Came during the week in the AM and was able to use the large machines (they have 4 but was told they might get more) to wash my cal king and queen comforters. The young woman working was super helpful with the machine that loads the laundry card (cash only) and working the machines. Great customer service is a must and this your woman was great. Place is under remodel but was super clean and good lighting. Parking is tricky since it's shared with Dollar tree, Jack n the box and a few other stores. Definitely will be coming back. I would just try and go early if you can. read more

Very Clean and inviting! Employees were very helpful, and there are so many different ways to pay for laundry card! No more coins!! I will definitely come again! read more

I'm here again a year later and they are remodeling. Can't say enough good things about the staff here / people who run this place. They are all so kind and helpful! Thank you :) read more

first time here and it was amazing ! loved the machines and dryers !! staff was friendly when telling me the price for everything and how it works with their laundry card so easy and hassle free :) read more

Although the location seems fairly clean and safe the help is something less than desirable. God for bid you interrupt one of her personal phone calls and force her to actually work. From that point forward she was absolutely rude ignoring me when I ask him point-blank questions then absolutely refusing to refund the balance on the card the machines require, This is not only illegal in the state of CA but a shitty hustle if you ask me. I would rather waste the five dollars then come back to a proprietor that chooses to enact this type of protocols and lacks customer service over theft for marginal profits. Hopefully the proprietor is smart enough to read this and realize that a repeat customer is far more valuable than the few dollars you stole from me and every other customer, nevertheless if that's your mentality enjoy it you probably need it more than I do. read more

Does this place have a after hours number I got here and its Christmas eve and have been rushing the whole time and the lady knew my laundry was almost dry I told her I was running to the 99 cent store directly next door real quick and would be right back to pull my laundry out and be done which sheathed and said she was okay with. Then I came back and she is gone and my clothes are still Inside spinning in the dryer. Like WTF EVERYTHING I OWN IS INSIDE including my comforter I NEED MY THINGS AND I CANT WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING. sure know how to ruin someone's Christmas. Just because you have family to rush off to celebrate with doesn't mean fuck off someone else who doesn't read more

You know, I've been here about 3 times now and its actually well managed. The attendants are bilingual- which is perfect for this community, its aired out efficiently with ceiling fans throughout (although no one can combat the Ca heat to its fullest!) and the machines are reasonably priced. Machines are typically available at about 20% in each section (meaning at any given time, only approx. 80% of them are being used at once) and there are plenty of load options ranging from 1-2 loads to washers fitting up to 8! Again, I would say reasonably priced. Small dryers are .25 , medium .75 and very large go up. The dryers are scarce in proportion to the amouny of washers they have and they don't dry too well. I find myself having to purchase multiple loads. However, they offer free dry credit after a certain amount of washes purchased and for every $20 you load your card with- they give you $3 credit. I come here because its cheaper to get all of my loads done (2 adults, 1 toddler for 2 weeks) than in my complex, where the washers are terrible and expensive. The water load is good compared to other locations. The clothes are always odorless and cleaned efficiently and satisfactorily. They have a gpod amount of baskets, but I somehow don't usually find one until after I've loaded my dryers. I did dock a star for the wash 'n' fold service. It's $1.20/lb. but right across the street is .99/lb. They offer a few arcade style games for kids, televisions throughout, free wifi, plenty of folding space and generous seating, overhead music and snacks (for purchase with attendant and from vending machines). The system here is coinless, so don't come here expecting to take quarters home. I enjoy it here and am glad to have my new laundromat. read more

In the past, I had problems with clothes missing from drop-off service and clothes switched with another customer. I stopped using their drop-off service for awhile but decided to give them another chance. I am not disappointed. They are fast and prices are fair. I can drop off two weeks worth of clothes for me and my kids and it will be done in a couple of hours. Yes, they do same day service. My button-downs are all hung and all other articles of clothes are folded neatly. Socks and underwear also folded, paired, and separated from all the other clothes. Thank you, Santa Fe Lavanderia for gaining my trust back. I appreciate the business. Facility: Clean Drop Off Service: Yes / Excellent / Fast Price: Fair Return Visit: Yup, every two weeks read more

