't be speaking to me that way. Not once did I ever ask her for cash money all I wanted was for the card for the card to be correctly loaded so that I could wash my clothes. In fact this had happened to me once before and the owner Tanya's husband was quick and efficient in loading the card correctly for us so we could continue to wash. It's unfortunate that we had this experience as all of my other experiences have always been so pleasant and easy. We have been coming to this location since it opened and are seriously disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to. I can only pray for the employees because if Tanya would speak to me this way I can only imagine how she is treating her employees. Hopefully Tanya can get some sleep and learn some serious customer service skills as she currently does not have any. She obviously can not handle the pressures of running a business and should not run one. read more

I go do my laundry on Friday mornings, and I just adore the lady there, her name is Lesly. Whenever I have a problem, she is able to assist me. The cleanest, high-tech payment system(not coin-operated anymore), and best customer service I have ever experienced in a laundromat. to the manager for being hands-on work specially in assisting his customers. Also, to the lady (angela) for helping me with how things work in the facility (since I'm new to the place). Moreover, upon observing them, they make sure that ALL OF THEIR FACILITIES ARE CLEAN. Visited this laundromat 3 times in 2 weeks. Very clean and safe place. New machines with employee on site. There is many different sizes of the machines depending on the type of service you need. There are machines that clean bulky items such as comforters. There is relaxing music and cable tv so you can keep yourself occupied while your laundry is getting washed.
