Location: Popmart Date: July 7th, 2026 Service: Online Order This week I was able to receive my popmart item for the family. I received it from their website through the app was able to get it no problem quicker than I did my eBay packages. The price seems to be going up however I was highly pleased with overall outcome of the item they offer a wide selection when they are in stock I caught it when it was back in stock. They have different collabs and limited editions and different series for you to choose from. Check out the photos attached to this review.

Nice Pop Mart store located on the second floor of Century Mall. The shop is brightly decorated and fun to browse, especially if you enjoy designer toys and blind boxes. You can pretty much find Pop Mart collectibles from A to Z here. They even had the 10th-anniversary Labubu collection, which was great to see in person. The only one I didn't spot in stock was the Hello Kitty Labubu collaboration. With so many designs and series on display, it's easy to get tempted. Instead of buying just one blind box, many people end up purchasing the entire case, and the total definitely adds up quickly. Still, it's a fun place to explore if you're a fan of Pop Mart figures or just enjoy the thrill of blind box collecting. I like just to visit and browsing.

I actually never have been to a popmart this spacious and organized. I loved this location compared to other locations. The amount of space and the staff demeanor was great! Right as I came in, the staff greeted me and told me about their new Sanrio x Labubu collection. All the workers checked in on my sister and I and answered all of our questions very fast! No long lines and not crowded on a weekday once the mall opens. Downside Popmart is way too expensive...

Was around today and popped in, and I'm glad that I did! The cool dude who greeted me let me know they had Labubus that just came in. I was hyped cause my wife's family member had a lafufu and my wife loved it so it was cool to get her the real deal. Ended up grabbing 3 of them so my wife had a few to rotate between. In her words "They're so cute"

I came in here, wondering what the big ruckus was about and now I see, they have the cutest little toys and memorabilia and it's so fun to check out all the character stories. I like the Ted 2 doll. It's so bright in here, I feel like I'm having surgery!

Just stopped by POPMART and I was honestly so impressed! The store is super spacious, clean, and really well-organized--everything's easy to find, and the shelves were fully stocked, which was such a nice surprise. I came in specifically looking for the Crybaby "Crying for Love" series--especially the "I Love You Cherry Much" keychain plush--and was sooo excited to find it in store! Stock was limited, so I felt extra lucky since this piece is super hard to get online and almost never drops during their TikTok livestreams. If you're a collector or just love cute, unique finds, this location is absolutely worth the visit.

I came to this location recently, and the experience was a complete turnaround. The current team is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming. I noticed the rude manager is no longer working at this location. The store felt much more positive and well managed, and it's clear that customer service is being taken seriously now. I love Pop Mart products, and it's great to see the service finally match the quality of the brand. I'm happy to give this location another chance and will definitely be coming back. Great improvement and well done to the new team

Out of all the Popmart flagship stores I've visited, this is probably the one that's always fully stocked. The workers are also really nice and helpful as well! There are lots of photo ops inside as well; however, the line could get long so just keep that in mind!

I love to look around this store when I'm at this plaza. The collections and the displays are always inviting--and frankly very tempting to make you want to purchase something. My boyfriend and I admittedly came back inside the store to buy "just one more blind box"... But in full defense, the products and items are just so cute!! You can rely on coming to this store to find a specific collection-- My boyfriend and I were searching for a specific one and drove to several Pop Mart vending machines in the past month to no avail. This store thankfully had not just the collection, but the packs where you can purchase 6-12 boxes in 1! We ended up walking out with more than what we planned.. Anyways, I wanted to express how the experience went with staff here. For the both times we paid, the cashiers looked very deadbeat/uninterested. I didn't even know that you could have an account for the store until the second cashier mumbled "do you have an account?" 'No..' and he carried on without offering if I wanted one or spoke about why I should make one (discounts? reward points? I never found out). I later came back to ask for a bag because I needed to put our bought items delicately because we opened them outside. I was a bit disappointed he just gave a plain small brown bag, which at most fits two boxes side by side. Looking around the mall, you could clearly see they had the wider colorful paper bags that say "Pop Mart" on them, but oh well. The store is cute and I just wish the staff was more enthusiastic.

