It was so fun visiting a Pop Mart in person as I've only browsed it online, and my oh my did this store have such a HUGE selection of toys and figurines! I came on a Saturday late afternoon, and it was packed (definitely because of the last minute holiday shopping). Despite this, staff appeared to get the lines going on quick, and they still greeted me and asked if I needed help when I walked in. They host many brands here, with pop toys such as the famous Labubu and Hirono and anime+video game IP's such as Riot Games (League of Legends), Naruto, One Piece, and much more. Prices are what you expect from a high trending, gacha, and exclusive toy store. But I think shopping in person gives a lot more piece in mind on ensuring authenticity of the toy you're buying! Is there a line when you get to the place, yes. Does it move quickly, yes. Did it seem organized? yes Was it chaotic? of course When coming here to pick up my order that I was able to place on the app, I already was prepared to have to deal with crazy parking and tons of people, let alone it was a memorial day weekend as well. I placed a pick up order on Friday for the big energy Labubu and was able to secure a case, I was given a confirmation number Saturday morning and was advise that I need to pick up no later than Sunday the 25 or order will be cancelled and refunded. We went Saturday evening to get it and the parking itself at the mall is crazy, if you can find your way to the top, there is plenty of parking near the JC Penny. The Popmart store is located on the first floor. I was able pick up my order pretty smoothly. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself is really nice and has all the blind box characters display. Really nice way of having you spend more money. I saw the BIG space molly and she was really cute! read more

Just a display store for items you can't actually purchase. They have nothing in stock that's actually desirable, their online store is ravaged by bots, the only way you're going to get a Labubu is resale. Also the staff are pretty out of it, and don't really want to interact with anyone. I can understand though as they are probably bombarded by people asking for Labubu's all day. They don't even do in store releases anymore because people got too crazy and don't understand what a line is. Just try to collect something else and avoid the headache lol. read more

Located in Glendale Galleria is Pop Mart, and for a popular brand with a huge fan following, this particular store seems to be small. I was able to go on a Monday morning, so there wasn't much of a crowd. I would say that there were probably eight customers, including me. They had all their collaborations on display from what I see but unfortunately, they are not available for purchase. It's still kind of cool to see how well the products are made and it's easy to understand why they sell out so fast. They do have a good amount of blind boxes and merchandise to buy, but I'll tell you right now, the popular ones are not available. No Labubus or skull panda pendants at the time. You are still required to try to chase the popular products down online. The staff was friendly however there was only one person checking people out and unfortunately, I had to abandon my purchase because I had to go. Overall, it's a nice store and it's great if you are looking to buy one of their less popular products. You would save money on shipping and you would save time because purchasing from Pop Mart online tends to be around two weeks for me. read more

This Pop mart is located on the ground level of galleria mall. They have a large collections of popular figures, although some trendy pop heads could get sold out quickly. Their restocking schedule is unclear and staff hasn't been very helpful researching for customer's need. It's very packed with selves and displays, and crowded with guests. Couldn't believe it when we visited last night! We haven't been at this mall in so long, so many new shops! Of course we had to go in and check it out since my bf and I love collecting blind boxes! Was super surprised to see some Fantastic Beast ones since we just rewatched it recently and are in a very Harry Potter obsession right now! Prices are great for the quality of these blind boxes. They are super fun to open and love how beautiful the displays are in this store. The lighting and acrylic cases are perfect, collector's dream. So much variety and already itching to come back! We grabbed a few and popped them open at home so that we don't get tempted to come back and get more immediately lol. Checkout was super quick and easy as well, despite a bit of a long line. I wanted to know more about the Skull Panda collection and a few others but the employees here didn't seem interested in giving me the time of day. I didn't have any luck with one of the employees. I stopped by this store to see what it was about. I thought at first that it was like a candy or dessert place but the moment I walked inside, I saw that they are like little figures place. I believe this store is more like a collectibles or decoration place of your favorite characters in anime and stuff. I saw some Disney stuff here as well and they look pretty nice. They even had some SpongeBob characters here as well. If they had some Dragon Ball Z figures then maybe it would grab my attention but I didn't see any. read more

I felt like I was walking into an art gallery seeing all the cool figurines on display. There were different sizes and such a vast selection. The figurines were organized by series. There was a car series titled happy weekend that was super cute. Grand Duckoo Hotel is a series about ducks working for a hotel. There were astronauts, Care Bears, food, etc. All the figurines had great detail and some even look like it was ceramic. Some of the figurines I looked at were $15.99. I felt like that was pricey but I'm not a collector. It would definitely be an investment to purchase a full series. The staff were friendly. I was welcomed in and greeted. This Pop Mart recently opened in the Glendale Galleria on the first floor close by JC Penney and Target. They have such a big variety of cute figurines. The blind boxes are $15.99 each and are of better quality than other ones I get elsewhere. I came when it first opened and got the entire set of Case Closed Carnival Series Figurines. Unfortunately, their promotion didn't start and I didn't get any free gift. I was very disappointed and upset by that. If we spend so much at any time, I wish they would throw in something free. On Friday, October 1st, my friend and I lined up at the Popmart store located at 1181 Galleria Way, Glendale, CA 91204 United States. I was 31th in line my friend was 5th and some customers ahead of me brought additional friends/family members into the line with them, essentially allowing these people to skip the wait. It pushed my friend back to around 8th or 9th place. I reported this to the staff, who assured me they would address it. The staff never actually went outside to check the line and they claimed that the people who had cut in were already in line. Ultimately, those who skipped ahead were allowed to make their purchases without any issues, and the staff took no action. It was pretty obvious that the staff knew the people cutting in line and were deliberately allowing it. This is incredibly unfair to those of us who arrived early and waited in line properly for couple hours. I'm very disappointed about it. How can some people just bring others into the line like that essentially allowing these people to skip the wait. If everyone started doing the same, it would prevent those who waited properly from being able to buy anything, as people skipping the line end up purchasing everything before others get a chance. read more

