I stopped by this Target to look for toddler gloves since I was in the area. I never been to this Target so I had to use the mobile app to know where things were. This store is pretty nice and a decent size. The baby or toddler area was easy to find but I didn't find any gloves here. I asked around the store and ended up in the outdoor area so I purchased some mosquito spray. I wanted to check out their car detailing supplies but couldn't find it so I had to ask a worker. He told me the aisle it was in which was D31 and they don't have much car detailing items here. The produce is toward the back of the store. Went to target for after Xmas sale shopping and the sales were not as big this year. They also spread the discounts throughout the store and not just in one section. They mixed some children's toys in the holiday sale section but they were not on sale so it was confusing. Worth checking out for some candy in sale. Only 25% off. I've been shopping here for years, but have noticed the decline of this location. This past weekend was my last visit. The alarm by the tissues and dental aisle was going off for 10 minutes before I ultimately left. The previous visit I was blocked in by an employee working carts. he actually trapped me inside the cart area in the store, while I was trying to get a cart. I went to target on April 18th, 2025 around 8:45 PM to use a few coupons that I have to buy a couple cans of formula because they expire today. On the coupon, it states that you can use one coupon per purchase. If your coupon says "one per purchase," it means you can use one of those specific coupons for each individual item you are buying. You are not limited to using only one coupon total for your entire shopping trip, but rather one coupon for each item you wish to purchase. So I decided to grab two containers and buy a couple of other things. I also grabbed two Christmas books in the clearance section near electronics (This was my first mistake!). I go up to self checkout and as I'm almost finished checking out, I realize that one of the books doesn't ring up correctly on clearance for $3 like the other one did. It rang up $7.99 like they normally are. I asked the lady to please price match these items because they are the same book just with a different customized name (it's a Christmas book for kids). The lady says she's not going to because it's marked as a "repackage". Girl....it's April and I'm buying a Christmas book...of course it's on sale just like the identical book that is on sale LOL. So I say whatever because it's a book and I am not going to get that upset over a book. (See photo attached of the book...not really going to make a fuss, was not worth my time in that moment). The next issue is the girl then tells me I have to go back in line through the regular checkout because I am using a coupon for formula. Okay so I listen and so stand in line at the regular checkout once I'm done with my self checkout stuff. There is no line at self checkout but there is a line for the regular checkout. The girl then decided to help her fellow employee check out instead of helping a customer....okay fine it's okay I can't wait a little longer..seriously no big deal. The big deal comes when I go to check out and the really really sweet checkout guy is trying to help me. And I mean it. He was the best part about this interaction. The check isn't scanning so he has to treat it as a coupon but of course since it's $30 he has to get a manager. The manager comes over to tell me that I can only use one and she will only help me with one. She will under no circumstances take the other coupon. Okay...you really can't help me? It's not costing you a penny to be nice. It's late and I just want to go home and take care of my kids. Genuinely did not know people could be so cruel, especially to someone buying formula with COUPONS. So I'm fuming at this point because of all of this. I stop this manager at the door because I am very upset at this point and it's taken me almost an hour to check out. I tell her my story and the reason for me coming on the last day. I have a baby in the NICU and I don't have time to come out. All she does is apologize and tell me to go to another store. Mind you, at this point it's almost 10 PM and no store is open to purchase. Being a manager is having empathy for other people. It's very hard to continue to shop at a store when even the manager doesn't care and now it trickles down to the employees. I really hope she reads this and realizes she was wrong. I ended up contacting target corporate after this encounter and they sided with me. I will be calling to speak to the district manager about this issue to make sure it is brought up so this manager can see that she was clearly in the wrong. Please do better and BE KIND. Never been to this target since we are rarely out this way but we were in the area for a party for my nephew at Chuck E. Cheese so we dropped by after! By far one of the WEIRDEST parking lots. Huge lot but the lanes are insane!! They're at an angle so it's hard to just make easy turns because you might hit a curb. Not to mention, the actual parking spots are tiny. You're literally backing out and nearly hitting the other cars behind you. We actually found some decent Pokémon Jazwares figures that we normally don't see at our local target so that was a plus! The employee brought me another one, and whether it was intentional or not, the innermost part of the bag was also torn. As a result, my trunk ended up filled with cat litter. Located in the Falbrook shopping center in West Hills. Located right next to 24 hour fitness, so parking can be an issue, especially during the evening hours. Every time I've been here, it's been pretty empty. I never have to wait long to check out and there's also self check out stands available if you just want to avoid human contact. I did notice that there was only about 3 cashiers working at this time. The aisles are clean and clear. There seems to be an employee close by if you have questions. I also like that they have price check scanners. read more

