I'm Recently New To This Area, So When It Came To Doing Laundry, As The Yelper That I Am, I Yelped The Local Laundromats In My Area And Came Across This Place. It Had 4 Stars Which Wasn't Too Bad Considering This Place Is Literally Around The Corner From My House SO My Girlfriend And I Decided To Go There. Our First Experience Wasn't The Greatest, The Lady Who Works They're Closing Shift 'Angelica' (Great! I Had To Share Names With A Person With Such A Nasty Attitude!) Is A Drag! Has No People Skills Whatsoever. She Walks Around On Her Phone Without Any Acknowledgement To The People Coming In, She Won't Even Give You A Smile. But Anyway, I Guess We're Not There To Make Friends So I Didn't Care Too Much Of Her Attitude, I Did However Care When One Of My Dryers Finished And I Came To Find Out It Had Not Dried At All And My Blanket Was Soaking, When I Went To The Lady To Let Her Know It Wasn't Drying And Was Hoping She Could Refund Me The Quarters I Had Put In There So I Could Put It In Another Dryer So I Wouldnt Have To Break Another Big Bill For Just That ONE Dryer, Her Response To Me Was That Blanket Was Too Big To Be Dried There (I Had Just Dried Another Blanket The Exact Same Size In The Dryer Next To It And It Had Dried Completely) It Made No Sense. But I Could Tell She Just Didn't Want To Do Her Job So I Just Went On With My Night. Our Second (And Safe To Say Our LAST) Experience Here Was HORRIBLE! Came In At 9pm To Get A Couple Loads Done. First Off, The Lady Kept Looking Over My Shoulder At Every Little Thing I Would Do JUST To Give Me A Hard Time Not Only That, She Had Her Daughter There Helping Her Do Their Laundry While She Was Supposed To Be Working, I Felt That Wasnt Okay And Her Boss Wouldnt Be Too Happy But Whatever, Im Not The One Signing Her Paycheck So I Minded My Own, Then One Of My Loads Came Out Soaking Wet. It Wasnt Too Big Of A Deal Since It Wasnt Clothes And I Just Didnt Want To Deal With Her, All I Wanted Was To Finish My Laundry And Go Home. THEN Two Of My Dryer Loads AGAIN Did Not Dry My Clothes! I Had To Take Both Out And Put Them In Another Dryer, Again I Resisted From Letting Her Know Those Machines Were Faulty Because From Her Previous Response I Knew She Wouldnt Care Nor Do Anything About It Other Than Blame Me. At 11pm Which Is Their Closing Time, The Lady Comes Over To My Girlfriend And I And Tells Us Shes Closing,We Had To Get Our Clothes And Leave. We Explained To Her That Our Clothes Was Still Wet And She Expressed That She Didnt Care And It Wasnt Her Problem, I Explained To Her That There Is No Way She Could Kick Us Out Just Like That With Wet Clothes, It Was 11pm, Where Would I Go Dry My Clothes?! She Then Walked Over To Circle K And Brought The Cashier From There 'Anthony' To Repeat What She Had Said Apparently Circle K And The Laundromat Owners Are The Same, I Call BS, But As It Was We Explained To Him The Situation With The Dryers He As Well Didnt Care And Expected Us To Leave, Because They Werent 'Going To Pay Her Overtime Just For Us..' He Told Us This After He Had Told Us That She Needed To Finish Mopping Because She Was Off At 11:30pm. He Then Threatened To Call The Cops, Like We Were Doing Something Illegal. All We Wanted Was A Couple More Minutes For Our Clothes To Finish Drying! So There We Were Being Harassed By Two Employees Making It An Uncomfortable Experience For Us. I Found A Number To Call The Owner, 'Frank' However Just Left A Voicemail Since There Was No Answer. We Waited For Our Clothes To Finish The Last Drying Cycle And Packed Up With Some Things Still Wet, At This Time The Lady Was Standing Around The Door Doing Nothing When Before She Was Claiming She Needed Us Out Because She Couldnt Wait She Needed To Mop The Floors, Obviously She Just Had A Problem With Us. After We Were Taking Our Things Out To The Car, She Had Her Daughter Finish Mopping And Cleaning For Her While She Walked Over To Continue Harassing Us Some More Telling Us To Check The Time, At That Point It Was About 5 Mins Before 11:30, She Had More Than Enough Time To Finish Her Work While We Finished Our Drying. But She Was Too Busy Starting Problems With Us. She Continued The Harassment Claiming We Werent Allowed To Come Back Anymore, Something The Circle K Employee Had Told Us As Well, (Who Would Even Want To Come Back To A Place Where You Get Treated Like This In The First Place?!) When I Told Her Id Be Speaking To The Owner About All That, She Went On To Claim He Had Texted Her And Told Her To Tell Us That, Which Id Like To Believe Isnt True, A Business Owner Would Never Want To Drive Their Customers Away, But If It Was True, How Rude Of Him Not To Answer My Call Or Respond To My Voicemail, Would Show The Type Of Business Man He Is. I Hope To Get This Sorted Out With Them So No Future Clients Are Affected I'm Glad To Be Able To Share My Experience With Other Yelpers And I Will Also Share It With Friends, Family And Neighbors, I'd Hate For Someone Else To Be Treated The We Were. read more

