I stopped by this Walgreens yesterday to pick up my online photos order. I uploaded my photos on the website and selected this Walgreens for the pickup store since I was going to be in the area. I found parking easily in the lot this store has and it shares with Bank of America. The photo department is toward the back left of the store. They had some item behind a locker case so be aware of that. They were slow when I came and went to the photo department. The best addition they added was a button to press so it alert the whole store that help is needed at a certain department. It still took awhile for someone to come out to help me and then she asked me to go pay at the cashier in the front instead of the cashier right there. read more

I don't care what anybody else writes - I was about to walk away from Walgreens after bad experiences in other locations - this place is by far the best around. That being said, because places like Walgreens has crushed the small local pharmacist - that is a two stars on the corporate scale. read more

This place seems on the small side compared to the local other similar type stores, but this review is based on the photo department. I like to hang my photos (sometimes after I use photoshop means to enhance), but I take pretty good pictures and they turn out nice when converted to canvas prints or posters. That being said I had two done through Walgreens where I found a 50% discount online for a 24x36 poster. I uploaded the photos and within hours was told they were done. When I went into pick them up I really didn't expect them to turn out as well as they did, but I was supprised for the cost they turned out great. I am definitely going to use this service again for the cost, quality and speed. read more

Yesterday my brother was in the store to use the blood pressure monitor and he requested some help monitoring the machine. Dominic came right over to help him. Was very helpful to make sure that he was using it correctly and was aware of the different types of monitors they had available. The pharmacy techs are the worst. I've never talked to someone nice in the pharmacy. Specifically a gentleman who cuts you off while you're talking and makes you feel stupid for anything you say. No one acknowledges you when you get to the window or even says "I'll be with you in a few minutes". I'm not sure if these people hate their jobs or what but I've been there 15+ times and literally never has anyone been nice. read more

Lightly staffed but few customers when I went. Needed to pick up a single print, had to go to front register, she paged someone to help me. Went quickly. Do not believe your navigation device, it will tell you to make left turn onto Lyons but there is no entry there. read more

Have to give 1 star to write review. About a year ago Iwas forced by my United HC AARP insurance to switch here from CVS across the street. Came to pick up drugs. The people behind counter are nice but totally understaffed. All my drugs are on 90 day Qty but today they picked 30 days. Wanted to buy three other products two pharmacy type things they didn't have them and Aquifina water was 20% more expensive than other places. I'm going to call insurance see if I can switch back to CVS with no cost increase. read more

I ordered pictures here so I get to the photo counter there and the lady is literally standing at the fucking counter writing in her little book but she sees me (unless I'm literally Invisible) I'm standing there for like 10 minutes and she just keeps writing and looking up at her computer. Doesn't say ONE WORD not like "oh give Me one minute or "let me get someone else to help you". NOTHING. So I go to the front of the store and ask the people to send someone to help me and they say they'll call someone. So I go BACK to the photo center for a second time and the lady is still standing there. Doesn't make a fucking peep. And then there's another call on the intercom that says "can a manager go help someone at the freezer" and she fucking goes over to the cooler to help someone else. So I press the stupid button and someone else walks over and is like oh you need help picking up pictures? No I've just been standing here for 20 minutes because this photo center is a shit show. If that was actually a manager you need to rethink who you freaking hire. That was the rudest thing and worst experience. She was Caucasian with her stupid brown hair pulled back wearing something floral with a vest. Idiot. read more

I will never step foot in this store again. The pretend store manager was such a punk he sent a young girl out to deliver my curbside order because he's a little Bitch. I ordered curbside pick up to avoid spreading Covid and all he did was upset me with his behaviors. I should have gone in after he cursed under his breath but I heard him. This Walgreens is awesome, specifically their pharmacy! This is a new location that was recently built. We took some prescriptions here to be filled and met with Tim the pharmacist. Tim is an old timey style pharmacist. Customer service is absolutely tops. We dropped off the prescriptions and told them we would be back to pick them up another day. An hour later, Tim calls to tell us they are ready. If there are any problems or questions, Tim calls. I had a prescription for a med not covered by insurance and it was expensive. Tim called and was happy to transfer it to Costco where he confirmed it would be much cheaper (it was). Tim is honest, so we will keep coming here. We have since moved all of our prescriptions to Walgreens as a result. To top it all off, they have a drive up window. So, if you are sick and do not want to get out of the car, you do not have to. Add in the convenient location, easy access and parking and what more could you want? read more

