I came in and spotted a funko pop I've always wanted, for $30!!!! THE STICKER SAYS $30. I bring it up to the register, and have the miserable experience of having to cash out with scammy Sammy. This guy is super shady, because tell me why, he looks at the pop in its protective case, sees the price tag, OPENS it up from the protective case, and is trying to rip and scratch the price tag off the funko box. He ruined the bottom of the box, which is completely unprofessional, I'm not even a scalper but he didn't even ask and I don't appreciate that at all. If I'm paying for it, don't tamper with it and decide to change your price. And then he proceeds to say that the price is $35..... now even with the tax from $30, that makes no sense....AT MOST WITH TAX it would've been $33. I didn't want to argue with this guy, seeing as a lot of people have issues with him, and this guy himself clearly has issues. He is super shady as he doesn't give you a receipt either. PLEASE I BEG OF YOU, THERE ARE BETTER COLLECTIBLE AND TOY STORES IN SCV!!!! I swear to you your money is better spent elsewhere. Please do not support this business.

Be sure to check their IG page for hours as they are only open one or two weekends a month or by appointment. Parking can be a challenge. It was a Sunday when it appeared all the suites in the building were closed and I asked in the shop if it was alright to park in the lot and after about 30 minutes someone came in asking for the driver who was parked in their designated spot. So...do yourself a favor and park on the street. They have a few different rooms set up in tasteful vignettes. The prices seem reasonable. I am not sure if they are negotiable. I have been fighting identity theft on my Torrid credit account. Someone in Las Vegas has gone into the stores there and keeps changing my account information and charging to my Torrid account. I've had my card replaced twice and the fraud department has been great. Today, I went into my local store in Valencia, CA to return some items I received for my birthday as gifts. Kimmie was the person who helped me out. When she went to validate my account, we noticed my email address had been changed again. I told her what I had been going through and Kimmie was beyond helpful. She took down all my information and took it upon herself to not only call customer service to make sure the account was flagged, but she also personally reached out to all 3 Las Vegas stores so that they would be aware and hopefully prevent any further fraud activity on my account. She then called me a couple hours later to let me know that she had reached out to these different people to try to help me. All things she didnt have to do at all, but in the middle of her workday, she still took the time to make sure she was providing exceptional customer service. People like Kimmie deserve to be not only recognized, but commended. She is an extremely valuable asset to Torrid as a whole and should be praised. The effort she put in without any question to help me shows me what am amazing person she is. I cannot thank you enough, Kimmie. You seriously are the best ever!

As a POC, I have been treated great every time I come to this location. I've seen multiple POC working at this location, but I'm newer to the area and maybe they have new staff. Highly recommend this store & the unique clothing!
