Chalice Collectibles - Eeveelution Blind Poke Balls - Hobby Shops Near Me - Glendale, California

I've boughten multiple Funko's from this location, for the price it's okay.. The employee's have been nice but they're either lying on the floor or just talking with each other. They do welcome people who walk in, however. They have a variety of selection, which I appreciate because now I have almost all of Megumi's Funkos. The employee's could be better, for the most part I have seen good attitudes towards the customer's from them, although I do not agree with the no exchange or refunds policy. From what I have observed: they sorta refuse to go check in the back for a certain character, for this example Eva-1, they said they simply didn't have her. I went back later in the day, likely 30 minutes to an hour later, they had 3 Eva-1's out in the front. One of my friends were unable to exchange due to the fact that they, 1: no exchange & refund policy. 2: they did not want to check the back until there was space in the front for display. Not to mention, they changed the price of Sanji S.H.Figuarts from $70 to $80 WHILE I was there, inflation huh? Anything to make a profit, I guess. They have small Pokémon plushies that are the same exact price as the FunkoPop's, which is wild considering which one is more valuable. Overall, they could do better on pricing, staff service, and maybe rethink the policies they have in place. I go here often with friends and I hope to see some sort of improvement in coming months. read more

Walked into this store to check out the merchandise and browse the cards section. A bit overpriced so we walked around to browse some more and the employee mumbled under his breath something about us not buying anything. It was completely rude and unnecessary, plus nobody even asked if we needed any assistance read more

Employees have an attitude here...rude for no reason. They wouldnt let me weigh blokees im here when at evey other location they dont care and are actually nice. The plump male ringing me up had an attitiude after i asked for a receipt. Also felt rushed. Never going to this place again. read more

There's an incredible variety of Funko Pops, S.H.Figuarts, Blokees, and other figures. I only had a small problem with the employees/policy there, I was looking at the Evangelion Blokees the store had and was looking for Eva-01, when I asked the employees if they had any he told me that the ones on display are the only ones there. I asked the same about S.H.F Jujutsu Kaisen figures and they said the same. I bought something else and when I came back they had not only restocked the S.H.F figures in general, but also 3 new Eva-01 Blokees. They have a policy where you can't exchange or refund so I was stuck with the product I bought. I don't know if the employee was too lazy to check or they barely got a restock, but it did get on my nerves a bit that I couldn't return it or at the very least exchange it (it was the same price). It would be a 5 if next time they maybe change the policy or actually check the back. My friend had a similar experience where he asked if there was any Gear 5 Luffy Funko Pops, they told him they ran out of stock. The same time that I came back he bought the Eva-01 and while buying it, saw that they had around 2-3 Gear 5 Luffy Funko's behind the counter. Maybe it wasn't the employees and just that they had gotten a new delivery, and I don't know anything about jobs like that but shouldn't employees at least know about restocks? It was either that or the employees (who were still very nice) were just lazy to check. Either way it's a good shop but after that experience it's a 3.5 for me. read more

This was my 1st visit to the Glendale location since I usually hit up the Arcadia Mall site. Both Chalice locations feel the same in terms of layout and inventory, and I was surprised to find some items m as told down. (Figpins for $5 if you buy 2@$10/get 2 free). The Grails case was chock full of curated HTF Pops too. Treated myself to a birthday gift and rolled on like a boss...Noice! read more

Located in Glendale Galleria. Store is very clean and organized. If you're a collector, then this is your ideal place to shop! They have almost any type of Funko Pop that you can think of. My son stopped collecting the Star Wars ones, but my hubby always looks for ones that he doesn't have. He likes the sports and Spider man ones. I like Stitch, so it was nice to see a limited one in the glass case. Perfect shop to get something special for your collector read more

If you are in search of Funko Pops Chalice Collectibles is the place to go it is located next to Nordstroms. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the pops. They have rare ones and current ones. The price is fair and you can spend lots of time just shopping there. Too ba they are so far from me. But every-time I head to San Anita I make sure I stop by. They also have protectors for the funko pops. read more

I love this place for Funko pops. They have a great selection and the prices are very affordable.

A huge trove of Funko Pops. Much of the store is filled with almost any common Pop. Behind the glass case lies the more coveted exclusives and chase variants. Customer service is pretty good here. The associates have been relatively friendly and attentive. You do not feel like you are bothering them when asking for prices, as many exclusives are unmarked. Prices are often reasonable and haven't noticed too many exclusives being over market value. The stock does not seem to change too often and the chase variants of the Chalice Exclusives are instantly marked up. A blind box selection and/or chase bundle in-store for Chalice Exclusives would be a nice touch. read more

awesome selection of pops, friendly & helpful staff, & can find pretty much anything you need here. i find myself coming in & out of the shop quite often because they always seem to have something new & are always rotating the latest pops through the shop, sometimes even ahead of other retailers. read more

This is my go to for funko pops, they have so many pops that it was hard to choose only 4 of them, and they are really affordable, at only $12 for a common pop, and a deal where it costs $33 for 3 which is a really good deal, would recommend for people who love funko pops read more

I like that they have every single Funko pop you could ever want. I got myself a cute Sox figure from the movie Lightyear I was happy they had it. Yes this store is affiliated with Funko Hollywood. They also sell authentic autographed figures if you're interested in collecting autographs read more

Chalice shipped me damaged items 3 of the last 4 orders and the only successful order was one that was replacing a damaged one. They will act like it's your fault and proceed to terminate business relationships, refuses to replace items if you've had more than one return - Stay far away if you're new to collecting go literally ANYwhere else. read more
