I do not recommend this place. The dresses are very pretty and the service in store is nice but it's not worth the troubles and rudeness of the manager/owner. I bought my dress here in Oct 2019. The day I brought the dress, I was so excited - I had found a beautiful dress and experienced great service in store. BUT - don't be fooled! The lady that measured me for sizing my dress said I was a 16. My mom questioned her and asked if that the same size that I tried on (and it didn't fit me - it was far too small) and she said yes but that it was fine and it was the right size. We weren't going to argue with her, she seemed to know what she was doing. So I initialed next to the size and ordered the dress. When I received the dress, it was FAR too small! I called the owner and explained what had happened and that the wrong size was ordered. He said basically that I was SOL because I signed next to the size but that I could buy a new dress if I needed to. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! He was beyond rude and not helpful at all! I now have to get additional alterations that people wouldn't generally have to get, all because the dress is far too small. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews - they reward you in store for writing a 5 star review with a bottle of champagne. 2 stars instead of 1 because I do love my dress and the prices were decent.

I've never in my life have left a bad review ever!! Wish I could leave 0 stars!! I was headed to the bridal collection after having such a nice experience at another shop down the street. With me I had 5 guest since my family is big. An older male was in charge of us that day and told us that I could only bring in 3 guests because of covid and told us another party was going to be in the store.. which was a lie. My mother in law left and my mom stood and watched from outside the window, which was just so weird to me that he was ok with that. He asked questions on what I was looking for and I could tell that he thought I didn't have money. I was getting my engagement ring a GIA engraving so I didn't have it on me during the appointment. I was wearing an old promise ring my fiancé had gotten me in the mean time... this is why you never judge a book by its cover. He told me I was only allowed to pick out 4 dresses and immediately took me over to the cheeper section. I still walked over to the higher price section and picked out a dress since money isn't an issue for my special day. He was noo help at all and I find it so weird for a man to be assisting a women at a bridal shop. My sister had to help me get the dresses on since he said only one person could go in dressing room with me. When I came out in the first dress I asked if I could take my mask off so I could see myself in the dress and he said NO... I saw a cup of champagne in the dressing room so then we asked if they offered champagne (since the store was empty and awkward) he said NO we don't have... my sister and I just looked at one another because we couldn't believe he lied to us. When it came to him clamping and adjusting the dress he was acting so weird as if he would die if he touched me. My sisters where trying to take pictures of me in the dress so I could see all angles. he freaked out everytime if he was in the shot. I was feeling one of the dresses and asked if I could try on a veil with it and he said NO!... of course! I then questioned him. It felt as if we weren't allowed to be comfortable or do anything. He finally let me try on the veil but of course I didn't get to pick. I had one more dress that I was going to try (the one from the "expensive section") . When my sister and I where putting on the dress we noticed the zipper wasn't working, we then asked if he could zip it up. He asked me to take it off so he could try cause once again he was weird with physical contact. He left and came back and said " doesn't work I have to send it back to get fixed, so you can't try it on". And walked away.... I was really bummed cause I liked that one. I then asked if I could try another dress since I didn't get to try that one on, He said yes... (finally) After that I asked if I could try on the one I liked again and he said No and that our appointment is over, even though this was the fastest dress appointment I had ever been to. I was soo blown away at how rude and unaccommodating he was towards me. There was still no one in the shop btw! I came out in my clothes and told him " I don't appreciate the way you treated me and don't appreciate that you lied to me saying there was no champagne when I saw a cup in the dressing room! That is not how you treat someone who is going to be spending 5,000 dollars on dress" his eyes widen when I told him about the cup and he claimed that it wasn't his champagne... not sure if I believe that... I then walked out and said well I really hope you're not lying.. bye! All my sisters where so angry that he did that to us Anyways I found a beautiful dress down the street at Bella Bridal. They let you try on multiple dresses, give you champagne, and let you come with as many people as you want.

I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!!!

Noelle has been BY FAR the most amazing Bridal Stylist I've EVER MET! She listened to all of my wants/ desires and exceeded my expectations. I found my DREAM DRESS! And I couldn't be more thrilled. This experience from start to finish was so calming for me. As some of you brides may know, finding the dress can be extremely stressful. But I PROMISE YOU! Noelle can find it. Thank you Noelle! You're WONDERFUL!

I came here after I thought I found "the dress" somewhere else. I thought there was no way to beat the other place but they topped it and them some! I worked with Alla and she treated me so well! She took the time to truly understand what I liked and didn't like. And then I said yes to the dress (for a 1/3 of the price of the other dress I found)! There were tears from me and who came with me and from Alla. I couldn't say enough nice things about everyone here and would highly recommend it!

This was my first stop and I couldn't have be happier! I came in with my dream dress from Pinterest and showed Noelle who immediate said "oh, I got you!" and pulled almost an identical dress. It was the FIRST dress I tried on and was in awe - that was it! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! We tried on some other, which were gorgeous, but kept going back. That was the one! Noelle was amazing, asked all the right questions, asked me how I REALLY felt in the dresses and why. It made it so stress-free and so fun.

