manager MJ is amazing and came to the rescue we love her excellent customer service Thank you so much again :))

I stopped in today to look around. This was my first time in Pandora. I was in a browsing mood, not really sure what I wanted. Normally, this is when a sales professional becomes impatient and ready to move on to the next customer. My experience was nothing short of amazing. The sales clerk, Anahita provided me with excellent service. She showed me several charms and bracelet options. There are so many choices. I know one thing. Once I figure out what I want to do, I'll be back to make my purchase with Anahita. Pandora could not have hired a better sales person than Anahita. read more

I Love this Pandora they usually have a nice amount of charms in stock the staff is friendly

I normally don't like to write 1 star reviews- but let me tell you about the experience I had with this particular store. I bought my step son a Tennis Bracelet for Christmas and he wanted something else so he went into the store where two associated helped him (not really) first they asked for the receipt which they had, then they asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card number because they said they're refund policy requires. Afterwards they said that they could not do a refund because I was not physically present as well as my card. So I called while he was still at the mall asked for a manager which was not available- So I spoke to an associate named Roxanne- I was beyond disappointed and disgusted with the lack of customer service she has. Not only that she was giving me a very hard time as well as telling me I was being rude when she was the one speaking very defensive as soon as i told her that my step-son was there to just do a return. She told me about her refund policy which I told her I was online and do not see such policy she was referencing. Forgot to mention her hanging up on me. I have been shopping at Pandora since they have opened I love their unique jewelry and all the special gifts I can buy my children for special events- I am shocked they would have staff like Roxanne be an employee at their store. I hope this review is something she can learn from because this is not the way you treat loyal customers. If i could I would rate this place 0 Stars! read more

Seriously.... I am never coming back to this store location again, I'm already annoyed and frustrated because my bracelet i just received broke, and after all the bull I've been getting from these people they just made it difficult for no reason. I will not stop buying pandora because Northridge location was great and fixed my issue, but for sure this location for me is done. Eduardo who assisted me briefly is very very detached from emotion and is not that friendly as a matter of fact I walked in there and both employees there at the time were extremely unhappy and even more unwelcoming. It's a terrible look for a place people come to for sentimental pieces of jewelry cause their vibe and personalities DON'T give off a place I want to spend my money. When businesses fail and jobs replaced by online orders they will finally get what it means to have customer service and jobs. Otherwise until today this wasn't a bad location to shop, because they always have things in stock, but now I'd either prefer to purchase online or go to Northridge. read more

Do you know the saying, never will I ever? Never, will I ever step foot in the store ever again ... I love to spoil my wife with jewelry and I honestly don't mind to spend money if it's worth it But this place has the worst customer service ! My wife has a full bracelet full of charms that I think we spent over $500 for including the bracelet itself. Then we received a gift and it wasn't exactly what she wanted so we decided to come change the charms. We literally patiently waited outside over 40 minutes and when we ask them if there's anyway that we can just switch the charm with something else Kelly said absolutely not. We asked to speak with the manager just to see if there's anyway they can help us out whatsoever. We were even willing to take in exchange for the lowest price of the item even if it was going to be $10-$15 because we have nothing to do with the charm that we have let me remind you they are brand new. Then Art one of the guys that was working there was standing in the back, giving us a very nasty look, and said if there's nothing else we can help you with trying to say goodbye to us. We're not talking about jewelry from forever 21 that cost 5$-10$ this is jewelry that's minimum $60 a piece. They should not be giving service like this. Please ask of you all think twice before you purchase from here before you're going to be in the same situation as us read more

7:22p 8/31. Currently standing in store waiting to exchange a gift I recently purchased online. Have yet to be greeted by the hostess. I do understand she is showing a young lady some items but no acknowledgment. Walked over to the other young lady working here and she informs me that she's "not on the clock". Standing around working on jewelry pieces.. oh wait, just grabbed her tote bag! Im assuming waiting to be clocked out(correction was waiting to have bags checked) Didn't bother greeting me either. Finally getting a "be right with you" 7:36p. Another young woman coming from back, very professional, greeted me immediately and apologized for the wait. Very helpful! NINA! Just not leaving. Not a bad experience but Nina did turn it around. read more

I have been coming to this location even though my neighbor mall has one due to their wide selection and their sincere attitude to help me out picking charms. Special shout-out to Evelyn Amador for her patience and helpful suggestions to pick out my wife's 50th BD and upcoming Mother's Day charms. I definitely suggest this location if you are in the mood for adding lifelong memories for someone you cherish!!! Evelyn went out of her way to gift me with a new box. I'll be back for 25th wedding anniversary charms soon. Thanks a million!!! read more

