So...do yourself a favor and park on the street. They have a few different rooms set up in tasteful vignettes. The prices seem reasonable. I am not sure if they are negotiable. I have been fighting identity theft on my Torrid credit account. Someone in Las Vegas has gone into the stores there and keeps changing my account information and charging to my Torrid account. I've had my card replaced twice and the fraud department has been great. Today, I went into my local store in Valencia, CA to return some items I received for my birthday as gifts. Kimmie was the person who helped me out. When she went to validate my account, we noticed my email address had been changed again. I told her what I had been going through and Kimmie was beyond helpful. She took down all my information and took it upon herself to not only call customer service to make sure the account was flagged, but she also personally reached out to all 3 Las Vegas stores so that they would be aware and hopefully prevent any further fraud activity on my account. She then called me a couple hours later to let me know that she had reached out to these different people to try to help me. All things she didnt have to do at all, but in the middle of her workday, she still took the time to make sure she was providing exceptional customer service. People like Kimmie deserve to be not only recognized, but commended. She is an extremely valuable asset to Torrid as a whole and should be praised. The effort she put in without any question to help me shows me what am amazing person she is. I cannot thank you enough, Kimmie. You seriously are the best ever!