This pop mart toy store is located on the second level of the Westfield shopping mall. There's always waiting line outside, and the staff is not very helpful. They ran out of certain items, and probably wouldn't restock those popular collections in store.

I went to a couple of Popmart shops in Tokyo and was so excited when this branch opened at the Westfield Shopping Center. It is a large store with so much merch. It is like visiting a fun museum or theme park, at least for me! I felt like a kid, wanting to run around. Most of the items are "blind boxes" of a particular series. You purchase it and can get one of several designs within that particular theme and character. I am sure this is basic news to collectors, but it took me a while to figure it out. I learned of so many characters here that are so fun and got a few Molly dolls. The staff is not obtrusive but will answer questions as needed. Looking forward to going back.

I have gone here twice both to pick up my online Labubu orders and both times the staff is so unwelcoming and rude. I'm not too phased by it but it seems to be a reoccurring issue. I am obsessed with Skullpandas the most and have no control. Despite poor customer service, this popmart location is my favorite because its alot more spacious compared to Glendale / South Coast and I think they display the items alot better in the display cases. I could look at the same series somewhere else but I am more inclined to buy it here than any other popmart and it could be the same items. They seem to restock frequently on certain things that may be previously sold out. I purchased a while set of the Snoopy series which wasnt there before. On my recent visit, they restocked labubus macaroon and has series at the popmart vending machine outside at a random time, so its definitely possible to get them at the store you would just have to be lucky or in the area because they don't release when or what time they do the restocks, pure luck. The outside of the store has lots of giant figurines displayed and it looks really cool!

We didn't know the family or child well, only that he was turning four and has an older brother. I purposely wanted to shop local and support an independent business, and a quick search on Yelp led me here. We arrived about an hour before closing on Saturday, which was great because parking meters end at 4pm and we found parking out front easily. We were greeted by an employee behind the desk as we walked in. She asked if there was anything she could help us find, and I let her know we were first time customers looking for a birthday gift with the details mentioned above. She let us know the layout of the store, her suggestions, but let us look freely. Over time more customers arrived with small children, and received the same courteous service. The store is clean and curated. I appreciated seeing well made toys and items inspiring imaginative play, rather than cheap plastic with distracting lights or sounds. I eventually chose a doctor play set as well as some items for my own children, such as animal figures and stamp markers. They offer free gift wrapping, which is a nice touch. The one alarming fact that stood out is that there were many empty storefronts on their block, so it's more important than ever to support our local economy. Their prices reflect investment in well made items, so I would not come here expecting big box store deals. In a world full of Target and Amazon, I would rather spend my money supporting a local, independent business. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back with our kids this holiday season.

They open at 12:00 PM, but people start lining up well before that. Thankfully, I went on a Wednesday, so I didn't have to wait very long. Once you get inside, they hand you a ticket, and you are watched like a hawk as you wander through the store. The store is super cute inside with tons to look at, though it is heavily dominated by Sonic and Persona merch. They have a lot of items that are usually only sold in Japan, which means they are imported--and priced accordingly. The prices here are sky-high, so I wouldn't recommend planning a massive shopping spree unless you want to empty your wallet. I ended up only purchasing one item: a little Shadow the Hedgehog plushy for $20. Why I'm Knocking Off Stars : The service here was almost nonexistent. While the girl at the door handing out tickets was friendly enough, the cashiers were a different story. When my friend and I went up to the register to pay, the two employees working there were chatting away as if they were having the time of their lives. We stood there staring at them for almost three minutes before I finally had to speak up and say, "Excuse me, may I please purchase this?" They both looked up with frowns on their faces, staring at me like I had just interrupted the most important, intimate conversation of their lives. It was so bizarre--you'd think they'd be happy to ring up a customer! Instead, the guy just silently muttered "register," grabbed my item, and rang me up without saying another word. It was incredibly clear he just wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible to get back to his conversation with his coworker. It left a really bad impression. It's a very cute shop and definitely worth a quick visit just to see everything. If you decide to go, my biggest recommendation is to go on a weekday around 11:30 AM so you can be one of the first in line and avoid a massive wait! Just don't expect much from the staff at checkout.