Honestly this place would get zero stars if I could give it no stars. This target looks aged and dated in general. During this particular visit, my husband found some pants that he wanted to try on, but a big issue the dressing room was closed. It wouldn't have been a big deal if he was looking to try on shirts, easy to put over your tshirt. Pants, obviously something a bit more difficult to keep more modest. So we look to see if there is another dressing room as I know some targets sometimes have more than one. Not the case here. So my husband goes to the customer service desk to inquire if there is an option available so he can try stuff on. He's given a rude response from the store staff basically telling him if the dressing room is closed then it means its closed. A simple statement of unfortunately we can't open the dressing rooms a this time would have sufficed versus a snarky answer from the staff. Very off putting given that generally at most targets I've ever been to the staff have been very courteous. Obviously not the case at this one. read more

Unfortunately Carol in Guest Services needs to be replaced immediately. She isn't serving any guests but rather argues with each one...every single time i come here for something and she is interacting with a customer, shes blatantly being unhelpful, loud, and extremely rude. She should be relocated to somewhere in the back stock room where she does not interact with customers at all. I never have any issues with any worker at any other Target location so, must be her attitude because as i mentioned she is constantly giving others a hard time as well. I used to live in the area and didn't realize how much I MISS this Target. I feel like all the Targets near me treat you like a criminal, check receipts, don't let you try clothes on anymore, god forbid you have a return even with a receipt, they just have non existent customer service. This Target was wonderful! The employees were so friendly! The Starbucks employee was great too, my drink was delicious! Most impressive though was their inventory! Noho, weho, and beverly are my most frequented Targets and they never have my beauty items in stock. This location had full supply of pixi and winky lux items, their clothing section was spotless and their fitting rooms were clean and the attendant was so nice! Ugh I miss enjoying a Target run. The workers here are thieves! My wife lost her phone around 1pm in the bathroom. 10 minutes later she went back to find it, and it was gone. We stayed looking for about an hour because the location said it was there. Eventually, whoever stole it, turned it off. Around 9:30pm it was turned back on and boom! The location was still at target. No customer is going to sit in a store for 7 hours. We eventually found it stuffed in the tampons in the lady's restroom. Shop at your own risk. When my wife found her phone, one of the workers was helping her wipe it clean, and she told my wife that there are ALLOT of thrives that work there. read more

This is usually my favorite target because it's not as packed as the rest, but service is not great. Waited 20 minutes for locked up whitening strips , no button to be found , I had to go and find 3-4 workers and they all said wait they're calling someone to come and no one ever called anyone to come. read more

It's a Target, and it lives up to the standards of a Target. It does a good job of being a Target. The 5 stars is for the people who work here. They are usually very friendly or at least polite, and I've never had an issue. Today, like a dumb***, I left my wallet in the shopping cart when I put it back. I realized a few minutes later, sped back, and found the shopping cart no longer in the corral. In tears, I checked with customer service--and it was there! A young man who works there found it while collecting carts and turned it in. He could have kept it, but he didn't. All of the cash and everything is still in it. I'm in awe. I chased him down and tried to give him money, and he wouldn't take it. I didn't think there were people like that left in the world. Thank you so much! read more

This rating is based on my experience at target while shopping with my mom, we bought several things including a grill, we needed help finding items and putting items into the car and wanted to say that Jefferson did an amazing job helping us with everything, from finding what we were looking for, to helping us load the grill into the car. Visit this Target location every weekend, for years since it's close to home. I like arriving within the first hour of operation. There is usually someone who oversees the front lanes, to avoid backup at check out. Noticed recently the self checkout section is closed in the morning and there is usually one, maybe two (if you're lucky) cashiers. My visit today, 5/19 was an eye opener of how things have changed. Arrived around 8:30am for a few items. There is a good amount of people shopping, nothing crazy, but not an empty store. As we proceeded to check out, the self checkout section was closed, although it's not clear this section is closed. Yes, the lights were off above the machines, but that's nothing new, the lights are not always an indication that the machine is closed or open. The screen did indicate login or sign on, something to that effect, so I knew this section was closed. Of course there was one cashier, 3 people already in line to pay, now 4, with us. Well standing in line, 3 different people are now trying to use the self checkout machines. Not one team member around to advise them this section is closed or a closed sign. Once the cashier hears someone in the self checkout trying to scan an item, she expresses that section is closed. The 3 guest now proceed to the growing line which contains about 10 guests now. I ask the cashier if there is anyone else that can help, she sarcastically says nope, she's the only one. She doesn't even call for back up, now I'm annoyed. At this point I walk over to the customer service area to ask for a manager. I ask the young lady behind the counter if there is a manager I can speak to. She doesn't seem happy that I'm asking for a manager, but she radios in for one. A few seconds later I hear a voice asking why, to which the young lady replies someone would like to speak to a manager. The managers reply is clear, and she sounds bothered that she has to stop what she's doing, but says she'll be there in a bit or it will be a bit. Based on her tone, I then ask the young lady if she can get the manager to provide more help in the front lanes, since the line to check out is long and there is only one cashier. No need to wait for a manger to say the same thing. I even point to the line that has grown and now near the young girls clothing. At this point I walk back to the cashier line. Thankfully a few seconds later I see a target member walking to the front lanes. He see's the long line, gets to a register, then flags a a guest who was either at the end of the line or just walking over to the line. FORGET the fact there is a line of people who have been waiting to check out. Whatever happened to pulling over the next person in line?? Then two additional cashiers arrive for a total of 4, was that so hard?? Each cashier had 2 to 3 people, which makes it clear the original line had backed up. Once they take care of the back up, they can go back to doing what they were previously doing. I get it, Target is cutting back on the morning crew since it's not their busiest time. However, removing the self checkout section, which I never cared for, and leaving one cashier creates a backup. Why not allow your cashier to ask for backup when needed. Why can't the manager respond, "sure, I'll be there shortly". CUSTOMER SERVICE it's SIMPLE, NOT HARD!! Don't make this difficult. read more

