What a wonderful world when you are in a Disney store! You become a child again and you can believe in good things and have joy in your heart! Shannon greeted us as we walked in the store. She was the perfect Disney employee keeping up the theme of child like wonderment for all her customers. She was helpful in helping us to find our correct size and getting clothes that were high up down for us. The store was very organized and clean. My daughter and I went crazy with my Disney card. They have all their Christmas items up. We got ornaments, clothes, toys, and light up bulb necklaces. This year they have the smaller ones as well as gigantic ones that glow inside the bulb. We bought their Mickey Mouse bags you can buy for paying so much to carry our stuff in. When we left Shannon smiled and said Have a magical day". Man I loved her! She made our experience one as though we were at the Park. I miss the Disney stores and wish they had not closed them down. Fun fact the opening day of Disneyland the admission fee was &1.00. Troy and Walt wanted it affordable for everyone. By the way kudos to the model that allowed me to photograph her as she tried items on. A free Starbucks card for payment. I pass by the Camarillo outlets once a month and it never dawned on me that this Disney outlet location might have some good stuff that would interest me. I had just come back from a trip to Disney world and so I still have Disney on the brain. I was looking for some good deals on pins and lanyards. I feel like the inventory are just depends on the seasonality of things. So I did find a lanyard but there weren't any pins available that I was looking for. Now that there aren't any brick and mortar Disney stores like there used to be, this is pretty much it but there are also sections of the store where it has outlet items that are discounted. There are still going to be a couple of good deals to be found here. The workers here we're all super nice and helpful. I definitely will be stopping in and checking in on the random inventory in the future. There's plenty of parking and there's also a restroom not too far away which is also convenient. read more

The Disney Outlet can be really hit or miss. Sometimes it has some wonderful slightly out of season merchandise for next to nothing (in Disney merch standards). It's also a great place to find some park exclusive items. Not just from Disneyland, but also Walt Disney World. So, it's definitely a place to check out if you are a Disney fan and are at the outlets. The store itself harkens back to the days of mall Disney Stores. It really hits you with nostalgia if you used to visit those back in the day (though I do miss the giant pile of stuffed animals). And there's even a small TV behind the register playing Disney songs which is a great way to occupy kids' attention while you do some shopping. I just wish it was larger & maybe they dedicated a smallish space for the kids to sit down and watch. Staff here is very friendly. They are definitely retail people and not Disney people. They don't have that park magic or anything, but that's fine. I don't need to feel like I'm at the park. I just know some people expect everyone who has a Disney name tag to be full of bubbly light. That's not the case here. But once again, that's totally fine. I don't need that. I just need friendly, helpful employees. And this store definitely has that. So, in the end, are you guaranteed to stuff a shopping cart with goods here? No. But can you find gifts & other merch for good prices? Absolutely. read more

