First time discovering "Surprise" clothing I was waiting for Charcoal BBQ next door. Popped in for a second then needed to leave since my party was called for seating. Thought to myself, I'll be back. Second time came with my daughter, she picked out a cute night set. I grabbed some eye lashes. This is a pretty tradition Korean clothing spot. Like fashion Q, forever 21, Boomy, LUV, etc... Recommend for simple cute fun outfits. Date night, kids first day of school. They have variety of options, anyone who complains cheap clothing. This is the same shit as any other place. If you're looking for high end quality goto Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom or a luxury brand. Third time I had came in today. Just for some lashes. I was greeted right away, looked around. The employee today helped me out so much. Had asked her on her opinion, on multiple things. Felt like she was being honest, which is a plus for me. I was more bothering her, they have no problem giving you your space here so you can roam freely. Walked out with " eye lashes of course, few shirts and some jeans. Customer service was great so I'm okay drive out this way for just " eye lashes" again. Next time I'll get her name, if you see this thank you again for all of your help! A year ago, I would have given this place one star. the employee at the front was rude and acting like me being a costumer was a bother. I came in a few months ago to try again, and the teenager at the front helping me was nice. She had black hair, if I could name her I would! She was the rainbow at the end of a storm! DO NOT COME HERE the workers are very rude and stare like your gonna take something. i opened a pair of socks to see the length of them once I was closing the bag back up to put the back a worker snatched them from my hand. This place just opened today and my girlfriend dragged me here. The owners and staff were super friendly and kindly asked if I can bring my other friends here. I tried looking it up on Yelp but couldn't find it (for obvious reasons because it's a grand opening) so I decided to put this establishment on Yelp to pass the downtime while waiting for my girlfriend. I was in a few minutes ago and the young girls were so incredibly rude to me when asking about why my receipt was different than the tags. The young girl with glasses started an argument with me in front of my daughter and when I asked if there was a problem she said clearly there is and proceeded to talk about me to her friends that were in the store. Before I knew it I had four young girls rudely making comments to me and borderline to fight me in front of my child! This place is a rip off and I have never experienced such horrible and rude service!!! read more

I love this store. The selection of the clothes is very similar to Fashion Q or Forever 21. There is a lot of inventory and she carries plus sizes. Prices are competitive, I have found items that I have seen at the mall or online for much cheaper. Customer service is great too. She greets you when you walk in, Let's you know she is available if you need help and then leaves you alone. Is a great little store. read more

The teenage employee that works here with curly hair, and an attitude with her phone in hand, talking to her friend mocking the situation between her and myself, the customer. I had called her over to the door while she gestured to me 11 and I lifted my hands in the air, showing 10 referring to the time the store should have opened at. When she got to the closed door she was already bothered with me being there. Im telling her that the store should be open by now because on the maps the store hours say they open at 10am mon-sat expect for Sundays. She was bothered by my questions and pointed to the new hour sheet posted on the window and said the hours posted right there and thats when the talking back with unnecessary attitude started.It could have been a civil conversation before I realized I was talking to a teenager who only knew how to talk back and not have a conversation. I did not once tell her to let me in early, i did tell her that it was unprofessional of the owner to not correct this issue with the online hours because posting a paper on the front of your store are not going to reach the people who use their phone to find out what time a store is opened. The employee continued to flinging her arms and phone around mumbling every so often something to her friend over the phone about the situation, very unprofessional. She then continued to get mad at me for reasons i wasnt bothering her for, that she barley got there and is just turning on the tv and why am i bring the issue up to her as if i were supposed to talk to the mannequin ? She was the only one there. I simply wanted them to know my frustration and confusion and how it was not professional of them to only post on the store window but not on any website or maps, and how it was not fair that I drove an hour away for the store to be closed because the new hours were not updated online. Long story short the employee couldn't handle feed back from a customer who drove a distance to come shop at the store Surprise. I wanted to simply give my feedback on how it will continue to be unfair for customers who are not regular customers don't already know there has been an update in the store hours. They check your temp upon arrival, sanitizer your hands, and make you wear gloves. All items are final sales and you cannot try it on. It's a low grade level of fashion Q store. Not much to choose from in my opinion. Probably better off going to ROSS. read more

I usually go in here for a quick pick up for lashes that I get in F-304 my fav ... and cardigans and summer loose dresses I'm not a heavy girl but the clothes comes small so I shop in pluss size for an xl and they don't have much for pluss size so I wish they could get cuter clothes for the plus size section ... I bought some heels from here as well and they were comfty and have lasted me ... like I said I come here often for quick pick ups or last min dress needs .... fair pricing and nice staff read more

Do not buy clothes here. Poorest quality clothing I have ever seen! Also store owner and all people that work here are not aware of how customer service works. The pants I bought ripped on the first day I wore them, brought it back to the store and owner says "the store policy is on the receipt that clothes must be returned in the same condition as they were sold for returns/exchanges" well I would have already had to buy the cheap clothing to see this policy. This store is a scam. You'll have better luck shopping online or even the dollar store. read more

Great option if you want clothing cheaper than Forever 21 or Amazon. You can find similar items of almost the same quality or cheaper but you won't be going out the door without anything on your hand even if it's a small item. read more

My mother went in on 06/05/2018 to purchase a shirt as a gift for my niece. The shirt did not fit her so my mother went in today 06/08/2018 to try to either return it or get something else. John refused any kind of exchange or return because he claims that no tags should be removed in order to return it and refused to even look at the receipt. No where in the receipt does it state that. The original tag is still on. Only the part where the price was ripped off. Which is what you do when you give something as a gift right? John humiliated my mother and we will NEVER shop there. So buyers be ware. Unless you want to get stuck with the item, make sure what you buy there fits...smh!! read more

HORRIBLE STORE. If I could rate it 0 stars i would . The employees themselves are rude and unknowlegable about store policies at all . I bought a blouse I loved and got home realized it was damaged I went back to the store to just exchange it and the woman working refused to help me . She tried calling the owner and sending pictures of the shirt and they said I could not exchange it period . I was not looking for a refund of any sort just wanted merchandise that wasn't damaged ! The material was already cheap as it was but I just needed a quick shirt for a night out . When I was ready to wear it is when I noticed the shirts threads completely coming out from the ends ! I asked to speak to someone at a higher position then who I was speaking to and or a corporate number she said there was no one that could help me ... never going back there horrible "management " staff and customer service ! No wonder I never see anyone going into that store.
