Today I went in checking out the nails, obviously the case is an easy access to open, and I wanted to see if they could fit my nails. I understand that opening something is showed that is used, but what I will not understand is even if I had told the employee if it fits, I wouldn't be able to know? With no warning or anything, I've never experienced this before with an employee. She came up to me and asked me to pay up due to the fact I opened it. Once again there wasn't any change to the packages, like NOTHING. The employee said "we have been having problems with costumers doing this and that". This store needs to work on their employees to stop the assumption and to maybe have better watch, over then to point fingers or make it worse for the next costumer that comes in. I really liked Miniso, but now it's just gotten decreasingly worse. I wanna say, I should've asked to make sure, but it wouldn't change anything. It's unrealistic to get onto the costumer for it. P.s packaging was straight up the same. It wasn't ripped or broken into, just literally easy to open. It also even says on Google, media, the surface of searching, that it shouldn't be a problem if checking something unless it's a blind bag or any sort of box/bag,packaging that has to be broken into IN MINISO. Train your employees better Miniso. This all is just to get your money no matter what lol. (10/20/2025) Around (1:50pm-2:15pm)
$$$ Japan in SCV $$$ It's no secret, Japanese quality is world renowned. I've been to Tokyo, and it's true, you don't want to throw away anything there. An 8 dollar umbrella there was better than a 50 dollar Macy's one. I can personally verify that this store carries products as good as the ones I purchased and experienced in Japan. Even the 10 dollar pink panther stuffed doll is better than anything at any price in the Disney Store. That's no slight on the Disney Store, their quality is excellent, but Miniso quality is even better, and for literally 1/5th the price. Don't believe me? Go in this store (Located right across the floor from Spencer's on the bottom floor on your way to the foodcourt, or if coming from the other direction, towards the Starbucks) with $20, and see how many awesome items you come out with. I now own flip flops from this store, I now own Men's Cologne from this store, I also own a top quality beanie from this store. All for about $20 This store should be empty, because the products are at such good prices, and at such high quality, that people should be stuffing shopping carts full of this on a daily basis. Need a portable power station that's $50 bucks at Verizon? It's $12 here. Need some high quality Goat hand lotion that would $30 at Bed Bath and Beyond? It's $8 here. Need a super hip and well made mini purse that costs $40 at Forever 21? It's $14 here. Seriously, get inside this store, because it's a serious Game CHANGER!!! Love you Miniso! Thanks for loving me!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Great value and prices! Very clean and orderly. Not big selection of snacks but moreso trinkets and little things. Just a smaller version of the store at this location.
A cute shop filled with different characters in beauty, home and a little in between. They have a small selection of blind boxes as well. Prices are as high as $25 from what I saw. I did stop in today just to grab my bday reward, a blind box of your choice. I got the Winnie the Pooh box, and got piglet x pooh, super soft with keychain. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Made a quick stop as they were closing, just to take a look at their Harry Potter merch even though I know it's the same everywhere lol. It's always nice to see how other stores have it setup. This one was pretty organized and each Harry Potter House was easily recognizable and findable! The layout of the store was a bit weird, small, and cramped. I felt like I was neck and neck with other customers and the aisles are super small. They also have some weird divider in the middle of the store which makes it a little awkward, as if two small stores got combined at one point. Overall still a miniso and they seemed to have pretty good stock of things. Prices are great and it makes for a good gift shop if you're looking to get some small, cute, quick things! Purchased Griz, PanPan, and Ice Bear plush from We Bear Bears. Kind of wish for a Chloe too... since I spent more than $30 was able to pick two additional items for free (adventure time carry bags). Once I got home I also found 10 pack of disposable masks and 2oz of hand sanitizer as a thank you gift... wow!!! Thanks read more