I can absolutely say that this is the BEST laundry mat I have ever encountered. The place is clean, the machines work, the staff is always polite and ready to assist, and the prices are fair. They also have three televisions running different content, climate control is on and music is often playing. Plus, the 99 Cents Only store, fast food restaurants, 7/11 and Yum Yum donuts are close by. read more

The Asian lady who runs the place is very sweet and always says "hello" when I get there and "thank you" when I leave. The machines are all digital and require a laundry card. Prices are reasonable. The place is clean and there are plenty of TV's showing all of my favorite Spanish programming like the crazy Jerry Springer-like talk show where women (often resembling drag queens and wearing something 2 sizes too small) come out and start talking faster than the machines spin -- but I digress. Go. You'll like it. read more

Decent cleaning. Workers here nice and trying to help and don't make you feel like you are bothering them. It's been couple years since I needed to to my laundry at a laundromat. But it was nice to go through it again after such a long time. I will come back to Santa Fe Lavanderia when I will need service again. read more

The laundromat itself is good as it's clean, has reasonable prices and definitely has a large selection of machines. However, the machines don't take coins. You have to get a card which costs a dollar then you can only add full bills to it. Because of this I had to pay a little more than I wanted to and still have some funds on my card I'll never use. We should be able to get a refund of unused credit. They also charge to use the bathroom here. read more

I come here a ton and highly recommend it. The only reason im giving a semi low rating is to get the owners attention. You SHOULD NOT be allowing your employees to do drop off laundry/ dry cleaning or what ever you call it for the time being. Covid-19 is NO JOKE and you should feel ashamed to risking your employees well being and making them get into close contact with peoples dirty germ infested clothes. read more

You know what? I don't know why I put a meager four stars in my last review, because this place is bomb-diggety every time I mosey on in. Maybe I've just forgotten about the fact that I no longer have to deal with giant sized roid-head rats from other ghetto laundry mats, and have taken the clean and efficient professionalism of this one for granted. It's always a wonderful welcome when the owners actually recognize me as and greet me with warm salutations. It's completely rare to find that nowadays. As always, the owners are still pay amazing attention to detail and are 9 times out of 10 cleaning. Unfortunately, the restroom is still on a pay per use basis. New arcades have come to play, but because they are outdated only provide minimal entertainment. As I'm writing this, my clothes have been marinating in the hamper for quite some time now. Ya, that's kinda gross. I should be making a trip there any day now. read more

I went to do laundry today (Monday) in the morning and everything went smooth. I was able to get the machines I needed and also dry machines were available. You use a laundry card where you load money onto it and use it on the machines. Clean place and friendly staff! Next to the 99 cent store and yum yum donuts! read more

I used the wash and fold service twice. The first time my clothes were soft and smelled clean and fresh, the second time my clothes were not soft, and did not smell clean and fresh. It seemed like they were just washed with water only. The price was right, but my clothes were not, and the tall lady had a little bit of an attitude. read more

My first time at a laundromat and probably my last. After reading the Yelp reviews, I thought the owners would be friendly and nice but they were cold con-artists. They both appeared to be bothered by me and my questions. It was my first time at one of these places; give me a break! I had to go to a laundromat since my comforter didn't fit into my washer and dryer at home. The owners here told me to use the 8 load machine when it could have fit into the 5 load washer (which would have saved me $2.) You have to pay money up front on a card, and if you don't use it all, you can't get your money back. Therein lies the real scam. It cost me $9 to wash one comforter when it should have only cost $6. A couple other ladies there said this place scammed them too and this would be their last time coming here as well. I guess I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who was stupidly taken advantage of. So do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

It's gotten a bit dirty over the past few months. Unfortunately, the shopping center is a magnet for the homeless and day laborers. My biggest issue is that this laundromat is used by outside commercial linen businesses. This can be problematic if every single small dryer is in use. Staff is very nice and helpful, though. read more

I've had a few problems with doing laundry at home, so when I'm in a bind I go here to do my laundry. It's clean, there is plenty of parking. I like the cards you use versus the old quarter system. Best laundromat I've ever been to! Never wait in line and the machines are clean.

