Super rude costumer service. They will embarrass you in front of people without a care.

The customer service was horrible. While I was trying on clothes the girl working the fitting room was very rude and had a bad attitude. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It completely ruined my shopping experience. Staff should treat customers with basic respect. read more

I've been a card holder for old navy for over 10 years and the points are soo worth it (cash to spend in store!) Love that all their stores are easy to navigate, clean; and have clothes for all! You can shop for the whole family, kids, parents etc. Their seasonal items and clothing are so cute. I love their lounge wear, and the great prices on basics. Workers are always super helpful and friendly, they keep the store clean and will assist you in finding the right items and sizes! Huge parking lot, worth the prices for the quality. read more

Slow slow slow! Trying to check out is like watching paint dry. The cashiers do not move the customers along when there is a long line. You cannot indulge every customer whim at the expense of the 20 people waiting in line. They need to tell customers who are not fully ready to move aside and attend to those who are. read more

Just picked up my online order and staff was super rude wish I got her name, young Caucasian lady with long reddish brown hair and a couple nose piercings. She was in the middle of a transaction, so I waited at the order pickup area for about 5 min until the transaction was completed with the other customer to ask if I needed to get in line for a pick up order to which she rudely responds I will help you right now. Mind you another associate (African American lady with pigtails and glasses) saw me waiting there as well, walked right past me and neither of them addressed me with even a simple someone will be right with you. The girl asks "got that bar code???" When I said no and went to reach for my phone to pull up "that bar code" she shakes her head and asks "how bout ID?" Looking at her little scanning machine. Overall this young lady was RUDE. They were a little busy but line wasn't super long idunno what the heck she was stressing about. It took everything in me not to go off, I had my 3 kids with me and did not want to exhibit any bad behavior in their presence. OLD NAVY TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER TO NOT HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES AND PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in here cause I had a gift card I needed to use and figured since it was the middle of the day it'll be less crowded. I was wrong, forgot that it's back to school shopping so the place was busy. I saw a few sales associates on the floor stocking items and cleaning up tables. I had to try on some things and there was no attendant in the fitting room, so you just help yourself into a room piled with clothes as they don't seem to clean out the rooms after people use them. They didn't even have a go back rack to put your items back and last time I checked I didn't work there to do it myself. They have sales throughout the store but nothing is really labeled properly. I also found it odd that there were no mirrors in the store to try on a jacket or sandals and see how it looked on without going to the fitting room. I did happen to find something and got in line behind a few people already waiting. There was one cashier dealing with a return and it took forever, and when I say forever I mean I was in line waiting for a good fifteen minutes before they called someone else up front to help get the line down. Everyone in front of me was doing a return so it took ten times longer before I finally got up to checkout with one item in hand and no return to make. I suggest to not go in the middle of the day during the week, as it seems like they are short staffed and won't pull someone stocking the sales floor to ring up customers when the line starts to wrap down the aisle of clothes. They rather you just wait in line and not tell you sorry about the wait once you get to them. They really need to step up on customer service, even a simple 'hi' when you walk in would be sufficient enough. read more

This location is always extremely organized and clean. The flow is very good and easy to follow. This location is my personal favorite to shop at and always seems to have the most variety. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the young man working at the register this morning (11/15/22). The line was super long and there was only one other person working at the register. From the looks of things, there were a LOT of returns. I was pleasantly greeted when it was my turn at the register and I was doing an even exchange, although I did not have a receipt. He was super thorough and patient as he searched for my prior purchase. Furthermore, as I was waiting in line I witnessed his demeanor was calm and patient with each customer before me. It's refreshing to see this kind of work ethic in day and age and he deserves recognition. Customer service like this is so important and will keep customers coming back. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped by this Old Navy location to return something. This Old Navy is in a big plaza so you will have no problems finding parking (before covid and during covid). There was no one working the front to keep a limited number of people allowed inside so we just walk in. This location had the returns in the checkout area so you basically have to wait in the long line when we were there. The good thing though is that they had a lot of girls working the cashier so the line went by quick. They had hand sanitizer at each checkout station so you can sanitize your hands after paying. read more

I came in here twice in the last week: On New Year's Eve day and today, Tuesday, January 4th. I came in right before closing on NYE day to find some warm things and use the gift card I had. They were closing earlier than I thought; like 10 minutes after I walked in. The manager, I can't remember his name, was so kind. He walked around to let everyone know to make their final selections. He was personable and friendly and I appreciated our conversation upon checkout. Today, I came to use up the rest of the gift card. I Nairi assisted me upon checkout. As I was leaving, she made a remark about the masks that I had purchased and noted that she was wearing the adult size mask of the ones I purchased. This led me to inquire about what I had purchased! It turns out I had purchased the kids black/white/grey masks for myself. Ay yi yi! She left her station to go help me find the right size. They were all out of the colors that I had originally purchased, but in her hunt, she found adult size in ALL black, which is what I wanted initially. Thanks so much, Nairi! This place is clean and organized however some of the cashiers working there are not friendly or nice at all, I asked the two girls working there if it was possible to return two packs of gum I purchased yesterday and they basically made me feel as if I was trying to commit a crime and told me nowhere I'm the USA you can return food items. I asked them to show me where in their policy said that and after looking they couldn't find it. Still refused my return with the snarkiest attitude ever. I only came in to the store because they also left the clothes sensor on from my purchase, so they needed to be removed. Not a fun experience in general. read more

