He noticed I had too many suds in the washer, explained why, and even offered me some extra fabric softener since I didn't have any. I also had a machine get stuck after putting in $2.50 toward a $4 cycle. Again, the staff member came over, fixed the issue, and helped me finish my laundry without any hassle. Because of their help, I was able to wash pillows, down comforters, sheets, and all my bedding. Clean store, affordable prices, and people who genuinely care about helping customers. Today will be the last time i use this laundry, they used to have a person working here an now he is no longer here, leaving the place with no supervision so unhomed individuals are always inside the place is dirty and there is a bathroom that no one can use because it requires a key, and no one to open it. I have come here many many times and they seem to keep raising the prices of a load and to dry. $6.50 for a 20min wash that may hold two loads. Then $2 to dry, if your clothes actually get dry. The washers seem to have a mind of their own because on several occasions i have selected the cold water wash for my delicate clothes and they come out hot, and ruined. There is no one here to notify but they used to leave a number that you have to text. That num is nowhere to be found anymore. This place has definitely gone down hill since i have started coming here. Hope this review helps. read more

Stoped at this establishment and left horrified. . The place is disgusting, dirty and just seems unhealthy. The restroom has broken everything with stuff all over the floor. The soap dispenser is broken and looks like that's how they like it. Went next door to ask for supplies and was told there is nothing they can do. A disgusting location, a dirty unsanitary restroom that costs a quarter to use, that's what I call a greedy owner. There are numerous laundry facilities everywhere. Do yourself a favor and use another one where there is clean bathrooms and clean machines. Look for one with an attendant clearly visible because imagine if you have a problem in this crappy location, who is going to help you. Take my word for the truth, just don't go here, EVER. This laundromat is a waste of time. The dryers are never hot enough and you end up spending $2 to dry each load. You'll end up here the whole day. Other places will take me 75 cents to dry the same amount. I end up paying 3xs as much as other places. Save your time and money and go to a laundromat. read more

I agree with Jessica G. This coin laundry is the BEST. It's better than the crappy machines in my apt. building that don't dry and are a rip off. This place is brand spanking new and well maintained. The prices are better than other places, as is the atmosphere (which is important since you're going to be waiting around). There are things to do while waiting which is great. Check out the collectible store next door (Kitty World) for some unique stuff and Hello Kitty goodies or the convenience store. Or you can watch TV inside. If you gotta do laundry, this is the place to go! read more

I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Went here yesterday-- half the machines were "out of order", and they require an additional charge to do the white wash (hot). Definitely more expensive than the super fancy laundromat near my place, with none of the luxuries-- i.e. not well maintained, no fun flat screens with TNT on. Dryers are also a mess-- the first one I put my clothes in I had to unload because I found it was missing the BUTTON I needed to press to make it run (what the heck!) and then the one I moved it to took three cycles to dry... after waiting an additional 20 I moved the load AGAIN because I figured that one was ALSO broken. I only went here because I was in between locations, so I'm relieved this is not my only options. Go here to wash your clothes if you're thoroughly prepared to be annoyed by broken equipment and machines that require endless coin feeding. read more

This laundromat is great and so convenient.  I came on a Saturday while visiting my friend.  It was busy, but they have a lot of machines so I was able to do my loads without waiting.  They have huge 65 lb washers and huge dryers which I needed to do my comforter.  I loved that they have clean carts.  Other places I go and the carts are rusted and dirty.  Little things like that make my experience better.  I also went to the Circle K next door to get a bottled water and a lottery ticket. read more

Prepare for severe hearing loss!! Before you're done loading the washer (that is if you can find one that's not out of order), you get a pounding headache induced by the blasting loud music accompanied by multiple TV's. If you're lucky, maybe you'll only end up with tinnitus. This place is also very filthy. Doing laundry shouldn't be so horrid. read more

This is a pretty good laundromat. You still have to deal with people "saving" carts with like a pair of boxer shorts so you don't touch "their" cart. And the first time I went there, I found out after a 48 minute cycle that my dryer wasn't working (lesson learned - I put in just 1 quarter now to make sure it's working!). But overall, it's clean, they have big washers, and the drying is inexpensive. Thumbs up! read more