First and last time I will go into this store. Usually will go to the one on Newhall Ranch Road. Staff here looked miserable and were not very friendlily. The girl checked me out did not even say anything just moved her head toward the cash register to tell me which one to go to. She grunted out if I wanted a bag then grunted to have a good day. Body language basically said get the hell out and don't let the door hit you. They were out of everything I was looking for. Again never will go back to this store!!! read more

This walgreens is a little hidden. Plenty of parking , it was kind of hard trying to find stuff. I did not see many deals in the store but just holiday stuff that was on sale. Line was super fast and the customer service was great. read more

This is absolutely the best pharmacy hands down. The service could not be better or more helpful. Staff never forgets to offer discounts if I am eligible or use my rewards card for points. Tim is like your favorite uncle. Wish he was at every family gathering. What a great guy. Walgreens has every convenient method to shop but every time I use the drive through window I feel like I am missing out talking to such wonderful people. read more

I love their Drive-Thru service. They always get my called in prescriptions done quickly and 5-15 minute wait in parking lot, depending on how many prescriptions I've brought in. Close to home, too. Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because a pharmacist who is no longer there, shorted 2 prescriptions in 2012. The scrip was for a controlled medication and has a street sales value. Prescription said #120 and he put in #100, I found out too late, though, when it came time to refill which was way too early. I did a little math and figured out the problem. But that's over now. I didn't really need a refill that bad, anyway. It was just creepy. read more

Was in the area for work and needed to get something for my dog. I must say, this Walgreens is huge. I guess you can call it a SuperWalgreens because it's bigger than the ones on Newhall Ranch Road and Soledad Canyon. Got what I needed and was quickly able to check out and leave. The pharmacy at this Walgreens Rocks!!! I came here for medicine only to find it was going to cost me 75 bucks. This is the BEST Walgreens in town. Im a frequent Walgreens shopper since ive boycotted CVS. If you need to pick up a couple of things, print some pictures, or get a prescription filled, this is the place. Customer Service is top notch. EVERYTIME i walk through the door "Hi! Welcome to Walgreens" accompanied with a smile. Off to a good start. Lol staff is always very helpful, "Can i help you with anything today?" I was struggling when biore took my face wipes off the market, after id been using them for over a decade, and they lady assisting me was very informative, and was responsive when i told her i have irrationally sensitive skin. Theres also a young blonde girl there, who works as a cashier. She showed genuine interest when i first met her, as i was in a boot, cuz i messed my ankle up something fierce. Since then, everytime i walk in, we always speak as if were life long friends. Haha im a smoker, and she made it a point to remember what i smoke, and shell ask me, "how many packs would you like today?" Love that girl, SUPER sweetheart. And if im buying just a couple of random things, no matter who the cashier is, they make it a point to look for coupons at the register for me! Thank you for saving me money! Theres a true sense of hospitality, at this particular Walgreens. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days, so it means a lot to me. After the absolute longest day at the doctors, I went to pick up my daughter's prescription. Although my experience at this pharmacy has always been pleasant today was the best.The drive-through was under construction, it was sprinkling, freezing and I had my 6 year old daughter in the car with 103 fever. I was dreading going in the pharmacy so I called to make sure her prescription was ready to be picked up because I didn't want to wait long with my little one crying, taking her out and all that. Needless to say I was overwhelmed by the time I called. Renelle from the pharmacy picked up the call, she was not only efficient but very nice. I briefly explained my situation of my daughter in the car etc.. she told me to come in the pharmacy in 10 minutes and she would have it ready. As I looked over within minutes, there was Renelle coming out the pharmacy in the cold and walked the prescription to my car. I know it might not seem like a big deal but I swear this made my day. Being in the medical field I know there is not a lot of people that go out of there way in the pharmacy to help you, let alone come out and walk a prescription to your car. Thank you Renelle!!! Came here yesterday and everything was fine great prices on summer gear on sale i was with my boyfriend and the young guy cashier was pretty cool until he saw my bf go grab his wallet from car and the cashier started becoming really nosy about my purchases and even said o what are you guys ??
