I stopped by this Dollar Tree today to look for some cleaning container. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. The store isn't that big but they have a lot of different things. The prices are very reasonable especially on the candies. The frozen food are toward the back of the store and the cleaning supplies are on the left side. The Hallmark cards and party supplies are on the right side of the store. I got some air freshener, candies and cleaning products. There no self checkout here and only had 1 cashier working when I was there. They sell ice which is in front of the cashier station and the balloon area is also there as well. read more

This dollar tree is the best! They are in the corner of the parking lot, next to many other shops and eateries. I love running in during the holidays to see what cute decor they offer. Easter they have the best eggs, baskets, window clings, etc! They always have a great selection of cards for every occasion, and so many other nick knacks. I go in often for wrapping paper, paper bags and things of that nature. Fun to bring the kids and let them cookout toys for themselves too! Workers are sooo nice here and always happy to help me find something. Bathrooms are hit and miss... sometimes they are clean, other days not so much. read more

This Dollar Tree has a lot of great stuff - go check it out for yourself! It's also organized unlike some other locations I've visited. The only downside was they were out of helium but I feel like that's been an ongoing issue for years now, across the United States. Although there was only 1 lane open for check out, it went relatively fast and the cashier was friendly. It's very close to home so I do plan on returning. Highly recommend! read more

It's annoying and unprofessional when the manager is selling all the hot wheels to scalpers. An employee told me this when I asked when was the next shipment in cause it looks like they haven't been getting any in a while. They straight told me the manager has been selling the boxes to a local scalper, not even stocking the pegs. Literally losing business since I would come here with my kids and always pick up other items. This is going on at several of the local dollar trees. read more

I was actually shocked by the way the store had so much variety and how clean it was. I have been to Dollar Tree before, but not this location and I can tell you the next time I need odds and ends like cleaning supplies, or things like office supplies I am definitely going here before I go elsewhere. My purchases today, a can of shaving cream, a package of treats for my dog (that sell on Amazon for twice the price), a set of five pens for writing, and a package of good-n-plenty candy (a personal weakness for a treat myself), less than $5.00...bargain....! read more

Located in the Panda Express shopping center... just a short distance away from Green Thumb Nursery. The variety and quality of merchandise is comparable to the 99 cents store chain. They probably have a few of the same items and a lot of different off-brand items. Unless it's for something non-essential, I would stick to the National brand items they carry. They seem fairly organized and the store was fairly clean too. Aisles can barely have two tiny shopping carts squeeze by each other. The cashier was friendly and rang everything up quickly. They only take credit cards or exact change. read more

Hello, First and foremost I would like to start on a positive note: The store is fully stocked, relatively clean, and employees seem to be working hard. My main complaint is that I purchased 6 glass dishes and when i asked the cashier to cover them with something so they wouldn't break, she said "we don't have anything. I don't even have anything to wipe my nose. The store does not provide that." I find her reaponse highly unprofessional. Second issue is that the store "ran out of .10 plastic bag" so the cashier is offering a 1.25 bag as a replacement. Third, they do have expired food on their shelves. So beware. My question is to the owner of the store- why aren't you restocking your store appropriately?! I wont be coming back to this location. very unprofessional read more

The worst customer service!!! Brenda really made me feel unwelcome and not only that when I gave her my money she took it and examined it to see if it was fake. I told her I just got it from the bank trying to make a conversation and ignored me what a horrible employee. I don't know how she still employed there. By the looks of people complaining on here she does not care and this company doesn't care as well. Never again!!!! read more

I went to get a few supplies for work and I needed a receipt for work to get reimbursed. I accidentally pressed the wrong button when it asked if I can get my receipt back. The employee called the manager to help me out. The manager came out and told me he would have to do an exchange, and I told him okay. Then he proceed it to tell me that he was on his break and with attitude he said if I wanted to wait. With that type of attitude, I just took my loss. Clearly, this manager could care less about giving good customer service. I understand if you want to finish taking your break, but I didn't appreciate the attitude from the manager. Also, while looking for an item I overheard someone in the next isle saying that they found expired food in the shelves. This was my first time shopping here, and it will be the last. read more