My boyfriend bought me a Pandora bracelet & necklace for Christmas two years ago. Because I wear them daily, the lotion, the sweat, etc. The bracelet and the charms look dull. :( I brought my Pandora bracelet & necklace to the store and asked if they could clean them for me. YES, THEY WILL DO IT WITH NO CHARGE!! What a great customer service! They use the machine to clean the jewelry. The staff who was helping me is super sweet, she even took time to brush each charm for me. After 30 minutes.... my Pandora bracelet & necklace - SHINNING!!! All bling bling again~ This definitely put a BIG smile on my face! :D read more

Such an amazing experience - will be coming back for future Pandora purchases. My girlfriend had a really bad experience at the Pandora in Northridge, so I came to this one and they took care of me and earned a repeat customer! Art was super friendly and helpful as well as his (I think) manager/coworker. The general manager (I forgot her name - I assume she was the general manager) was obviously trained in customer service or is just naturally great at it! Left very happy and will return :) read more

I called today and spoke to the store manager Nina who told me to go in today and she will take care of me. I went in and Nina and her assistant store manager were SO MUCH HELP. Nina apologized for the experience I had with Jonathan and MJ and reassured me that my experience was out of the norm for this location. Nina switched out the bracelet for a smaller size without hesitation and I also purchased two more items that the assistant manager was showing me a few moment's earlier. Nina and the ASM (I think his name is art I'm not sure) switched around my experience. Thank you guys!! read more

I seldom write reviews on yelp but I just wanted to address this matter. We came in at this store to buy a couple of items that we found online. We were pretty much set in what we wanted. There were about 2 female workers and they were helping out a family. When we came in, they didn't bother to say "Hi" or simply say "We'll be right with you". The 2 female workers did not bother to even smile but rather looked at us as if we weren't there. Honestly, they weren't busy at all and I just thought it was very rude and disrespectful for them to do that. Another male worker came 2 minutes later thinking we were going to get the help that we needed but he ended up helping another guy that just came in and didn't even bother to help us first. We waited for a total of 20 minutes. We weren't browsing at this point because we were hoping that since we are already by the counter and right next to the workers that they would finally notice us. But we were wrong. Another customer came in, and they helped out that person than us. We ended up leaving. All we wanted was to buy a couple of items and the fact that we knew what we wanted already should have been an easy transaction for them. I'm not sure why we were treated this way but it's not our loss, it's theirs. read more

I am not sure which I am more disappointed with; the unskilled sales associates, the long wait (see previous) a defective product or totally uncaring management. Pretty bad all around. My wife has. Even adding charms for years Several bracelets-and lots of charms. So the other day the clasp on the bracelet falls apart. So since she got it in late 2017 I'm thinking it should still be protected. No way. 12 months and then you are out of luck. My only remedy was to buy a new bracelet. No too many choices. Note: this was her Christmas bracelet so it got worn for a few days in 2017, 2018 and 2017. Not heavy or abusive wear. So if the products fails after light usage the answer could have been " Gish were are do sorry that this has happened and that you have had to make a special trip. We can see by the many charms and your purchase history that you are a good customer. While we would love to be able to provide a free replacement (which is what they SHOULD have done) please allow us to discount it 50%. Oh and I was buying ANOTHER charm too! So if it wasn't bad enough to have this bad experience at Thousand Oaks, I got an exact replay at Topanga Plaza. Lesson learned. Next time I will just order off amazon and pay less for non Pandora product. As. 4 billion dollar company Pandora ought to exhibit much better customer care. read more

I thought I had ruined my favorite bracelet. The peeps at Pandora took her for a cleaning and she was good as new! Melissa helped me pick out 2 new charms and I couldn't be happier. The other lady who offered to clean it was BOMB. Super nice, friendly, helpful staff. I also got a new cleaner to take better care of my bracelet. I will definitely be back for more. read more

I went to this Pandora to purchase some rings for my daughters and i had picture of what I wanted but customer service was horrible. Because of covid protocols I understand not a lot of customers can be inside but first off I wasn't allowed inside and the worker was not knowledgeable nor did he show any effort to help me. Another customer came after me and was allowed inside. I asked the worker why can't I go inside? I have been waiting in line to go inside and see other rings and he ignored me. I left disappointed. This is the second time I have an issue with this store. I really hope management looks into better customer service training for their employees. read more

Art A was so patient and helpful to my mom and I! He was relatable and showed us the best gifts for my friends and family!

