I've been lucky lately when going to Pop Mart. I've found Labubus most of the time I've gone, so I'm thankful that I didn't have to pay outrageous prices. Place is clean and organized. Staff members are great.

Rudy was such a great person to help me with my blind box figurines! I was in a rush to get the blind boxes and Rudy helped me locate all the blind boxes I need! Their selection is huge in variety and a lot of different blind boxes as well. The value is the same as on the site! TIP: there's free parking and it's in the mall for Glendale Galleria.

My pick up order

Is there a line when you get to the place, yes. Does it move quickly, yes. Did it seem organized? yes Was it chaotic? of course When coming here to pick up my order that I was able to place on the app, I already was prepared to have to deal with crazy parking and tons of people, let alone it was a memorial day weekend as well. I placed a pick up order on Friday for the big energy Labubu and was able to secure a case, I was given a confirmation number Saturday morning and was advise that I need to pick up no later than Sunday the 25 or order will be cancelled and refunded. We went Saturday evening to get it and the parking itself at the mall is crazy, if you can find your way to the top, there is plenty of parking near the JC Penny. The Popmart store is located on the first floor. I was able pick up my order pretty smoothly. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself is really nice and has all the blind box characters display. Really nice way of having you spend more money. I saw the BIG space molly and she was really cute!

Just a display store for items you can't actually purchase. They have nothing in stock that's actually desirable, their online store is ravaged by bots, the only way you're going to get a Labubu is resale. Also the staff are pretty out of it, and don't really want to interact with anyone. I can understand though as they are probably bombarded by people asking for Labubu's all day. They don't even do in store releases anymore because people got too crazy and don't understand what a line is. Just try to collect something else and avoid the headache lol.

Located in Glendale Galleria is Pop Mart, and for a popular brand with a huge fan following, this particular store seems to be small. I was able to go on a Monday morning, so there wasn't much of a crowd. I would say that there were probably eight customers, including me. They had all their collaborations on display from what I see but unfortunately, they are not available for purchase. It's still kind of cool to see how well the products are made and it's easy to understand why they sell out so fast. They do have a good amount of blind boxes and merchandise to buy, but I'll tell you right now, the popular ones are not available. No Labubus or skull panda pendants at the time. You are still required to try to chase the popular products down online. The staff was friendly however there was only one person checking people out and unfortunately, I had to abandon my purchase because I had to go. Overall, it's a nice store and it's great if you are looking to buy one of their less popular products. You would save money on shipping and you would save time because purchasing from Pop Mart online tends to be around two weeks for me.

This Pop mart is located on the ground level of galleria mall. They have a large collections of popular figures, although some trendy pop heads could get sold out quickly. Their restocking schedule is unclear and staff hasn't been very helpful researching for customer's need. It's very packed with selves and displays, and crowded with guests. I would not recommend coming here during weekends.

Couldn't believe it when we visited last night! We haven't been at this mall in so long, so many new shops! Of course we had to go in and check it out since my bf and I love collecting blind boxes! Was super surprised to see some Fantastic Beast ones since we just rewatched it recently and are in a very Harry Potter obsession right now! Prices are great for the quality of these blind boxes. They are super fun to open and love how beautiful the displays are in this store. The lighting and acrylic cases are perfect, collector's dream. So much variety and already itching to come back! We grabbed a few and popped them open at home so that we don't get tempted to come back and get more immediately lol. Checkout was super quick and easy as well, despite a bit of a long line. This location is well staffed, but their inventory isn't well stocked. I wasn't even looking for anything, specifically, but ended up with one crybaby card holder blind box. Most of the employees were nice.

I love that there is a pop mart vending machine here!! It is right outside of Pacsun. Super easy to find and there wasn't a long wait. Really easy to use.

I stopped by this store to see what it was about. I thought at first that it was like a candy or dessert place but the moment I walked inside, I saw that they are like little figures place. I believe this store is more like a collectibles or decoration place of your favorite characters in anime and stuff. I saw some Disney stuff here as well and they look pretty nice. They even had some SpongeBob characters here as well. If they had some Dragon Ball Z figures then maybe it would grab my attention but I didn't see any.

I felt like I was walking into an art gallery seeing all the cool figurines on display. There were different sizes and such a vast selection. The figurines were organized by series. There was a car series titled happy weekend that was super cute. Grand Duckoo Hotel is a series about ducks working for a hotel. There were astronauts, Care Bears, food, etc. All the figurines had great detail and some even look like it was ceramic. Some of the figurines I looked at were $15.99. I felt like that was pricey but I'm not a collector. It would definitely be an investment to purchase a full series. The staff were friendly. I was welcomed in and greeted. Staff does walk around which is understandable! Overall, this place is cute, well organized and I'd come back to buy a figurine or two.

Minions!

