Oh, and during the Christmas holiday they have some hilarious wrapping and tissue paper. The staff are friendly and if you have any questions or need help they are at the ready. It's actually considered (or at least was when it first opened in late 2025) an outlet location though the prices seem the same... All the usually toys, trinkets, travel items, keepsakes, collectibles, snacks and beverages. The service is okay, but I couldn't find anyone for the register my most recent trip in, though more than a couple people on the floor. Store is very organized, cleaned and even has some cool displays, screens and advertising you wouldn't normal find in most Minisos Open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and closed on Sundays.

I know they saw me because I made eye contact with one of the associates when I came through the door. I also recognize this may not be representative of the store as a whole, and perhaps I just visited during an off shift. Even so, every customer deserves to be acknowledged. My hope is that management shares this feedback with the team, not because I expect over-the-top service, but because I feel as though these associates failed to meet the bare minimum. For many plus-size shoppers, stores like Lane Bryant are among the few places where we can still shop in person. I think it's important that people recognize the impact of making plus size customers feel invisible in a space that is explicitly for them, that exist in a landscape (retail or otherwise) where plus size people are already preferred to be invisible.

As a recent breast cancer survivor who went through a double mastectomy, shopping for clothes can already feel difficult and emotional because my body has changed so much. A simple welcome or 'Can I help you?' would have meant a lot. Unfortunately, I left feeling ignored and discouraged. I'll likely drive to Northridge, shop online, or go elsewhere, which is disappointing because this location is much closer."
