I also love their little customer service area where if you have questions about books, recommendations, or where books are located - you can go and ask and the staff will happily check on the computer and tell you where specific books are located. They have quite a variety of books, they even have a game section, music section, and a Starbucks inside. It's quite a peaceful place to be. Staff are always helpful and everything is well maintained and organized. I love that their staff also recommends their book pick of the month observing from what genre of books you've bought and recommends stuff. I love that they do that because I am open to reading other interesting stories I haven't heard of yet. Their monthly book picks are also incredible!

Every time I go here, they always say they are out of bags. Tonight, I purchased a STACK of books and had to manage carrying them out without dropping them all over the place. As usual, I asked for a bag, and even though my bill tonight was $155.81, I STILL got the deceitful obligatory "We ran out of bags" again. They say this ALL the time! How ironic that I get the SAME response every time. I wonder when management will just stop telling staff to lie to customoers and just tell the truth. If you no longer furnish bags, then say it, but please STOP lying to me! You NEVER have bags, regardless of what time of day I buy books there. I wish I would've found out about the sales sooner as I have saved so much money from six months of age on. It's amazing the quality of items you can get including close bathtubs, playpens, high chairs, walkers, eating accessories, baby carriers, play houses, cribs and bedroom furniture, diaper genie type stuff, baby teething toy. The list goes on and on. Now that he's older I can still find items that fit a six-year-old including sports equipment and shoes etc. The skies the limit with the sales. I would encourage you if possible to go without your children as this is a very hands on sale and there are a lot of things you want to see and children could easily distract you. However if you do take her child it is completely safe it just may take you longer to get to the sale. Please expect to wait in line as everyone just like you is trying to get a good deal. I think what I like most about HomeGoods is they give you many, many different choices of items to buy. We bought a bunch of games for our family to play on Christmas Day. Then they had a Christmas scavenger hunt which I bought for my Sunday School kids to have a Christmas party with. They have kitchenware, glassware, pet supplies and gifts, furniture, food, gift baskets, clothes, beddings and they are all marked down. They also have hangers and hampers, plants, games, silverware, this store has it all. One stop shopping. We finally said that we came in for one item and we needed to leave. Lily checked us out.