Jereem really knows his stuff! I must admit that when I went into the store and had this very hip young man as my sales associate, I was a little nervous. But - I had no idea how much that he knows about Pandora! He knows the product inside and out (and is passionate about it) and had some great tips on how to wear some of the necklaces in a new, fresh way. I will definitely be back and hope that Jerome is working that day. He's the best! read more

Horrible experience!! I walked in with my girlfriend and we were never acknowledged or asked if we needed help! We waited for more than 30 mins and still nothing! One of the workers then was done helping the people she was with so I went over to her and she immediately walked away came back and still didn't acknowledge us, walked past us and stood in front of us a couple more times and never once acknowledged our presence, it was at this point where i took it upon myself to walk up to her and ask for help she then claimed to be "clocking out for the night" and the manger also said she was clocking out so I walked away and waited at the counter to be helped by someone else. The manager then came up to us and started yelling at me telling me to leave the store because I had an attitude and he did not want to deal with it, I told him the Story of his employee (April) and that she not once acknowledged us and was texting he said that he would talk to her but I needed to leave and then proceeded to have a tantrum in the whole store and yelled at all the customers that he would kick every single person out! Very unprofessional, embarrassing and unacceptable! April continued to do work like getting bags etc.. even though she was "clocking out"! This needs to be addressed as I believe this is very unacceptable and unprofessional! Customers deserve to feel acknowledged when shopping at a store and not having to feel as if they're waiting around endlessly and being ignored. read more

The blonde girl that works here in extremely rude... sticks her nose into other people's conversations and is very negative

Horrible customer service!!!!! I have been a pandora customer for 5 years! I always had good Impression for other pandora stores, Northridge, Santa Monica, Sherman oaks! They all have awesome customer service. I never had to wait long every time I walked in those locations. I walked in today just to pick up my bracelet it only take 2 minutes to grab the bracelet and hand it to me. There were two associates. How hard just to grab the bracelet fast. I already told her my purpose I'm not buying anything not taking any of her time longer. They were both taking their time to help other two customers. I told one of them just here to pick up my bracelet. My purpose was simple. The customer she was helping already set her mind on a ring, was just taking her time to make her decisions on a pair of earrings... I understand if you try to close a sell, but this was not the case. a good customer service will say, "take your time to make your decisions no worries, let me just grab this lady her bracelet. I will be back just before you know it..." come on.. if you can't do multi task, why are you in customer service??? The manager walked in... she hElped me less than 2 minutes I walked out the store ... I told the manager what happened before I left.. her answer was she is with a customer... I apologize for your wait. No you are not sorry, ok? She is a customer, I'm not a customer? Her time is valuable my time is not? I understand that I need to wait and first come first serve... I was not there to shop... it is case by case sometimes, if I needed to see something or try on something of course I will take my turn to wait.. a good customer service need to know how to be well rounded... try their best to help every customer... value everyone's time... if you can't ship to my house to start with.. I drove all the way 16 miles there just to pick it up... you seriously need to make me wait for something you can just easily took care of in less than 2 minutes... horrible terrible awful customer service... im normally very chill when it come to waiting... but I'm very disappointed today with their both associates and manager. Never going back to this location anymore... highly not recommended! read more

Pandora - Jewelry Near Me - Canoga Park, California

It's so unfortunate when a store has change of staff and completely ruins the environment. I've been a big fan of the store the last couple years and have purchased at least 10 items but unfortunately that has abruptly end due to my experience today. I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by Lola today, I have to say that rarely does a single encounter turn you off to the point where you can't go back but that is how I feel about the Topanga location now. We came into the store to exchange a gift and Lola was a sour face from the moment we stepped into the store. We planned on purchasing two rings the pendant and a chain, and left with absolutely nothing. This sales person has no business being out front with customers, she couldn't even manage a smile. As she was showing us stuff from the case she was strangely suspicious and overprotective of anything that we touched. Very strange behavior considering that we are regulars in the store. she was reluctant to show us any merchandise and was sullen and gloomy through the entire experience. We finally decided to cut our losses and leave. I mean when you go and buy a piece of jewelry, or several in our case you want the experience to be fun and uplifting. No one NEEDS a piece of jewelry. You're not buying a utility item. I think corporate needs to relocate this employee, this is definitely not somebody that I would ever have working for me in any capacity that touched customers. Sorry Pandora he just lost one of your best customers! read more