I rarely come to Old Navy, but when I do, I come for something specific that I know I want. We needed to come in for a few last minute Christmas items. Obviously, it was busy inside. There were some good sales today. As a result, I think we spent more time in the checkout line than we did shopping. But I suppose that can be expected when you come in on December 23rd. They had 5 registers open, there was just a lot of people in there. I must give a compliment to one staff member in particular. Tanya was extremely helpful. We stopped to ask her some questions. Although she was busy with something else, she took time to answer all our questions, gave some solicited advice, went in the back room to check for another size of a jacket we wanted and even volunteered and called the Burbank store to find it. I didn't feel like she was rushing us at all. She was very patient and customer friendly. Our cashier, Nathalie, was also patient and friendly with us as we requested separate gift receipts for some of our items. I am sure she had been standing there ringing people up for hours, but you couldn't tell. So thank you, Tanya and Nathalie! read more

I went into this location yesterday and would like to commend the service of it's employees. In lieu of today's dynamic in which merchants have to deal with a divided, uneducated public on health issues, I am thankful that Old Navy has a greeter position to inform guests about face masks, offers hand sanitizer & takes an active count on the number of shoppers. I witnessed that after each purchase the cash wrap is cleaned and I find it refreshing that this act takes precedence regardless of how many people are in line. This approach is a model that should be discussed in the retail industry. Thank you Gap for your mature, educated and friendly community partnership. I will return. read more

My family stopped by here to grab a coat for my son. We had called ahead to see if they even had any coats still because we had already struck out and some stores. A clerk put me on hold a long time and I think they just forgot about me, but we still stopped by because we really needed the coat. They did not have much of a selection because they had been put on clearance after Christmas, but a store clerk was VERY helpful. He checked the back and even let us buy one off of the mannequin since it was already on clearance. We don't shop at Old Navy much, in general, but this super helpful store clerk won us over! He really saved the day! We also got a $50 coat for $12! That was pretty awesome! Talk about a great sale! read more

I like Old Navy. Simple, trendy "neutral" clothes for all ages. I came here to buy my jeans, which are usually $22 when on sale and they last me for years. The quality of clothes are fine for me and go through the test of time with my kids so I know they are durable! :) The store is well kept up, organized and clean. It does have one other problem... the rate at which cashiers move the lines. I was the 5 person in line and waited 14 minutes to get to a cashier. There were 3 cashiers open in total. Problem is, 2 of them were new and training and 1 was having too much fun with their customers to make a dent in the line waiting. Meanwhile, the supervisor was standing around each of the new cashiers guiding them along the way. It could of just been a bad day for them, so I'll come back again next time and see if I experience the same problem. Otherwise, I've always been a fan of Old Navy. read more

Best place to get a cheap pair of flip flops. I had to get some for the dorm showers and this was my go to place. I usually avoid getting clothes because the fit is too generic, but in the case of flip flops its perfect. A great place to pick up basic things like t-shirts, flip flops, socks etc. read more

I usually never have a problem with this old navy. I came in here to get some swim trunks for an impromptu wine and pool day. The only problem we were all waiting in line for 20 minutes. Only two people at the registers trying to take care of a whole line of people! Call those workers who are standing around. I will say that there are very nice people who work here. Was at Old Navy yesterday. We shop there quite often since it's the best value and selection of clothes for my boys. Yesterday I have to say I had the best cashier I have ever had at Old Navy. This beautiful young lady, Megan, was so sweet and helpful. I didn't have my card and she helped me find it. I know the lines were long but she took her time with me to help me though this. Great if you have kids! Good prices and selection for the kids. I like to shop here for myself when I need sweats or t-shirts. They need to work on speeding up check-out time. Took almost 15 minutes to buy one item. Other than that, this location is merchandised well and they take care of the place. I like that. read more

They are always understaffed. The line is always at least 15 deep. If what I needed wasn't so cheap I would not be waiting in this line.

Try not to have to exchange cause the exchange turn into a return even with the receipt. Don't understand that but whatever. This store is super messy!! None of the displays had any sort of order to them. Dresses were draped on table displays of shorts. Items are not sized. Associates don't know where certain products are or might be. Sales signs are posted but without the current promotions. The cashier was by himself and unfortunately did not think enough of us to suspend the transaction that he'd begin before ours when the shopper left to go pick up a number of other items. We had to ask 3 times for someone else to check us out. It wasn't until after our asking a few more times that he finally just opened up the adjacent register to check us out. I even reassured him that there'd be no way of messing up that other drawer's till. We paid with debit card. Ugh!!! I was lucky enough to find 2 tops and pair of pants for my lil girl, under the heaps of other messes. First time visiting this location. Cane to this shopping center to visit the Nike outlet. Store is nice but there are a ton of employees walking around asking if you need help. This normally wouldn't be an issue but I was asked by 4 different employees if I needed help...then I went to the dressing room and noone was there! No attendant helping! Rooms were full of clothes and you had to help yourself to a room and once done there was nowhere to place the items you didnt want! Not a good experience. read more

Old Navy is my favorite place to shop. I am rating this location by site and company overall. As a company you can't beat them. Price, selection, and quality they can't be compared. This site has a huge selection and carry almost everything they do online. I have been to this location 10 plus times and rarely do I have problems finding my size in what I was looking for. This site alone does have it problems. First the lines. More than half the time I come here there is a 10 plus person line. It usually goes fast but there is a line none the less. This could be a worker issue or that the store is just popular, but when I go shopping I always expect to wait. The second issue is their air condition doesn't work more than it does. This makes the store very hot because of where it is located, and how many people are in the store. So why the 4 stars? The quality, price, and selection of clothes (baby, kids, maternity, women, men) makes it 5 stars. The line and air issues make it a 3, but the service brings it back up to 4 stars. If you love Old Navy and don't mind spending 5 minutes in line I suggest coming here. It's the only place I shop for clothes in town. read more
