I was given plastic see through bags, which was okay. I just wanted my original laundry bags back. Now I have to go in tomorrow and request my bag to be returned. The washer stopped working. I told both employees omg they yelled so loud saying you used so much soap. I was like okay, did you even think it could of been that I put a little load of clothes for the big washer I used. I don't know whatever it was, they were rude and embarrassing. They didn't want to give me a refund. I always wash here and the lady in the morning is so nice. I had a problem in the past with a machine. She explained nicely and helped me get a refund with no problem. Night Shift employees are very rude and as soon as I asked Angel for his name, he continued to look at me and follow me even asking if I was going to report him. I felt very uncomfortable. I was just trying to hurry up and dry all my stuff to leave it was so late and good thing there were other people around me. I will not recommend going here at night!

There is almost always an attendant on site which is probably why the place is well maintained and clean. My only gripe about the place is the lack of parking. I usually do find one a short distance away. It doesn't warrant a loss of stars for the place because a little walking isn't a deal breaker.

I have come here many many times and they seem to keep raising the prices of a load and to dry. $6.50 for a 20min wash that may hold two loads. Then $2 to dry, if your clothes actually get dry. The washers seem to have a mind of their own because on several occasions i have selected the cold water wash for my delicate clothes and they come out hot, and ruined. There is no one here to notify but they used to leave a number that you have to text. That num is nowhere to be found anymore. Everything comes back smelling so fresh, folded beautifully, and packed so neatly that I can just take it straight from the bag and into my dresser. If I have items that need to be hung, I just leave a note, and they always follow the directions. The lady who runs the place is always so friendly and takes great care of me every time. Apart from this slight mishap, the laundromat is always well kept and has machines where you can exchange bills for coins or use their speed queen value center. They also have well stocked vending machines with laundry essentials (detergent, softener, dryer sheets) and snacks and drinks!