Went in on New Year's Eve afternoon and was the only customer in the store. Nicole is the lady who "helped" me and just kept yawning multiple times in my face when I was trying to see what three pieces I was going to get. And I had to ask her at least three times to get a different tray out so I could see the selection. I was expecting better customer service especially since I was the only customer and it's not like they were busy. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Pandora at Topanga Mall and their salesperson, Melissa, are the BEST! My girlfriend and I took our kids to Disneyland this past weekend, and visited the Pandora store there. Unfortunately they don't do the same promos, so they weren't doing the bracelet event. They asked us what city we lived in - Kristi lives in Northridge and I live in West Hills. One of the sales girls HIGHLY recommended we go to the Woodland Hills store because all Pandora stores outside of Disneyland had the bracelet promo going. She said to make sure to ask for the young tall blond girl by the name of Melissa, who knows everything there is to know about their line, and that she regularly comes into their store to buy all the Pandora Disney exclusive charms. Not only that, she apparently often helps their Disney customers pick out charms and put bracelets together because she's that good! So we didn't miss the bracelet event, I stayed with all the kids at Disneyland for the remainder of the weekend, and Kristi drove back home early Sunday afternoon just to make sure she got to the mall on time. It's not like we could ask our husbands to go make the purchases - they wouldn't know what to pick out. Melissa was in - Thank God! - and Kristi says she was as friendly and professional and knowledgeable as the girl at Disneyland had said. It turns out we COULD have sent our husbands to buy our bracelets, after all. Kristi said she just told her what themes we had in mind, and Melissa created 3 perfect beautiful bracelets without Kristi having to waste any time in picking out charms herself! We usually shop at a small Pandora store in the mall at Northridge, but they are always so slow. Thank you Melissa for making my bracelet. I absolutely love it! We will definitely come to see you for Mothers Day, and every bracelet event you have in the future! I need to add gold to my new bracelet, and Kristi wants an all gold one. Can't wait!!! We'll call ahead and make an appointment with you! I highly recommend this store, and especially Melissa! read more

Walked in there twice in the past week and no one acknowledged me BOTH times. Only pandora in my area therefore I gave it a second chance and was completely ignored. Great Pandora Store! Great customer service, people always trying to help you and not only there to sell. I shop there for some years already and it's never been a day I can say that I don't like something. I came here to buy a promise ring, everything went smoothly when I had purchased it. I received a gift receipt just in case the ring didn't fit and a regular receipt that said I can return it with a 30 day warranty in case it didn't fit or if it got scratched. So the ring didn't fit and I went to return it for a bigger size. Long story short, the store manager here is a complete and utter nuisance and is incapable of listening to the customer. I showed her my gift receipt and my regular receipt and asked if I could exchange the ring for a bigger size. Keep in mind, the ring was only tried on and left in a box until I could come exchange it. The store manager said there were scratches all over it which clearly weren't visible and said she couldn't accept it. I tried to talk to her about the condition but she was dead set on rejecting it. So we went to the Pandora in Northridge and they took care of us 1000x better than that lousy store in Topanga. Very disappointed in how she acted and will only be going to Northridge for my needs. Trust me, you do not want to come in when she's working. Everyone else on the staff is kind and accommodating but the manager is a real killjoy. I unfortunately wasn't able to catch her name but keep an eye out for this one! read more

I received an email that said that today was the final day that you can buy 3 and get 1 free. I went into this store and was told that this email was not from them and that that promotion was over yesterday and today's promotion was a free bangle, and they would not honor my email even though they saw it. I love Pandora and have a lot of their jewelry, I will NEVER go into this store again. They do not honor promotions and they want to do a bait and switch. BEWARE of promotions they do not honor them. Try another Pandora somewhere else. read more

I've literally never received worse service. Not only are they severely understaffed, the few employees who are in the store are grossly incompetent. The "wait-list" was scribbled on a piece of paper and instead of helping patrons, one of the few people in the store did nothing but ask people walking in for their names and misspell them and write them down out of order. A woman ahead of me had to wait for five other guests to be helped before asking about whether they had a specific charm. Another employee walked in late holding a fresh cup of coffee - not saying we're in high school anymore, but be on time. Especially the week before Christmas. Would never recommend this store - I'd rather make the drive down to the Newport location than revisit. Don't do it! read more
