She asked if I had any ideas about what they should do. I did, so she tried to get the owner's attention, but she was too busy on a phone call to talk to us. She took just enough time from her phone call to say, "Yeah, we know about the smell; we're taking care of it." I turned to leave and she muttered something else that I couldn't make out, but I didn't stick around to ask her to repeat what she said.
