Lisa and Sienna were both very friendly and helped me right away due to a cancellation. Lisa's dog was also nicely perched at the counter greeting clients. I showed Lisa and Sienna what my dress and shoes look like and asked for recommendations. I tried a few veils of different styles and lengths, but nothing really called out to me. This was my first time going to Insi. I have a uniform with ladies trousers that are notoriously…read moredifficult to have fitted. When I went, Insi was very friendly and easy to talk to. She knew exactly what needed to be done. I knew that a few days at least would be needed to take in the waist and hem the length. Unfortunately for me, something came up and I needed them earlier than expected. I called Insi and explained the scheduling conflict. I have a backup pair of trousers I could wear for the upcoming event, although the fit is really off, but if at all possible to pick them up a few hours earlier. I told her I would rather have quality work and pick them up the following week, instead of rushing. She said she would try, and depending on the difficulty of the cut, she might be able to have them early. I was thrilled that she texted even earlier than she expected and said the trousers were ready. I went and tried them on and they were done exactly as needed. I am so grateful to finally have a great fitting pair of trousers for my uniform, and I felt good about wearing them to the event that weekend. Thank you Insi!
