I'm sorry but as someone who's managed before, you not only never speak to employees like that but you NEVER do that in front of a guest. We told the cashier how sorry we were. He took quite a bit of time going over them all. I really appreciate how detailed and thorough he is, as well as his amazing craftsmanship. Once he lays out the design of my cutting board. I'll be emailed with specs and once I approve, production will begin. It will take $125 and about a month from start to finish to complete my custom order, but I'm very excited for the final product.