Walked in and we were so pleasantly greeted. Went here this evening with some gift returns. They ended up not being from the Disney store. The woman kindly insisted on helping me figure out where they were in fact from which is so helpful. I appreciate her going out of her way to help a busy mama. GETTING HERE: The Disney Outlet is located in the Camarillo Premium Outlet Mall in Camarillo. It's located between the Saks Off 5th and Rack Room Shoes. (Tip: look for Ulta and you're very close.) REVIEW: I am not sure where to begin on this review. Is it the Park? Of course not. Is it packed with kids and adults alike (usually). Are the prices as if you were at the Park and not in an outlet mall? (Again yes). Is it the best thing around since the Disney Store at the Ventura Mall closed? (Again, yes). If you come here not expecting much, I think you're going to be OK. For what it's worth: I have found a few good deals/items here (A Disney Dooney bag and also a Disney Loungefly or two). Those higher end items seem to be showing up more frequently, but still rare of course to find them. The Cast Members are personable enough. I don't come here expecting much, but always pleasantly surprised on what I can find. It's almost like being at the Park, except it's not. :( Pretty clean. Pretty nice. We just experienced true Disney magic at this store thanks to Stevie! We were having my son give up his paci and told him he could pick a toy at the store and "pay" for it with his pacifier. I let Stevie know what our plan was ahead of time and not only did she understand my emotions about it consoled me while I teared up, she asked my son's name and had a button and certificate ready for him when we checked out - congratulating him on no more paci! One of my most frequently visited stores at the Camarillo Outlet. I shop here for a lot of kiddos. I've shopped for my niece, nephews, my cousins kids, my godchildren & especially for my kiddo patients. I like to come here when they first open in the morning. There's less people to deal with, less kids running around & everything is clean, nice & neat. I also notice I get more help from different employees when I come early. Employees are usually nice. I mean, they kind of should be, since it's a Disney Store & it's always affiliated with being at The Happiest Place on Earth. Lol... I appreciate how each item is sectioned off by Disney character & sectioned off by specific dolls or toys. It makes shopping way easier. I like to check out the clearance racks. It is OK to sell high and the people Ludo wants to buy can buy in the ones that doesn't want to buy doesn't have to, but it will be nice by Disney to offer some cheaper options for those who can't afford it. It's fair to say it's been a minute since I've been to the Disney Outlet, but if you have a little one .... or in some cases a not so little one that loves the Disney brand, then this is the place you need to check out. Great job of sectioning stuff out by character/movie/etc. Now keep in mind, little ones are running loose in here, so stuff does get mixed up, but they do a pretty good job of getting things back to where they should be located. Pricing, for this product it is exceptionally good. There is some stuff that is retail, but it's not high. There is a ton of stuff that is on sale and at really good prices. Understaffed and expensive. You know kids, they see something they like, they want it. And Disney rake advantage of that. Prices are ridiculous. Peace of fabric with Mikey mouse face in it for $39? A towel with Mini mouse on it for $29? I think it is too much. Way too much. They have one stand with discounted items. The problem is that the items there are ones you won't take even if they would give them for free. At the end I did pay and got few items. There's a long line due, to COVID. Protocols seem like it's taking place on the outside. You step in and there's people literally bumping into you. The worse service I've ever experienced! I wasn't going to do this but, I called customer care... and no one literally cares. I never received a call back. I don't know if it's racism or if she's just plain rude. The store manager could've easily said I'll make an exception but, she didn't... pretty much told me to kick rocks. I had made a purchase for $280 dollars and was given these dollars to come back in the future and use it. I'm in idiot for doing even going back. 1st Visit-A young lady with curly hair and such an amazing personality helped me out. Honestly she looked like a Disney Princess. Shoot... make her store manager! She was so kind and pleasant and she seemed like she actually wanted to be working. I would rate her 10/10 2nd Visit-Older light skinned, skinny women with light hair was ringing me up. I handed her a coupon and she said you have two. You'll have to use them at the same time go look for more stuff so, you can use them. I told her I only find these two items over $50 so, to use one coupon to take the discount off. She said that's not how it works. If you read the fine print you'll see you have to use all of them. Sneaky, sneaky marketing... the worse promotion ever. I couldn't get across talking to her so, I asked to speak to the manager. Bad idea... she was far worse than the cashier telling me I couldn't use my coupons. If I could truly explain how I felt with both... I probably wouldn't be able to have an account lol The customer service was horrible! The cleanliness of the store was horrible! The packing of the customers during covid was horrible! Get the picture... I ended up pitching my item at full price no coupons... so, I asked for the number to customer care. This is one of my favorite stores to go into as a parent. There are so many toys and fun things for my kids. The best part is some of the items come from Disney World, Disney marathon, The Dress Shop (downtown Disney) and Disneyland. You never know what you're going to find! I always go to the clearance section first and see what goodies are super marked down (my kids don't know the difference). Recently i found home goods and holiday items!! Umm...amazing for august! I will say that there has been a shortage of shirts the past few times I've gone. I try to get some before each Disneyland trip so i don't pay outrageous prices. I also saw bubble wands that were the same price as at the park. The store layout is nice and there are always some goodies you can get at a deal upon purchase. I love all the deals and items carried at this store. They often have park items for much less than at Downtown Disney or at the parks! So much so that whenever I do visit the parks (pre-COVID) and Downtown Disney I leave empty handed because I know the chances of me spending much less at the Outlet store is guaranteed. The 2 stars because we recently visited and politely requested a face mask from staff, a SINGLE face mask because my BF'S glasses kept fogging up with the one he was wearing. We made this polite request as we were walking out but were told they could not give us one because it is only for customers going into the store. -____- Mind you, we had just spent $60+ but were told they could not give us one. The girl at the door hesitated when I asked and she looked to another girl walking by her for approval (maybe a manager). This other girl then said "No, these are for customers coming into the store." Perhaps I should've circled back around, walked back into the store requesting a face mask only to walk right back out just to prove a point. ‍ This made quite an impression on me and won't be coming back. read more

We always love visiting a Disney Store wherever we go shopping. I was excited to go to this one because it's one of the larger stores. When we got there in the late afternoon, there was a line that wrapped around in front of the store. The employee was telling people the wait was 45 minutes to one hour. We weren't going to wait, but I figured we were there and the line seemed to be moving. It took about 35 minutes to get through the doors and honestly, the wait wasn't worth it. The selection in the store wasn't anything new, but there were lots of things on sale with an extra 40% off. There was nothing we couldn't have found at our local Disney Store. Plus, we were expecting to see more Halloween merchandise and there wasn't much. There were some costumes and pajamas, but that was pretty much it. read more

Every time I go to this Outlet, I just have the best experience ever! The people who work at the store are always smiling and helpful and I cannot sing their praises enough! They went out of their way for me today when I thought I wasn't going to be able to get the gift I wanted for a birthday party, they found something else and the birthday girl LOVED it!! I had to write a review on this Disney Outlet in Camarillo based on the great shopping experience I received. When I walked in I was welcomed in by a cheerful employee, and as I walked around looking at items for my granddaughters, was asked several times if I needed help finding anything. A young redheaded woman (I believe may have been the store manager) was especially helpful since I couldn't remember the names of the princesses my granddaughters liked best. She was very patient with me as I tried to explain which ones I was talking about! She walked me over to the different dolls and told me their character's names and which movies they were from. She was VERY knowledgeable about all things Disney and with her help I was able to purchase several dolls and the cutest outfits that I know will make a few little ones squeal with delight! I couldn't have done it without her! Although the store was pretty busy since it was a Saturday, the store was clean and well stocked. The line to pay seemed long, but there were several cashiers so it went quickly. Since covid, it seems like it's hard to find good employees, but everyone seemed happy to be there. read more

My daughters favourite store and a great place to come to make any little girl feel like a princess or any little boy like a king! Disney understands customer service an it was evident on our visit. The service people are always very cheery and pleasant and make your experience positive when visiting. This is my second visit here and the first visit was just the same. They do have a decent selection of Disney related clothing for boys and girls and have some pretty good deals. On the clearance rack in the back there are even better deals but the selection becomes very limited to odd sizes and not as popular items. I will keep coming back as long as my daughter keeps loving the Disney characters. read more
