Their reasoning was that when the bulk was outside on the floor, customers either stole or mishandled the products. Instead of having their staff be the one to handle the cards to give to customers they decided to do this "membership" the staff blatantly said they focus only on selling the high valued cards. And that they wouldn't be wasting their time digging for cards that are low value. And mind you he mentioned that the cards are organized in the "member" lounge so what digging would he have to do?! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
