I was planning to use all of my gift card for my toddler's winter clothes. He always wants to watch the gym tv whenever I visit the store. But the tv wasn't on on that day. He was grumpy. So I had to check the boy section very quickly. However the selection for the toddler boys was really limited. My toddler started yelling so I had to leave the shop. When I was leaving the shop, the staff said "NONE!?" to me. She didn't say anything to me except the word "NONE!?". I was shocked. I have nothing bad to say about their product. Great quality clothing, shoes and accessories. I even purchase items for my daughter and relatives. That's not the issue, it's the individuals that work here. I've worked in customer service for little over 14 years. I've never experienced working in that type of environment. Fellow employees would come and go literally after a week of working. Management are extremely rude to customers treating them with disrespect. I witnessed fellow co workers yelling, arguing and even talking bad about customers while they were present in the store. Managers would leave while working to go purchase food and beverages from the food court while your left to manage the store alone during busy hours. When I started I was disgusted by the back of the store. There was a pile of trash bags that hadn't been dumped in weeks. An infestation of roaches from the old food left by employees. The restroom was worse then a gas station. One night while it was slow up front I tried to clean the restroom. I was told that the General Manager wouldn't approve a mop bucket. I watched the employee demonstrate how to mopp the floor by taking the mopp and using the toilet water to clean the floor! This is wear parents come with their children; your kids sitting on a floor that was mopped with toilet water while watching the Gymboree channel on the tv in store. I was constantly called not to come in then an hour later called to come in for my shift. No communication and completely unorganized. I understand being on call but this occurred atleast 2-3x a week when you are only given at the most 16 hours that they spread over a 5 day period. When I decided to give my 2 weeks notice I was told no problem we don't need you just don't come in. Then the next day another manager called begging me to come back. Same day a manager called from Crazy 8 asking me to go work for their location. This company should take a seriouse evaluation of their employees. Customer service is not of any importance to this specific location.

All the fabrics are high end, the styles are trendy, and the construction is sturdy so they last.