This Pop Mart recently opened in the Glendale Galleria on the first floor close by JC Penney and Target. They have such a big variety of cute figurines. The blind boxes are $15.99 each and are of better quality than other ones I get elsewhere. I came when it first opened and got the entire set of Case Closed Carnival Series Figurines. Unfortunately, their promotion didn't start and I didn't get any free gift. I was very disappointed and upset by that. If we spend so much at any time, I wish they would throw in something free. Other than that, service was good. I still came back again about a week later and got one Minions Travelogues of China blind box. I was lucky and got one that I wanted.

The red shirt guy are skipped the line and said don't care call police.

I've been in the morning as well as before closing. It's always busy. Guess it's a good thing on their part. Like mentioned, I don't recommend coming in for the last minute holiday decorations. You would think as it's early in December, they'll have some things left over. Well, majority of things are gone. Loads of the isles have been cleared already. I've even seen some employees taking down the fixtures already. It's good for them but if you're looking for the decoration, I do recommend coming early. Like a month or so. They have them out early and most are on sale. It's still half off for Christmas items. You'll still get things there as they have random stuffs. But majority of holiday items are gone. I don't know if they'll restock anything now but if you're not looking for something particular, I'm sure they'll have it. It's also a store that literally carries everything. It's basically a Joann's, Michael's and a Home Goods all under one roof. There's everything that you can want or need in a craft store of such. Also, why is it that all the store seems to be short with cashiers. There's always a massive line in the store and there's like 3, maybe 4 cashier. If you coming, just make sure not to be in a rush. But I'm sure you'll end up leaving with one thing or a cart of things. They alway do have amazing discounts.

There's an incredible variety of Funko Pops, S.H.Figuarts, Blokees, and other figures. I only had a…read moresmall problem with the employees/policy there, I was looking at the Evangelion Blokees the store had and was looking for Eva-01, when I asked the employees if they had any he told me that the ones on display are the only ones there. I asked the same about S.H.F Jujutsu Kaisen figures and they said the same. I bought something else and when I came back they had not only restocked the S.H.F figures in general, but also 3 new Eva-01 Blokees. They have a policy where you can't exchange or refund so I was stuck with the product I bought. I don't know if the employee was too lazy to check or they barely got a restock, but it did get on my nerves a bit that I couldn't return it or at the very least exchange it (it was the same price). It would be a 5 if next time they maybe change the policy or actually check the back. My friend had a similar experience where he asked if there was any Gear 5 Luffy Funko Pops, they told him they ran out of stock. The same time that I came back he bought the Eva-01 and while buying it, saw that they had around 2-3 Gear 5 Luffy Funko's behind the counter. Maybe it wasn't the employees and just that they had gotten a new delivery, and I don't know anything about jobs like that but shouldn't employees at least know about restocks? It was either that or the employees (who were still very nice) were just lazy to check. Either way it's a good shop but after that experience it's a 3.5 for me.

They do welcome people who walk in, however. They have a variety of selection, which I appreciate because now I have almost all of Megumi's Funkos. The employee's could be better, for the most part I have seen good attitudes towards the customer's from them, although I do not agree with the no exchange or refunds policy. From what I have observed: they sorta refuse to go check in the back for a certain character, for this example Eva-1, they said they simply didn't have her. I went back later in the day, likely 30 minutes to an hour later, they had 3 Eva-1's out in the front. One of my friends were unable to exchange due to the fact that they, 1: no exchange & refund policy. 2: they did not want to check the back until there was space in the front for display. Not to mention, they changed the price of Sanji S.H.Figuarts from $70 to $80 WHILE I was there, inflation huh? Anything to make a profit, I guess. They have small Pokémon plushies that are the same exact price as the FunkoPop's, which is wild considering which one is more valuable. Overall, they could do better on pricing, staff service, and maybe rethink the policies they have in place. I go here often with friends and I hope to see some sort of improvement in coming months.

I've been coming here ever since my dad and I started getting back into collecting Pokémon cards, and it has quickly become our go-to shop. The atmosphere here is always fantastic, but what really makes this place top-tier is the staff. A massive shoutout to Daniel, Marvin, and Luis! They are always incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and have been so genuinely helpful whenever we come in to handle sales or figure out trades. They always shoot straight and treat us fairly, which is something you really appreciate when navigating the hobby. Beyond just the great customer service, we've had some insane luck here. The absolute highlight was when my dad actually pulled a MEGA DREAM god pack from a purchase we made at this location! We were absolutely losing our minds. It's unforgettable memories like that which make collecting together so much fun, and I'm so glad it happened with product from our favorite local spot. Whether you're a seasoned collector looking to make some big trades or just getting back into it like my dad and I, I cannot recommend LA Sports Cards enough. Best shop in the area!

This one is on the second floor of a two-story commercial building. Not sure if there's parking in the back, so I just park out front off of Glenoaks. Stairs are on the side of the building. But they have a nice selection of boxed sports cards for reasonable prices. Bought a 2023 Topps Baseball Chrome Logofractor box and pulled an absolute monster of a card (see pic).