This is the closest Pop Mart near me so I haven't been to other locations yet. The store is pretty small and if there's a lot of customers, it might be hard to walk around. It's best to park near Target entrance for the closest distance. A while back when they had an announcement on social media, I stopped by and waited in line for hours and still didn't get the items I wanted. Instead of having a staff giving out wrist band at the line, you actually have to go into the store first and ask for one, then walk back to the line, and wait in line. At that time they weren't strict on the number on the wristbands either. Some customers who had numbers after me were able to go in first because they didn't check. The staffs are friendly and they are good about updating the line on what items were sold out. My best advice is to camp out or be the first 10 people in line or most likely, the people before you will buy everything and there is nothing left for you. I was number #41... I also stopped by on a normal day with no special drop announcement. I normally come with a list in my head of what I wanted to buy, and will end up with 1-2 items since there is no stock. It's the lack of inventory for me...I heard the other location has much more. Staffs are helpful and nice. Store is clean though. read more

They are very rude and disrespectful with their answers. I'm not sure how I feel about this location anymore..the service here now seems..cold? Asked if there's a certain blind box available cause I saw the display and thought maybe it was placed somewhere else. And was met with a dead look "sold out". Like would it kill you to at least fake a smile and say "sorry, it's sold out" and then maybe tell me when it'll come back? After paying for my items, my bf was holding an extra blind box I didnt pay for yet and was waiting for me to open the one I bought to see what I got first. Immediately after we moved off to the side to not block the line, the cashier quickly assumed he was gonna steal the one he is holding. And was asking if he was gonna pay for it. We didn't even make any moves to leave the store! Like what?! We were still right by the counter not doing anything. The audacity. I've heard from multiple sources and seen for myself during several visits that Glendale is one of the worst-run stores in the chain. The management runs the store like a sweatshop, treating employees poorly and fostering a toxic, inhuman work environment. I worked with a coworker named Tish last year who transferred to Glendale to get more hours. After just a couple of weeks, she quit because she couldn't tolerate the poor treatment from management and the rude, stubborn customers. Tish was struggling with income but still chose to leave because the environment was so unhealthy. The company discourages communication between stores so employees rarely know who's working where, which keeps staff isolated and unaware of support networks. When I visited Glendale as a customer, management didn't even know who worked at other stores, which shows how disconnected they are from their own employees. Customers also add to the stress with their frustration and impatience. Many don't understand basic stock logic--if you don't see the boxes, it's sold out. It's like going to a supermarket: if there's no milk on the shelf, then it's out of milk. But many customers refuse to think this through, which only creates more tension for employees. If you're thinking of working or shopping there, beware. This is not a place that values its staff or creates a safe, supportive atmosphere. read more

That was the first time I've been to this pop Mart in comparison to the Century City. It is much smaller. It was also very, very warm. I'm not sure why that was but I also very narrow but they do have quite a bit of product. Specially, some characters that are not located at other stores. This was pick up in store order which was phenomenally managed and organize the line to move very quickly and they have some valuable characters in pieces to select we did have additional questions in regards to other products so when he came down to the service and the staff, they kind of seemed over it and didn't really know much of the questions or kept saying try again later And weren't too much informative. Overall, it's a great location and they do have product, but the service and staff was just kinda like meh. That still do not ruin our day in our experience overall. They always have a good selection of items and are quick to replenish the items if the shelves run out. bought expensive toys from the glendale location for a family overseas. however, needed to return the bnew, sealed and unopened product back to the store. a staff who claims to be named andy (no name on his ID tag) denied return due to "store policy" that was not obviously displayed in the store. the cashier who checked me out did not inform me of the no return/no exchange policy nor wrote on the receipt informing me of that policy. the receipt states "please retain your receipts for refunds/exchanges" but i was denied of doing either. currently working with better business bureau regarding this BEWARE. make sure you are sure of what you are buying before checking out read more

I love this store! Chris, the manager, is very kind and helpful. The store is always very clean and the employees constantly check to make sure everything is organized and stocked. I joined the store's message group on insta after an employee recommended I do so. I was able to get the Fall in Wild Labubu when they opened today, and I came back later that day when I got a restock message for the Macaron Labubu! I'm not really a collector, just happened to think Labubu was cute and found out the hard way that they're difficult to find as the collectors are VERY serious about it (he's cute, so I get it ). They always have many sets in stock, just be prepared to have to track down the more popular sets that are released. read more