Wow, I had an amazing experience here at The Bridal Collection. The location is very convenient right off the freeway and the actual store itself is so beautiful. When you walk in your just in awe and mesmerized by the huge selection of beautiful dresses. It's very clean and organized by designer and so much fun to explore. Our bridal group was kindly greeted by the owner Mike and he was very helpful, professional, and welcoming to me and our group. The second dress I tried on was the one, I picked Nicolette B by Enzoani. It is such a stunning dress! I really like how I didn't feel pressured at all to make this purchase. At other bridal shops I went to I felt very pressured but certainly not with the Bridal Collection. I even had to come in the next day because my mom wasn't able to make it the first time we were in the store and Mike was understanding of this. Once my mom saw this gorgeous dress on me that's when I said yes to the dress!! The tailor, Alla, was also incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole process. She told me to close my eyes, make a wish, and when I was ready to open my eyes and ring the wedding bell after saying yes to the dress. This made me tear up and was such a memorable experience. Thank you so much Alla for doing that for me! In addition, she gave me a great quote on the alterations for once the dress arrives. She is wonderful, genuine, and really takes the time to help you. I am certain I will be using her expertise for my wedding dress alterations. I know that she'll be able to make my dress look beautiful and fit like a glove on me. The Bridal Collection team has been very helpful through out my wedding dress shopping experience. I would highly recommend this to any bride looking for her perfect dress! If you shop here for your wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses you will not regret it!

You want to feel at home when choosing the dress that means forever. Not only did I feel at home, but more importantly, my family and tribe was treated as though they were at home. Thank you for the love, warmth, and gentle nudging when I needed it most :)

I had a great experience with this shop for the following reasons: Shop ambiance and location: The shop faces a major street just off the freeway. The location is great with plenty of parking. The shop itself is beautiful, clean, organized but not ostentatious at all. Dress selection was great as it is a bigger-than average shop. Staff: The owner (I think), Mike, was very friendly and had us fill out a questionnaire upon arrival. I saw a post about this being unnerving to someone, but after watching Say Yes to the Dress so many times, I kind of expected them to ask our price range? Alla came up and immediately greeted us and asked if I had an idea of what I wanted. I showed her a few Pinterest pictures and we were on our way. She was friendly and has a keen eye for finding a style that both fits the brides style and will look great on her. Finding "The Dress": Alla brought in two dresses on the first try. I got into the first, and we immediately both said, "Nah." Then I got into the second, and I felt myself fall in love. I walked out and saw the same feeling written on the faces of my mom and sisters. Noelle, another consultant, came in and started helping accessorize the look. Needless to say, I cried, my mom cried and the rest is history. I want to give a big thank you to Noelle and Alla and The Bridal Collection! Note: I had to get expedited rush shipping for my dress to arrive on time for alterations. I noted another Yelper said that customer service was poor on that end and in receiving her dress on time. I will update if I have any problems in that regard.

Mike was a real sweetheart to work with. I did the whole davids bridal thing and I realized do I want to be an old and cheap bride.. no I need better quality. U will find incredible quality for great prices if u buy off the rack which I did and it's in perfect condition.

Helped me find a comfortable, beautiful dress last minute for my July wedding. Knew what style I should get to flatter my figure.

This was my first place to try on wedding dresses. I honestly have never done this before and was a little nervous. Mike the owner was absolutely wonderful. I tried on my second dress and absolutely fell in love with it. There are so many options to chose from but I found my dress and went home with a great deal. I highly recommend coming here first before going to other shops. Also, the prices are very fair. :)

I usually don't write reviews but I have to say that Arnold is by far one of best denim tailors I…read morehave ever seen. To preface, I wear a lot of denim via jeans and jean jackets. My story is pretty simple, yet complex. I had found a vintage old/new stock Chicago Bears Denim Jacket with some very detailed embroidery on it. However, the jacket was built with a cheaply made orange vinyl overlay on the collar. It was uncomfortable and unsightly. One day I just removed the overlay hoping to simply stitch a harvested collar from another jacket. Unfortunately, the job was harder than I expected. I contacted Arnold, and what I received was much more than customer service. What I received was a person who cared so deeply about his craft that he wanted to make sure that I would be ultimately getting exactly what I needed to save the vintage jacket as rebuilding collars are not simple (now I know). In short, Arnold did amazing work both finding harvested denim and rebuilding a collar that was even better than the original. He also inserted fabric in the collar that ensured it kept its shape and laid perfectly symmetrical with the jacket. Finally, Arnold showed me that customer service is not a lost art and ensuring customer trust is paramount. I highly recommend taking any of your denim to Arnold, you'll be glad you did........and you may even make a life long friend. Pictures speak a thousand words, so I'll leave some photos of the original jacket look, after I screwed it it up, and finally, Arnold's work! The pics are not in order, so open them all so you can see the work.

Alex the Tailor - Thousand Oaks…read more I found Alex the Tailor completely by accident while looking for a dry cleaner near Whole Foods in Thousand Oaks--and that "accident" turned into a quiet win. I brought in work pants and shirts for tailoring and dry cleaning, and it was immediately clear: these people know exactly what they're doing. Precision, judgment, and an experienced eye you don't have to second-guess. My clothes came back fitting beautifully--clean, sharp, and handled with real care. For years, I drove all the way to Santa Clarita to see Alfred at Santa Clarita Valley Cleaners--an old-school professional, a master tailor, and genuinely good man. I loved him and trusted him completely. But life shifted, my commute changed, my car started acting up, and I planted myself closer to Thousand Oaks. I was honestly bummed thinking I'd lost "my guy." Finding Alex the Tailor has been a godsend. It's rare to find a place you can trust with your work clothes--especially when fit and presentation matter. Alex the Tailor delivers that same level of craftsmanship, discretion, and confidence. They see the garment, not just the hemline. I still miss Alfred. Great people leave an imprint. But I'm genuinely grateful to have found Alex the Tailor. This is now my go-to in Thousand Oaks, and I don't say that lightly. Reliable. Skilled. No guesswork. Highly recommend.
