The dresses here are beautiful nevertheless. However, the owner costumer service needs so much work. My quinceañera was nearly 3 years ago back in December 2022 and I have received nothing. I'm still waiting for my photos and my video. I have no memories of my quinceañera what so ever except for the photos I took on my phone. I try to call and they never respond and whenever I go in person the employee can't assist and the owner is never there. Owner claims she calls but there has never been one call. First she said she can't give me refund bc the invoice states no refunds, no where on the invoice does it state that. Than she said she could come tomorrow and give me refund and I told her no she can Zelle me the deposit back and agreed but she said she'd Zelle until the next day! She is the most unprofessional owner! She kept hanging up and refusing to refund! If needed she will be taken to small claims! Don't ever go to this place again!!! She wanted to credit me and said you can get wedding knives or glass cups?!! Wtf do I want that for? My baby is 3 months old!! It's a baptism! The reason they did not call me was bc immigration was there and they closed early at 5pm and there store closes at 6pm but didn't have the courtesy to call me like she said on Sunday about the dress. She also had the audacity to tell me it's not her fault they were not there for ups to receive shipment. No product means you owe me my money!!! We ordered 3 dresses here. One for myself. One for my mom and one for my grandma. We ordered July 27th, left deposits and were told the dresses would arrive in a couple weeks. Which they did. So we go in to get fitted for alterations. We needed them for my sister's wedding on 9/14. Mind you the dresses were in the store and pinned by the second week of august. We were told the dresses would fit perfectly and left feeling confident. Then we found out the woman who took our order wrote the date wrong for the wedding. She thought the wedding was the 24th. At this point we were 2 weeks out from the day and the wedding was a 5 hour drive away. We were told the dresses would be ready Wednesday 9/11. We call. The dresses still aren't done! They're now saying they can have them ready on Friday. The DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. Which is unacceptable because I left for the wedding on Thursday. My mom speaks to the owner and the owner alters my dress in an hour. She said she got off work at 6, she would alter my dress and call us when it's done. I kid you not. The dress was ready at 7pm. Why was it done so quickly when they had it for over a month and couldn't get it done before? Who knows. So my mom picks it up. I put it on. Guess what? It doesn't fit! I'm out of options at that point though so I wore this dress that didn't fit all night and had to wear a coat to cover the back. The bust didn't sit right either and it was uncomfortable in general. My mom picked up her dress the next day and hers didn't fit either! It was crazy. The woman who works here is very kind and reassuring but the work just doesn't match her promises. We spent all together around $700 dollars for these dresses. My mom ended up having to buy another dress to wear. It was just an awful experience and I would not recommend them for any important events. read more

We been waiting for a dress and she was so quick to respond to get the deposite from us and assure us that the dress will arrive before the party but the party is in 20 days now and still nothing. Only received the picture frame and signature book from her and it's been over a year. Does not call back or reply and is difficult to find her at the business. The customer service was wonderful but that's it. I had been looking around for a place to hem my dress for a very special occasion and when I spoke to Julia she sold me on her services even though the cost was literally twice as much as other places. I told her I rather pay more because I trusted the work would be done nicely since she was so attentive. I just went to go pick up my special beautiful dress and it looks literally like it went into surgery and got stitched up the shoulder strap is noticeably waaay off, the gems are falling off, my dress has dirty spots and the side has this huge indent and doesn't align with the rest of the dress. The lady was acting super innocent and blamed the dress and the material saying it was already crooked.. I mentioned I had inspected the dress and it didn't seem like it, but I'm not a fighter and I don't like confrontation so that's why I think they deserve 2 stars so that things like these don't happen to people that don't know how to speak up. I'm more sad than anything because I have zero time to get it fixed but I'm trying to not let it ruin my day. Julia had a wonderful personality but the actual service was just terrible. If it was the material she should have told me before I spent the money with them. If you're a professional, you should know what materials your abilities let you work with. From the moment I walked in to her shop to inquire on wedding dresses she was the only one to have interest in helping me all the other shops near her wouldn't bother to ask when I walked in to ask what I was looking for or have any interest in helping me, the owner was so busy with orders and she still took my wedding dress order even if I was last minute dress shopping a month before my wedding, she was open and honest with me I was on a budget and she still managed to work it out with me and make it possible I was head over heels with my dress I'm glad I landed at her shop, the owner truly loves what she does. I am definitely going back to her for future events and I 100% have recommended family and friends to her. Last year, I had went to Pixie's bridal boutique to get my prom dress. Prom was on May 18 and I had went to look at dresses in the beginning of February . I found the perfect dress! That is the picture We payed for the dress in full and she told us we had to order it from the catalog and have it customize so it can fit me perfect . Time had passed by and a couple weeks before prom, still no word, we would call and go in to the store to ask the lady and she would say that it hasn't came yet. Prom was only a couple weeks before and nothing had came in. My mom was very upset so what we had did is we asked for a refund. She refused at first till we argued our way through it. How did she not want to give us a refund? Also, she had said it herself that the dress wasn't going to come on time. We got the refund, and never returned back to this horrible place. What a disaster! I was so heartbroken. I always looked forward to prom, I found the perfect dress, just to be told weeks before prom that I wasn't able to get that dress. Don't get me wrong, maybe the lady is a nice and honest person but this is not professional. My prom was horrible. I still went a week before prom and got a beautiful dress in DTLA, got it customized within 2 days. Yes this was a year ago, but I never thought of putting up a yelp review. I came to this store a couple years ago for my 16th birthday dress, where it was already in-store. This dress was a black beautiful sequence dress that was in my size on the mannequin. The dress was a tad too long but I had their semestres cut it for my liking. The staff was incredibly nice and Amelia was very generous and kind throughout my process of buying the dress. Everything was done within the week, everything perfect and on time for my celebration. I came back to this boutique earlier this year to get my prom dress. My one and only reason I decided to come back to this store was only for the way my family and I were treated by the staff in the past. Out of the dozens of other bridal stores in the San Fernando Mall, Pixie's Bridal was by far the most welcoming and warming Boutique by far. The owner Amelia speaks English and Spanish fluently which paired well with my broken spanish and my mother's broken english. As obvious as it may seem, all of the boutiques sell the same dresses for the same price for the most part, the soul of the store and the customer care is what made us come back along with the amazing work to guarantee our satisfaction from the price to the actual product. Deciding to come back earlier this year for my prom dress seemed like the most perfect idea until Covid-19 happened. Of course all stores shut down for just a bit but Amelia still kept in contact with us to ensure us about the pending dress. She always managed to keep us first and when she could not always get to us, her daughter Daniella surely did. With complete understanding of the situation, I still got my prom dress and i was more than satisfied with all of the work. This is the best place to get your gowns, at least for me it is. They are super polite and listen to what you're looking for. I've been super satisfied with all my gowns. They have great selections and give you other options to choose as 2nd and 3rd choices in color or slight change of designs. They remember their clients and make you feel welcome. read more