I don't usually write reviews but this place is just sad I went In There a few days ago..as I'm getting rung up the cashier never once acknowledged me It's as if I was interfering with her gossip She was having a conversation with her coworker behind her the entire time Then what really got me, As my receipt was printing she's turned around still talking to her coworker and she practically just waves my receipt at me like "here take it" NEVER ONCE EVEN LOOKING AT ME I work as a restaurant manager and as a person that works with people this is just disgusting My receipt said the cashiers name is BRENDA I'll never be going back here I'd rather go all the way to bouquet Someone needs to train these employees and make them realize they're on the clock not here to have personal conversations with their coworkers (at least not while you're dealing with a customer right in front of you) THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! read more

Great staff, great stuff. Just make sure you don't go on Saturday because they're usually almost out of everything. They restock on sundays. They have some good stuff considering it's only a dollar. read more

Aside from the occasional lines this little dollar tree is the closest thing to a grocery store that we have that's walking distance. But people are nice. Roxy one of the employees is the best. Shes so funny and helpful. read more

This is the newest Dollar Tree in the area. It's the nicest, cleanest dollar type store I've seen. Great selection of party goods. They don't carry too much food, which is fine with me. I'm in here about once a month to get items for parties, staff appreciation, etc. read more

Conveniently located in the foot of Newhall in a newer shopping center. This place is good if you're on a budget. Especially for balloons.

One of the cleanest Dollar Trees I have been to. Probably because it's one of the newest ones in Santa Clarita. I still prefer the 99 Cent Store because of their large food selection, but I still love this store because it's closer to me. read more

This place is the worst ever if I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed a order for balloons for my daughters graduation party on 5/29/19 her party is today on June 8th. I went to pick them up today 6/8 at the scheduled time of 10:30 when I walked in I did not see any of my balloons ready they asked if the could help me and I told them I was there to pick up a balloon order I gave them my name and a few minutes later they told me that I had already picked them up on Wednesday! I said I did not and that nobody I know did either I said the person who took my order must have wrote down the wrong date and they said nope he did not and actually argued with me that I already picked them up. They said they had the red balloons that I wanted but not the black and that I could go to the other store and get the black ones but they don't have helium there. So after arguing with them I demanded a refund which she stood there and I think was not going to give it to me but I started raising my voice and got my money back. So shout out to the person who took my balloons or shoutout to the dollar tree for lying about it!!!!! read more

Dollar Tree has saved me lots of money on many fun holidays/crafts or celebratory projects! I enjoy all holidays & love to mail cards. The wide selection of cards for any occasion and all holidays allows me to send a smile to my loved ones for a low price. I can't imagine spending $40-$50 on lots of holiday cards at specialty stores when I can get the same amount for $8-$10 here! My company had a talent show & I used craft supplies from the Dollar Tree to make props for the show. (My friend & I won 2nd place!) Need cookies for bible study / book club &/or snacks for movie night? Done. Cute little popcorn boxes are a bonus. I stop by for a few basics when needed, such as paper towels, bottled water, salt/pepper/spices, tostadas or jalapeños - it's convenient to just pop in&out after a full workday instead of going to the grocery store for 1 or 2 things. Holiday, home basics, repair, office, party supplies, toys, Crafts, garden, basic groceries & home needs - this store has you covered. read more

Worst store in the santa clarita ca. One star is too much for this store. I come here today and my kids were playing with a ball next to where I was standing and this employee by the name of Roxy come and yelled at my kids. So like any parent I reacted to that and I reply " there's no need to yelled at my kids if am right here." Oh! God she turn around am when off me. I feel like she could had handle the situation diffrent. She should had aproch me and politely asked me to handle my children or like any other store make announcement in general over the speaker. So when I told her that I need to talk to her manager this lady by the name of Terry come and also very unprofessional and rude raising her voice at me and so I told her I needed the number to corporate so gave it to me and when I asked for her employees name she said; "if you want it go get it, it's on her name tag." Wow! How profesional, right? Am amazed that a store has uneducated people like that working for them. Never again will I go into a dollar tree again. Lesson learn. read more

Usually when I go to dollar stores I never expect extremely great customer service. I went into this store and did my shopping. When I went to get checked out I was greeted by the cashier Roxanna. Very rude cashier. Did not look at customer the entire time being waited on even when being asked a question. It was such a strange experience. Need to train employees to be polite and realize who is paying for his employment. read more
