Wonderful experience! I had a permanent bracelet that had been broken at the charm by our Husky puppy. I found a beautiful birthstone charm and had my bracelet replaced! I added to another bracelet I got elsewhere. I'm just going to come here from now on when I want/need permanent jewelry! Service was so nice, too!

My husband surprised me and took us to get matching permanent bracelets here. He had made an appointment beforehand and the process was so easy and quick! The owner explained the whole process and made us feel so welcomed. It was my first time getting permanent jewelry, 10/10 for the entire experience! She was so meticulous and so sweet! Took a Yeti 26oz rambler water bottle in to get my sons name engraved on it for school. Very disappointed in the final product . The first letter of his name is barely readable and his entire name is barely etched into the metal. I couldn't believe they actually charged me for it . The usual price was $45 but they charged me $35 . I should've went to Crown Trophy to get it done for $15 and I have no dust it would've come out the way it should. Do not take anything in here to get laser etched . His nane didn't even come out straight and even . Didn't leave an option for no stars , I had to put 1 star . read more

I got an anklet sometime in May was told. If for whatever reason it fell off, that it'd get put back on at no additional cost. Fast forward i had to remove it for an MRI walked in and was told that if you didn't have proof that she'd charge 15 dollars. Because i really like it i paid the price. She motioned to taking video and pictures which makes no sense since I've been walking around with this anklet for months. Anyway i come on and see a review of someone whose had there's for over 2-3 years and was not charged. She also told me it was only good for a year only. Either way it's very wishy washy behavior. Was also told later on the policy changed because people were going to get there's for free. Either way be warned you may or may not get charged. Adding that my friend who i got my anklet with mentioned she had hers replaced at no cost when it broke off and showed no proof either. read more

However they make sure they are custom fitted to your feet. I was measured by some high tech machine. The sales person, in view of my age, held my hand to keep me upright. I tried a less expensive shoe but it was difficult to put on. I then tried a rather expensive one which ultimately fit like a glove. I wanted something which fit right regardless of cost and thus went with the more expensive pair. The shoes fit as if custom made for my feet. The sales lady was very patient with an old man like me.

We shopped around mainly in Orange County, but this place had our heart from the very beginning. They walked us through EVERYTHING. It was very education forward and did not feel sales pushy at all. We figured out what size my finger was, we looked at what kind of bands I liked, and they put the stone over my finger so I would get an idea of what the ring would look like. Of course, they had the chart out that showed us where certain stones were ranking in terms of color, cut, and clarity. When we were done browsing, they set my partner up with a profile and provided notes on every little thing that I liked so that he would not have to remember when it was time to make the purchase. While I'm not too sure what went on between the time I went in and I got the ring, I do vaguely remember my partner telling me the jeweler (Eli) had a whole mock up of the ring on his computer to show him how it would turn out. My partner proposed in November, and I'm so obsessed with my ring. I get so many compliments on it. However, the story doesn't stop there! We went back to look for wedding bands in February and Eli introduced himself as the man who made my ring and he remembered EVERY LITTLE DETAIL of it. He even remembered the size of my finger! I was thoroughly impressed. He was very honest with us and said we could come back in August to buy the band because he wouldn't need 8 months to create the wedding band. I appreciate the honesty and it's not about making a quick buck here at Ro Ma. We ended up purchasing my wedding band in August 2026 with Eli and Tania. I'm shocked after a whole year later, they still remember us, my finger size, and the specs of my ring. Tania also told me to come back in before my wedding to get the ring cleaned up and she also said it's a good idea to have it looked at to make sure that the prongs are still looking good. I really appreciate that they genuinely care about their products and their customers. I would highly recommend coming here for any jewelry needs!
