Now, they just act bothered that you're in the store, especially if they sense that you're shopping the sales. The last few times I was there it took several minutes before someone acknowledged my presence in their empty store. One time the sales person didn't even acknowledge me at all. However, not all of the employees are impolite- a few of them (mostly the managers) are very helpful and courteous. 'm not sure if she was the manager but she was super helpful. The clothes were organized well and everything was clean. They didn't have a second pair of boots for my older child but she recommended a few places that would have snow boots. About 10 minutes later I got a call from the associate that she had found the size I needed and she'd hold a pair for me. I was shocked at how she went out of her way to help me. I'll be doing a lot more shopping there from now on. The prices are great and the clothes are just as high quality as everywhere else.
