Picked up an order and checked out some more blind boxes. Lot of cool stuff and they do a great job maintaining the store. The app still sucks lol. Popmart makes it difficult to just order something through the app, especially popular items. But thats not the employees fault. And it was easy check in for pick up and the staff here was really nice and efficient. Unfortunately I add a shopping bag but they ran out, so the charge was refunded. So many cute things for kids and adults. If you are looking for a Labubu they have some on display but you need to follow them on IG and wait for a drop to purchase online and pick up in store. The ones on display are deceiving though since it makes you think you can flag someone down to get your hands on one. The process for pick up is very efficient if you are lucky enough to get one. But if you are shopping for other items you are in store for a good experience. On the weekends there is often a line to get in. One of our favorite Pop Mart stores is Northridge Fashion Mall location. This location is always stocked and replenished. This is one of the best locations for store pick up. I like this Pop Mart location. They are consistent in providing excellent customer service. They seem to carry all the cutest and most popular blind boxes and collectibles. We stopped by on a weekend to pick up some Disney, Haci Pupu and Labubu blind boxes and collectibles for our child. read more

I stopped by this place tonight with my niece since they just open like 2 days ago. I been to the Glendale location before so I know what they sell here but don't know much. My neice knew exactly what she wanted so I waited in line first before entering the store since they are keeping track of how many people are in the store. The store isn't that big inside so that's why they did it. They had a good amount of collectibles so if you're familiar with the store then they'll likely have what you want. My niece saw the item she wanted but you don't know which one you get until you open the box. The checkout line was backed up so I had to wait a while to pay but she was very happy after I brought it. Be aware they don't take American Express here yet. read more

We were walking around and stopped in to check it out and the customer service here was so great. All the employees were super friendly and ready to help when you need it. Absolutely love Pop Mart!! Welcome to Northridge, finally! Shoutout to Peter for letting us know this location opened up about a week ago for their soft opening so we dropped by during the week. It was nice to have no line (until the weekend). It's a much smaller store compared to the Century City location where it's roomier and more space to walk around. I was very surprised to find everything in stock though! You rarely see any Labubu in stock nowadays. They unfortunately didn't have any Fantastic Beast ones that I've been collecting and looking out for but they had the Golden Spatula League collab ones and picked up a Chaka one that I've been wanting as well. Came by again and I'm pretty happy to see the store is more organized now with the shopping bags right at the entrance. No wait if there's a little bit inside. If there are a lot of people, they manage capacity by having stand-by lines at the front. For the Labubu craze, apparently there was actually a restock of their 2 collections yesterday, and the staff I spoke with said that they won't ever have Labubus on the floor anymore (other than grand opening) due to safety and crowding reasons. She said the best method is to follow the branch on Instagram and when there are restocks, they will post! All you have to do is download the app and order it online. That way, everyone has a chance. So from there, you get to pick it up in store! Which is what some customers did today!! Wanted to spread this info as I had no idea how it would work and asked. read more

I got lucky there was no line and I could get in the store without waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. This store is smaller compared to the other locations. They have a variety of anime characters. If you are in Labubu's, they had a big selection of them on display. They were mostly for ordering online and pick up in store. Price wise they have similar prices to the other stores. Was finally able to get in after a couple weeks given the crazy hype over this place. If you know what labubus are, you get it. We still had to wait in a small line but it moved quick. Turns out they were sold out of labubus and that's why the short wait. In the end, what a fun store with a lot of cool collectibles - if you know what they are. They had some stuff I knew like Disney and Transformers stuff. All in all a bright and shiny store that's a welcome addition to the Northridge mall. read more

Ive NEVER had a problem at popmart but recently i had a big issue with them because the workers refill a set automatically when someone grabs a blind box and i understand why they do it but things like this is what leads to getting duplicates. I came in to buy the new MLP collection and I bought 2. Both box's had the same character i was a bit bummed because I wasn't expecting to get a duplicates for a $43 dollar blind box! When i went back right after hoping maybe to get $10 off they say final purchases its really not fair if you paid for TWO boxes at the same time only to get the same thing for such a large amount of money please do better on customer service and review/redo your policies! read more

I originally left a one-star review because of two really frustrating experiences at this store. The first time, I had placed an in-store pickup order and was excited to grab it before leaving for vacation later that day. When I arrived, I was told to wait outside in a narrow alley with everyone else who was just browsing. Even after explaining I was in a hurry and had already purchased, the employee didn't seem to care, which left a bad impression. My second disappointment came when I successfully placed an in-store pickup for six Big Energy Labubus (for family and friends), but didn't hear anything for 24 hours. I went in person and spoke with someone I believe was a manager. He was very professional and explained their system and how orders might be canceled if inventory didn't align. While I appreciated his honesty, the order did end up being canceled--another letdown. So why the update to four stars? Because on my latest visit, I noticed an effort to improve customer experience. I placed a pickup order for three Macaron Labubus and mentioned it to staff when I arrived. They actually tried to expedite the process for me and another person in the same situation so we wouldn't have to wait in the long outdoor line. It wasn't perfect, but it was a big improvement--they tried. Then something unexpected happened: my 11 year old daughter (who works hard to earn her own spending money) used her money to buy her first Skull Panda. When we got to the car, she realized the card inside didn't match the figurine. She was visibly disappointed but hesitant to say anything. I reassured her saying that we could go back to the store and explain what happened. I wasn't sure what to expect, but to their credit, the staff and manager tried to figure out a solution. First they offered to swap just the card, which didn't quite sit right with me--but then they came back and surprised us. They said they couldn't find the card and, even though they normally only allow exchanges for damaged figures, they let her open a new box (they did ask us to open it in front of them, in-store). This time, the card and figurine matched, and my daughter was so happy. It really turned around what had been a terrible day. Pop Mart has clearly grown quickly, and I get that managing inventory and expectations with blind boxes is tough. But this latest visit made me feel like they do care about their customers. I'm cautiously optimistic and glad I gave them another chance. read more

At this time you will not find labubus in store. You have to order ahead for pick up. They don't pick up the phone. There are other collectibles here. There are a few other steps that need to get taken before you find out when their "drops" are. Love my labubus. They make me happy. Luck, Serenity, and Toffee are my current babes. read more

I understand the labubu craze is annoying right now (trust me I'm over it too but I have an 11 year old) need I say more? We went to pick up our order and the cashier we had (kailey) was SO RUDE and confrontational it was so uncomfortable. We had a few orders to pick up, on different accounts but we were rushed, our order wasn't bagged in front of us (and we ended up not receiving an item, thank goodness I checked before we left the store) and (FYI Pop Mart charges $.50 a bag at checkout) and all of our products were thrown into one big bag so we technically should've been refunded for the bags that were not given to us (5 of them) .I'm just saying, if you're aware of the hype on certain products, you probably shouldn't be working a job where you're dealing with MULTIPLE customers a day due to the demand. Unfortunately, she made the experience of finally scoring a labubu (IYKYK) not as pleasant as it was apparent she was annoyed from the start. On the other hand, the few staff members we interacted with in the front of the store were EXTREMELY nice & helpful. One bad apple out of the bunch isn't too bad, but good luck if you have to deal with her for an order pick up. read more

The staff is rude! They have one cashier while having one person at the door and 3 watching for those trying to steal. They don't ask if you need help, but follow shoppers around. When you ask if there is a separate line for pick up they say the right side, but then the one cashier tells you to wait in the one line which is now long. There is no communication or teamwork. When you ask for a manager or another cashier they say there isn't anyone when you clearly see 3 associates eyeing everyone! And you can see the one Asian guy in the back with the laptop who is probably the manager or owner read more
