The store isn't that big but they have a lot of different things. The prices are very reasonable especially on the candies. The frozen food are toward the back of the store and the cleaning supplies are on the left side. The Hallmark cards and party supplies are on the right side of the store. I got some air freshener, candies and cleaning products. There no self checkout here and only had 1 cashier working when I was there. They sell ice which is in front of the cashier station and the balloon area is also there as well.

The manager already had attitude when he walked up, told me they won't return them for the same reason, I asked if I brought them back cleaned would they accept them to which he just said he wouldn't but maybe another Marshall's would, I said it was less than 30 days ago that I bought them though I haven't even used them, he gets more attitude and disrespect in his tone telling me they aren't able to resell them. Which they can and also quite frankly isn't my problem anyways. I told him half the shoes that get returned are unsellable though, to which he asked if I wanted to walk over and show him which specific shoes are unsellable. Which is actually extremely crazy and I told him no I don't need to go pick out the individual shoes that I think are unsellable. Creating a completely unnecessary hostile environment for no reason. I walked out because who even talks to people like that over a return. I'm not upset about the return. That's not the issue it's the lack of respect. What kind of manager actually acts this unhinged. Customer service skills are completely lacking here. As someone who's worked retail and management previously. This is extremely unprofessional. This location needs better communication and management skills. I don't know the managers name but he clearly needs to be replaced if he can't do his job correctly or without berating customer. Unreal.

You never have to wonder if you will get someone to help you because they always have enough help! They have a big unveiling of their Hallmark and Disney ornaments this Friday, July 11th. People buy a lot of of these ornaments. They are in demand! You need to pre order to make sure you will get the ones you want for Christmas. As Hallmark says "Christmas in July". The store is always exceptionally clean. You see the Associates cleaning shelves and ornaments or products in the store. They have Disney bags, marvel ornaments, Snoopy items, Baby books and animals, Wedding gifts, Dishes and jams, clothing, hats, gloves, spa items, cards for every occasion, and Seasonal Gifts of all kinds. Their range of candles with water flowing as you turn on the lighted flicker of a flame are beautiful and have a lot of different colors and styles. This store also has Enesco figures as well as Lladro women figurines. To top it off they have many Star Wars items. This stores items are all authentic. Something else wonderful about this store is they wrap your gifts for you. Also the entire crew really love the owner whose name is Debby. Hence the name of Debby's Hallmark. It feels like you walk into a warm family when you shop there. When employees love their boss you know that boss treats them well. Lastly they have many Christian items there . I have bought my grand daughter a chicken there that lays eggs, stuffed animals,books, puzzles, toys for baby. They have many things for your garden care as well. No this is not a repeat review, but it is yet another Kohls location selling used, worn shoes as…read morenew on the shelf. So this is round two of trying to buy NEW Converse shoes form Kohls. The Valencia store had a pair that I ordered that turned out to be dirty and very used. Valencia location said there are three pair at this Golden Valley location, so I head up to get them. I find the correct shoes and of course knowing better I check. I am surprised but also not surprised to see a dirty pair of used shoes in the box. These were even more worn than what Valencia location was selling. BE WARNED AGAIN !!! Now I don't know what Kohl's return and restocking policy is but this is ridiculous. Two different locations selling used shoes as new. Like imagine this was a gift? Customers should have the confidence to shop knowing the merchandise is in fact new. This isn't a thrift store after all. And maybe check returns as they come in and if they are used they shouldn't be sold as new. Just poor business practices.

This location just opened and it's super clean. I was greeted by security as I walked in & other staff acknowledged me as I shopped around. I've only been to a couple of locations (Burbank & Woodland Hills) and they were so big it was overwhelming LOL... this store was sufficiently stocked, merchandise all strategically organized and there was lots of room to waft around. I think this Burlington will do great here. It reminds me a lot of other discount stores like Ross and Marshall's, TJ Max & Homegoods. SCV / LA people love their good deals! LOL. Shopping here is like a treasure hunt; you never know what you'll come across.. whether you're looking for home, kitchen and garden supplies.. tools, accessories, bags, travel, gadgets & gizmos... toys, gifts, personal, men, women, kids, toddlers, babies and pets... you'll find fun, cute, cool, functional & even useful items.
