The interior is larger than expected with plenty of tables for tournaments, and if there's a free table available, you can sit and wait until your friend is done shopping. There are display cases for Pokemon, YGO, One Piece, and MTG with the prices clearly labeled. (I might be missing a couple of TCGs but these are the ones I remember.) Service can be slow if it gets really busy but understandable. They're willing to help with whatever you need and are knowledgeable about their trade. The downside is they don't have cards for you to sift through so you can't really discover new cards for purchase, just have to have a list prepared in mind. They also have a rewards system so you can gather points to spend on your next purchase as a discount.

New anime shop at Westfield Santa Anita!…read more So glad that this mall is getting more anime options and this place really gives the vibe of an "anime museum" haha. I believe that these may be the same people who did Hot Pot Penjing based on their Instagram. (LOVED that place and wish that I had a chance to go there more and I missed the chance to get that Touko Aozaki figure...). They specialize in anime statues. That's right, STATUES. Not just regular figures. They have those huge, super detailed, scale figures with prices ranging from $300-1k+ If you are a big One Piece, DBZ, or Demon Slayer fan, this this the place for you. Lots of huge statues for these series. In addition to these statues, there are some fancier figures, Nesoberis ($35 which is the standard price), and some playmats of various series. I'm not super big into most shonen series (as a non-casual lmao), but they did have some bigger Fate series items like Formal Craft Rin and a Scathach figure. Would like to see some smaller scale figures here from other series too. Regardless, it's a fun place to check out if you are an anime fan!

Of course, the fact that it's like a museum, a lot of the things in here are pricey but you can tell the amount of work put into it by how detailed all the statues are. It's a rare sight and fun to visit if you're in this area! He lady worker didn't seem too interested and was kind of just looking down while the room filled with customers. Lots of kids as well so it's a little scary not to keep an eye on them in case they knock something down. You don't normally see stuff like this at regular malls so it's definitely a nice change of pace. Hoping to see more stuff like this at other malls but also not sure how often they sell something since these statues go for $500+! I saw one for $800 but it was beautiful. Love this type of art and I wonder how often they rotate what's on display? Curious and definitely visiting next time we're here! IG: @ammysalamii

I've been coming here ever since my dad and I started getting back into collecting Pokémon cards, and it has quickly become our go-to shop. The atmosphere here is always fantastic, but what really makes this place top-tier is the staff. A massive shoutout to Daniel, Marvin, and Luis! They are always incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and have been so genuinely helpful whenever we come in to handle sales or figure out trades. They always shoot straight and treat us fairly, which is something you really appreciate when navigating the hobby. Beyond just the great customer service, we've had some insane luck here. The absolute highlight was when my dad actually pulled a MEGA DREAM god pack from a purchase we made at this location! We were absolutely losing our minds. It's unforgettable memories like that which make collecting together so much fun, and I'm so glad it happened with product from our favorite local spot. Whether you're a seasoned collector looking to make some big trades or just getting back into it like my dad and I, I cannot recommend LA Sports Cards enough. Best shop in the area!

This one is on the second floor of a two-story commercial building. Not sure if there's parking in the back, so I just park out front off of Glenoaks. Stairs are on the side of the building. Inside is nice, tidy and neatly organized. Not too much singles for sale, especially for baseball, and most of it is Pokemon cards. But they have a nice selection of boxed sports cards for reasonable prices. Bought a 2023 Topps Baseball Chrome Logofractor box and pulled an absolute monster of a card (see pic). This spot was good luck for me! Thanks bros!

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. I made a huge mistake coming…read morehere. The location felt sketchy from the start, but l ignored the red flags because I trusted them with my cards. Biggest mistake I could've made. I brought 23 cards in for cleaning. While a couple came back cleaned, 1 am convinced at least 4 of my cards were swapped out. There were no receipts, no documentation on their end, and absolutely zero accountability for what was handed over versus what was returned. The only reason I believe I got my Shadowless Blastoise back is because I had picture proof and personal records of the card before bringing it in. If I didn't, I honestly don't think I would have seen it again. The entire experience was stressful and uncomfortable. Tony acted shady throughout the process, he held onto the red cheek, Pikachu and the Misty the entire time and I thought he was going to do a good job on cleaning those two cards instead one look like it wasn't touched, and the other one looked like it was swapped because as you could see in the picture, I did not have a bend in the corner and when I mentioned my banned Misty card, he immediately offered to buy it from me. That instantly raised major red flags. To make matters worse, the pack I purchased from them appeared resealed. Between the suspicious behavior, lack of professionalism, poor record keeping, and complete lack of trustworthiness, I would strongly warn collectors to stay far away from this shop. Please do your research and read reviews before trusting any shop with valuable collectibles. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because customers should never have to worry about their cards being tampered with, swapped, or mishandled. Don't make same mistake as me BUYER BEWARE. Also some of the good reviews on this place are fake made by the owner don't go here