Getting a drive up order is a nightmare here. My orders are always damaged and spoiled upon arrival. The employees are well behaved about 50 percent of the time and the other 50 percent included moody workers who clearly need to project thier issues. Such as the one instance where I had to report an employee by the name of Ryan who walked past my car and tried challenging me to an altercation. When I refused he got in his car and drove up to my window and flipped me off and nearly crashed into my vehicle. The fact that this is only one instance where I've tolerated blatant abuse at this location is really sad. read more

I like Target in general and if not love it; I can browse and grab things and be in this store for hours. It's saved me countless of times with being able to shop for various things and needs all at once (except they don't sell alcohol still so that is no bueno, no I am not an alcoholic but I'm just saying). From various grocery items, treats and snacks (I don't do grocery shopping here though, I find it weird, but if you do, more power to you); electronics; clothing; personal hygiene items; cleaning supplies; toys and games; clothing, stationary and office goods; seasonal decors and what not; and all sorts of home decor and things; you can really find all you need. Quality of most everything is pretty great as well. Hours of this store are great since they are usually open till 10pm. Staff is ok here, but they are ok at every store; I find all customer service reps on the floors at all locations of Target pretty much non-existent until you ask for something yourself, until you reach someone in returns or when you are paying for your things. I think they need to work on training; give me a call and I will help. I mean I don't need help myself, but a simple "Hi, how is your day going? May I help you find anything?" can go a long way for some folks perhaps and I have yet to witness this ever. Parking is easy here since they have a huge lot. read more

Well that was the case today didn't stop us from going online and ordering a new Chromecast from target. Jump in the car to go pick it up easy breezy. Next thing you know got distracted by chocolates. Since we are picking up the kids for an exciting adventure to #NightsOfTheJack#Calabasas #PumpkinExperience. Now is a perfect time to get candy for the kids next thing you know we're buying a bucket full of chocolates get all the way home to realized the Chromecast was nowhere to be found. You guessed it we left it right at the self check out. Luckily they're still good people in the world. Somebody turned it in. This target has helpful employees and I'm so grateful. My niece had a fever and I ran here to get Children's Tylenol. I was in the baby section and couldn't find it so I saw an employee and asked. He was so helpful at pulling up the product, telling me what aisle it was on and directing me in the right direction. I quickly went over to the aisle, found what I needed and was out of there quickly. I wish the selection was larger since they only had one flavor but I was thankful the item was in stock. read more

I like this location more than other locations. It feels tucked away, a bit harder to find than other locations. It just has a members only vibe! Newly renovated and I'm digging the new layout as well as the new look. It was fairly well stocked when I went. The parking lot feels a little off as it has a diagonal feel. I just remember feeling a little disoriented. Not much more to say other than I wish all targets were this nice. I think target is slowly getting there. It's always nice to visit target as it's a one stop shop. There's still room for improvement, but overall it feels very nice inside. read more

They sell expired products! Never would I think to write a review for a target lol... But I couldn't let this one go. Yesterday I bought a bottle of Mucinex from this target. Luckily, In the parking lot I noticed the expiration date was November 2021... Which has clearly past. I went back into the store and showed the expired bottle to the thin Hispanic younger boy at the sanitizing station on the left right when you walk in the entrance. I asked him if I could switch it he said yes and I asked what I should do with the expired bottle, if I should leave it with him or a cashier and this guy told me to put it back on the shelf!!! "Put it back where you found it" basically for someone else to purchase and not be as lucky as me! How deceitful and awful. When I went back to the shelves I noticed 5 bottles left, 4 of which were expired and one left for me to take expiring in 2023.