Where to start off if I could give zero stars I would Went here twice and never again the employee ANGELICA is the rudest person I've ever met.First time being there she treated me and my gf like kids Instructed us how to wash and was on our back the whole time. Keep in mind it was my first time to a laundromat I thought it was normal.(wrong) Second visit here as soon as I walk through the door she looked at her time as if she had somewhere to be made me feel uncomfortable. It was 9 they close at 11pm I was already there,minutes into us washing she approaches my gf once again instructing her how to do her laundry ,we ignored her and kept minding our own ,as the night went on she approached me and told me I was doing everything wrong once again I ignored her ,I wasn't trying to make my experience worse 11 o clock comes around (closing time) she tells us she's closing meaning get out regardless if your clothes are still wet .we had 12 minutes left in our 5 dryers (yes I spent over 30$ here) We asked her to let us finish up she said no called the circle k employee (Anthony)over to harass us more he threaten to call the police also stated he's the manager for both businesses and he can get away with anything.I called the owner twice they don't seem to care .i will also be reporting them to the BBB if you don't know what customer service means stay out of it . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE . I rather drive further to wash than give them my business. read more

I feel compelled to update because I found out this place does drop off fluff and fold. They also to pick up and delivery and commercial acocunts, but I haven't tried those. I did fluff and fold and it cost me a dollar a pound. Did all my laundry and the lady that does the fluff and fold did a better job than I would have had I done my laundry. I did have to sign a contract, but I was told that is normal procedure. Call the store at (818)633-2872 to set up a drop off or whatever else you need. I was told it is best to call before going if doing fluff and fold. They are also next to a Circle K Convenience Store so you can purchase soda's, detergents, etc. I got one of their .89 cent sodas and a hot dog special. read more

Coin Laundry Lavanderia is still the best in town! I sent in my favourite pair of jeans last month because I had put my foot through the knee. Thankfully, they have the sweetest hook-up with a ninja seamstress that works magic on expensive denim. Turn around time was a few extra days than usual (it was over a long weekend), but my jeans came back with new knees, and a new ass! haha The price of fixing them was totally worth it, as they've been with me for three years. I expect a couple more after their visit to this shop. read more

This place is the best laundromat I ever been to. I moved to the Van Nuys area and this place is pretty close to my new apartment. I went to another one before, but I will go here now because this place is WAAAY cleaner and cheaper. The dryer gave me 20 minutes a quarter. Other places only gave 10 minutes a quarter. Works fast too. Never seen a laundromat so clean. I highly recommend this laundromat. read more

Doing the laundry is indeed a pain from everywhere! I can't say that I hate it because that is something necessary unless you wear disposables. Good thing that I discover this laundry shop that definitely changed everything! I Love them because they took good care of the things that I am not good of taking care of.