I went to this laundromat for 5 years, both for drop off and self service. For the last two years, my wife and I have been depending on their drop off service every week because of our very busy schedule. For the most part, we've been very forgiving to a sock's lost pair or a shirt that might have been mixed up with someone else's from time to time. They even gave us someone else's hung shirts from time to time, and we've had to drive back to return them. My wife's family had owned a laundromat in New York, and their establishment has never once lost an article of clothing from a customer. We have now stopped giving business to this laundromat as of last week. The last straw for us was last week when the owner (the korean lady) accepted the clothes, washed them, and lost my wife's new cardigans. Overall, its a convenient service, but beware of the quality of service you recieve. The two latina ladies that work there are careless and get by with very little english. The korean owners would even attest to this if you complain about them yet never take corrective actions. The korean owners themselves take pride in their work even though they mess up on your laundry too. read more

I've gone here for a really long time the workers were very nice the place was alway clean and when you need someone they're always there to assist you.But they hired a new worker and she doesn't seem so friendly she is very rude and sometimes she starts mopping and doesn't allow me and others to wash and sometimes if you don't Finnish by 10 she will rush you and make people leave. read more

I have been a regular customer for a year and by my opinion this is one of the best Laundromats in the area. It is always clean, there is free internet, working AC, and the attendant is always very helpful. Sometimes I use their fluff and fold service and I'm very happy with it. My clothes smell good and are folded with care. It is a life saver after a long working week. I definitely recommend their service! read more

Laundry is Laundry but the pricing isn't that bad and the ladies who work there are always nice, especially the one that works at night.

Went to this laundromat today after reading the last person's review. It's clean, the machines seem to be pretty good. The last reviewer is right, it's not hot in there, which is a major plus. The 2-load machines (the smallest machine) costs $2.25. and the dryer is $0.25 for 12 min. It took 24 min to dry my towels all the way on the hot setting, which is pretty quick. The owner was very nice; I told him I had never been there and he showed me where everything was and how to add money to the card. There's a deal here: if you add $20 to the card, you get and extra $3 free. They take cash only for the cards. read more

Wash & Fluff or drop off service whatever you want to ca it, Omg what a life saver! Today I took in 33lbs of clothes, I know sounds crazy right? It was about 2 1/2 loads. I dropped them off at 3:00 & they were washed, dried, folded and some were on hangers at 7:00 - I was so impressed. For those who like to simplify (or are lazy like me) it's great!! I have found a new way to do laundry I will definitely be back! The staff was also very friendly. Thumbs up to this place read more

I have used this laundromat a few times at this point for the wash & fold services based on other peoples reviews and I couldn't be more happy. I just don't trust the laundry facility on site of my apartment complex & don't have the time to sit and do it myself so it's perfectly convenient. They offer same day service for a little more cost but typically I drop it off in the afternoon and it's done by the next morning. Can't get better than that! They even hang up some of my more delicate items to not fold them which is a plus. I would definitely recommend! read more

Very clean compared to other places I've been to around the area. All the machines look fairly new. Owner is a nice lady I forgot a shirt in one of the machines and she came and gave it back to me. It is a card place but I wasn't charged for it. Also cash only to load the card. Pricing is reasonable 8 load is 6.75, 5 load is 4.25, 2 load is 2.25, and single is 1.50 coin operated. 2 sizes of dryers one is .25 for 12 min the other is.75.Very nice place, they have clean tables to sit at. No WiFi which sucks. But overall I was pleased. read more

Just picked up my comforter I dropped off last Friday. I got home and was so excited to have had this washed and dried since I cannot fit it in my own washer and I don't have the time to wait at the laundry for it to dry, only to open the bag and notice that the comforter is still wet! Now I have to take it back tomorrow! I am extremely disappointed that I have to take it back for them to dry it! read more

I just cannot say enough GOOD stuff about this spot. I have continued to use this place for my laundry and have never been disappointed. But I recently had back to back to back AWESOME experiences and wanted to share. First, I forgot cash in a pair of my jeans, YEP CASH! and it was returned to me when I picked up my clothes. Pleasant surprise! Integrity is important to me. Next I noticed my clothes smelled fantastic (usually I need to ask and pay for extra fabric softener) and I was told that they knew I always asked for it and now I don't have to anymore. Mad points. Last time...My day was crazy. I had school, work, and my birthday party was that night. I dropped my clothes off in a hurry with a girl named Karen and told her I needed them ASAP, she called me back SUPER fast to let me know my clothes were done, even had them all ready to go in a cart, THEN called me me again to let me know I forgot my credit card because I was rushing. SHE WAS AWESOME! Thank you again. read more
